We heard lots of good things about Longstreet and decided to visit ourselves…read more We recently ordered a living room set from another store and have been waiting months for it to arrive. After multiple delays, we decided to see what other options were out there. Enter Longstreet Living. We were politely greeted several times by every employee that passed by. Every one made sure we were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a living room outfit we liked better than the one we ordered. The style, the fabric, the quality and the price, were all perfect. After waiting months for our previously ordered living room set, we thought this new set was worth asking a out . Our salesman understood our dilemma and was willing to sell us the display model to help our situation. Luckily enough there was a second set still boxed up in the back. We opted to have the furniture delivered the following week for a small additional fee. After completing the paperwork, we headed for home. Along the way we discussed what we needed to do to cancel the previous order from the chain store. We hadn't made it halfway home when we got a call from Longstreet. Our salesman wondered if we were heading straight home and offered to deliver the furniture today. He actually said he thought I might like to watch the game this weekend on my new couch, and wondered if we would be around for the delivery!! After waiting months for our previously ordered set, with no delivery in sight, this was a huge surprise. The way all the other stores were delaying deliveries, we never expected to have furniture for a while. Longstreet made new friends that day. I'm definitely going back for a bedroom outfit.

A poster child for businesses that only exist because they were created by a previous generation…read moreduring a previous generation. This place wouldn't get off the ground for a week on its own accord. I suspect many reading know exactly what is meant by this. Sadly, multiple examples of- -Plainly factually false information (parts not existing etc. that later were easily found by other sources) -Severe overpricing. -Slow, to be very kind, service But, by far the worst part of this business is the lack of even the faintest evidence that anyone involved, from owner to service person, has even mild interest in operating and managing a business. You'd think you are bothering them to express interest in a purchase (even when in the $10-$25k range) or equivalent service. This has been unfortunately consistent over multiple years, visits, and individuals (I've been told identical things from many people). The facility itself seems to be suffering from severe ADD as it can't decide if it sells propane, power equipment, equipment rental, services, or radio controlled vehicles just to start. And, again, it doesn't seem too sincerely interested in doing any one of them by all measures. To add the proverbial cherry on top, they have and continue to have a life size cardboard cutout of Donald Trump with a handwritten note of "Miss me yet?" in their front display window (it's almost 2024 for context...). Also, to be crystal clear this is completely NOT in a ironic fashion and should tell you everything you really need to know about the quality and education you should expect to experience when walking in the door. That's of course if you manage to get the attention from someone there who may be in the mood to 'operate' a business. Perhaps they should shut things down and move on to their true passion of running a QAnon cult headquarters? I'm sincerely confused as to how the place manages to paint such a poor quality picture regarding the brands they advertise yet still remain a dealership. It definitely points to that process and maintenance system needing a giant come to Jesus.

Last of the family businesses and service specialists. I've had good service on multiple chainsaws,…read moretractors, yard tools. Won't give you a line of BS-straight talkers so don't be put off by their directness. It's up to you to ask questions and they have the answers but won't be overly chatty. My kind of place. Chances are good the person you speak with on the store floor also services your equipment. I keep coming back!
