Fantastic service. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day, and then was able to call back and add a second appliance. The charge is a flat rate for arrival and diagnosis + half the rate for each additional appliance. Repairs are labor + materials. The repair man called before he arrived, explained what was wrong, and did not try to frighten me with worst case scenarios. Everything got fixed in less than an hour. After calling around for a repair on my dishwasher other appliance repair shops were at least a week out or wouldn't work on my LG dishwasher. Andy was able to come by the next day. Great service, prompt, came when he said he would. I had a midea freezer unit and nobody else would even come out to look at it.
