I went to Joshua for the first time. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They also have complimentary water/coffee. A little pricey but worth it for quality and location.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The place is very clean and inviting. Jacob did a great job with my haircut! He asked me what I was looking for and checked in throughout the cut if I was liking the length. I'll be retuning for another haircut soon!

This was my 1st time booking here and I was really excited for the appointment being that they seemed reasonably priced and close to home. As a frequent massage goer myself (not at Halo), I thought the location was cozy and had a fun crystals/energy inspired decor but unfortunately I thought the massage itself was average. I thought this because I felt it wasn't as relaxing as others I've had since my therapists hands were cold and her movements weren't smooth throughout. My husband also said that his deep tissue massage was more painful than enjoyable. Though it's a cute location, I will most likely be sticking with my usual spa.

Peter made me so uncomfortable during my massage. I was fully exposed for most of the massage, with minimal attempt to keep my groin covered. I'm convinced that he rubbed his genitals on my hand at one point, because there was some back and forth rubbing on my hand that did not feel accidental while he breathed super heavy. The massage itself was not a modality I have ever had before; there was no stroking but instead just pressing and holding for long periods of time which did not do much to relax me or loosen up my tight muscles. I definitely won't be back. My massage was a couple months ago and I delayed in writing this review because I convinced myself it was all in my head, but after reading similar reviews I feel it's important to give my experience a voice so other woman are aware of potential risks.

All service providers have been fantastic - they are kind, professional, and take the time to learn about you and your body for the best treatment. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
