For a long time, I wasn't feeling like myself -- constant sadness, low energy, painful periods, and so many other symptoms that were affecting my quality of life. My doctor at Kaiser suggested it was depression, but something inside me kept telling me there was more to it. I started doing my own research and learned about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I didn't know MSPA offered it until they sent me an invitation last October. I made an appointment right away. From the very first visit, the staff made me feel heard and comfortable. They were kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything -- what the treatment involved, what to expect, and why it might help. They sent me to Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork to check my hormone levels, and after reviewing the results, we moved forward with the procedure. It was quick -- about 10 minutes -- and the only discomfort was a brief sting from the anesthesia. Within the first month, I noticed a remarkable difference. For the first time in my life, I had my period with NO cramps. I felt happy -- genuinely happy. It's hard to describe, but it's like I finally wanted to live again. Six months in, and there is no going back. This has been a life-changing experience. It turns out it wasn't depression or me "feeling crazy" -- it was my hormones. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff -- Stacey, Brittany, and Hailey -- as well as the friendly and welcoming team at the front desk. You are all truly appreciated -- every single one of you. From the moment I walked in, you made me feel welcome, cared for, and never rushed. Your warmth and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience, and I am truly grateful for each of you. I can't recommend this team enough.

Kristina and Melissa have been there since the beginning and have created an environment that feels welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know their clients and make every visit feel personalized rather than rushed. In an industry where businesses and staff can change frequently, it's refreshing to find a place that has maintained such consistent quality and customer care for so many years. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a longtime client like me, you'll be in great hands. M Spa has earned my loyalty for more than a decade, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

I couldn't be happier that I kept searching for the right surgeon for me…read more Years ago, I had my original surgery with Dr. Prescott (at the same clinic Dr. Eberlin now leads). From consultation to post-op care, I had zero complaints. Fast forward 18 years - my results were still amazing with no issues at all. I simply decided I wanted to switch from saline to silicone. I was sad to hear Dr. Prescott had retired, so I consulted with two other surgeons - one of whom came highly recommended in Folsom. Unfortunately, I didn't feel confident moving forward. Both told me they would need to create a new incision under my breast for the implant exchange. I asked why we couldn't go through my original incision (which is barely visible along my lower areola line), and they said reopening it wasn't a good idea and wasn't even an option. When I met Dr. Eberlin, everything changed. I was immediately relieved when I asked where the new incision would need to be, and without hesitation he said we could use my existing incision. He explained that I had healed beautifully and that areolar incisions are known to heal very well and offer natural camouflage compared to the 3-4 inch incisions that some surgeons still make under the breast. He also uses the Keller Funnel technique, something many top surgeons use - which allows for a "no-touch" implant placement. This reduces the risk of bacterial contamination and, in my case, allowed him to go through my original incision. That was incredibly important to me. If you're considering this procedure, I would highly recommend watching videos on how the Keller Funnel works. Unless you are choosing extremely large implants, in my opinion it's a much better approach than creating a larger incision under the breast. From the moment I left my consultation, I knew I would proceed with him. I never felt pressured or rushed. It felt like a thoughtful, genuine conversation. He gave his professional opinion when I asked, but ultimately empowered me to decide on the size and approach that felt right for me. On surgery day, he came in to speak with me beforehand and made sure I felt completely comfortable. Again, no rushing - just calm, confident care. Beyond his technical skill, he is simply a kind and caring human being. You can tell he truly loves what he does and is passionate about his work. I am beyond happy and so grateful I found him. If you are considering plastic surgery, I would recommend Dr. Eberlin without hesitation.

She was cold, snappy, and a bit rude at times when I asked questions. For example, we were discussing Botox and she asked me to raise my eyebrows. I was struggling to do so on command, which happens. Instead of guiding me, she said right off the bat in an agitated tone "I don't know why you're not raising them. Maybe you're shy." This is not how you talk to patients, especially when they are already putting themselves in a vulnerable setting like a medical aesthetics office. This was just one of several things that rubbed me the wrong way. It's a shame, because I heard good things about her work. I may have been interested in working with her, if it were not for her off-putting nature during our consult. Instead, it was an immediate no for me after I left her office. Giving two stars because she at least gave some helpful info about potential treatments and pricing. But her bedside manner needs work.

The treatment is working, but it takes a lot of time and investment because it's probably one of the hardest and longest treatment for males if you want it to be permanent (and that's my goal). However, Dr. Zaka has been extremely patient with me. Whenever I visit, she always takes the time to answer my concerns. She even responds to my questions during off hours or weekends when i text her. I also want to call out that her treatments are super efficient as of today. I have been able to get into her clinic, get my treatment done, and then walk out of her clinic within 15 minutes in most of my sessions with her ever since I started this journey. This is extremely important to me as I usually have many meetings and development work lined up during the weekdays at my work. I really appreciate Dr. Zaka's efficiency and respect for the time of her patients.

LOVE DR. Mele and his team…read more I spent over 6 months researching surgeons in the Bay Area. I came in with a very long list of questions. From the start his team from the front office were so delightful. Highly organized and prepared to answer any questions. My consultation with Dr. Mele was very thorough and he answered my entire list of 50+ questions. I am 4 weeks out of surgery so the end result has yet to be determined, but the overall experience has been incredible. Dr. Mele is easy to talk to, explains everything without being condescending (it's like talking to your neighbor) and he is 100% available and on time. I would highly recommend him as a doctor and his staff for their support and assistance.

He was nice, and had good pictures, but I have a deep regret for trusting him. My ears came out malformed and inconsistent. The right side appears to have a big chunk removed from the middle outer lobe, and the tops stick out on both sides. It's not appealing. I chose local anesthesia, so witnessed the process. He was playing rock music and he and his assistant were guessing the names of the bands. He was not quietly concentrated and sensitive as one should have been, taking a fine art approach. I strongly believe that a doctor in this position has an unspoken obligation to perform to the very best of his capability as the patient is trusting him and has to live with the outcome for the rest of his or her life. It's a huge responsibility. Dr. Mele claims that he can open up the right side, loosen the stitches, and make the right side look more like the left. He also claims that ears change form as they heal, and they will look better in time. But it has been a month now, and they have not changed form at all, nor have they improved, and I do not trust this man to open me back up again. He is not sensitive nor careful, so why would I trust him again. I spent a good chunk of my savings on a procedure which I highly regret. I would much prefer to look like I did before he wreaked havoc on my ears. My advice is to be extremely careful who you choose. You will have to live with the outcome for the rest of your life at worst, or go through the painful process all over again with another doctor, and pay for it all over again, which is what I will likely do. I have had various consultations to 'fix it', with varying opinions, but most say it's much easier just to get it right the first time. What a nightmare.
