I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! Thank you!

To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Stay away.

The products were installed over a few weeks with ease. Each tech was polite and personable. I also love the peace of mind that they provide, so many services under one roof. I ended up going with their Premier Program for a monthly rate that covers all my products and has great benefits and coverage if something goes wrong. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any other projects I have moving forward.

Backstory: When I booked them and they came out to our home, they did a credit check for financing. Despite my high credit score the Service Financial co they used had a pretty high interest rate. I IMMEDIATELY told the guy, I do NOT want this credit. I will get my own and just pay you. Which we did. Fast forward to over a month later they came out and did the work and the guys were great as my previous review stated. My husband signed for the work when I wasn't home and assumed it was signing off on the work and not some financial agreement. So I am waiting on the bill and I get a call from their finance company. To which I very clearly tell them NO I do NOT want your financing I will pay them in full. I call Sky and speak to the office and they tell me to just tell the finance company to send it back to them because they cannot cancel it on their end. The finance company tells me that in order to cancel it Sky needs to cancel it because the company already sent them a partial payment and they would need to return that. The salesmen at Sky calls me and swears there is no prepayment penalty and I can just pay the finance company in full with no additional charges. I tell him that I do NOT want to pay a 2nd party because they do not just finance for free. He swears that its too late now and this is the only way, but it will cost exactly the same if I just pay them off. Flash forward to my first bill with this company where I pay it off, but due to the finance charges it costs me and extra $400 for the privilage of being sent over to to them, despite me telling Sky from the very first meeting that I will pay for the system in full. I called to speak to the office person but they won't call me back and I highly doubt they will give me back the $400 extra that I had to pay. I don't know about anyone else but I don't enjoy having to fork out $400 for being lied to and given the run around when it was their mistake after I clearly told them I do not want financing.

Their quote came in the lowest and Brandon was extremely helpful on the phone, so I ended up choosing them. - The quote process was great: I submitted their online form, they gave me a call asking for more details, I sent them a few pictures, and they gave me another call with solutions and a quote. The quote also happened to be the cheapest of the 3 companies I got bids from. - The installation went very smoothly. I understand that direct vent water heaters are a little tricky to install, but Brandon installed perfectly. He arrived on time, got rid of our old water heater, and added a new water heater with several fixes: the overflow pipe now runs to the sink, he used a "flex vent" kit so the water heater can sit on the ground, and he put the water heater in a tray to reduce issues from slow leaks since I don't have a basement drain. - After the install, Brandon taught me how to change the temp / turn the water heater off / how to flush it / how to change the anode rod. Very pleased with the work and my new water heater is working flawlessly. The only downside was that there was no permit. I'm no expert on permits. Portland's website says that water heater changes require a permit. Brandon said it's a "gray area" for residential. I am not planning on selling the house and things looked good to me, so I don't mind too much.

The water suddenly stopped running in my house - well, not exactly, it would run for a few seconds and then stop. I asked my neighbors and their water was all running fine. Portland Water Bureau said it wasn't their problem. So I called Sutherland Plumbing randomly, and we did some trouble shooting over the phone. It looked like it may be a VERY expensive issue in the pipe between the house and the street. Ti Sutherland found a time to come by, since this was kind of an emergency since we couldn't shower, and he found the problem in just a couple of minutes. Turned out it was only the HOT water that was being stopped, and it was a janky flood prevention device that had been installed with the water heater. The batteries died and it shut off the flow. Replaced the batteries, and boom! We're all fixed. Ti actually got a big kick out of the whole process. Solving problems is his bag. Highly recommend.

Landon and his crew were professional, punctual, and consistently courteous. They arrived exactly when scheduled, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and ensured we understood each step of the project. What could have been a disruptive undertaking was handled with efficiency and care. What truly set them apart was their commitment to going above and beyond. They took the time to answer every question, paid close attention to detail, and demonstrated genuine pride in their work. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Upon completion, they left our home remarkably clean. Instead of just replacing the elements and charging me for it, they let me know they were completely fine and just needed a quick temperature adjustment. I was able to return the parts I had already purchased for a refund. They also noted that while my unit is in great shape right now, it is getting a bit older. They took the time to educate me on what to keep an eye on and walked me through my best options for a future replacement when the time comes.
