I rotate my tires every-time I change my oil so this alone makes it so worth it. The only downside is parking. Make your appointment early so you can get in and out.

After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. My message got left on read.

Didn't have my brakes, so had to get someone to pick it up from salt lake. Appointment was 830am. Added in a oil change and safety check. Came by at 2:57pm. No call, car sitting out in front. Said waiting to still do oil. Then service said he already did it. But they didnt call me because they were waiting for the mechanic to write off that he did the oil. 6 hour wait, for a scheduled appointment plus oil change and safety. Got home. My trunk is a mess, and what they didnt put back they threw it in the back car seat. FYI I asked the service rep. No reason to get to my spare tire. Wheel lock was on the dash. So not only did they have no reason to take my shit out. They threw my shit back. You can tell, they didnt put it down. It looks like they just threw everything on top. Chris was kind enough to call the night before to confirm my appt & discussed some estimates costs for my tire sensor light that had been blaring at me for the past week. Chris came out, guessed it was me, I signed a release form & had a seat with an expected wait time of about an hour. In less than an hour, Chris gave me the news. My tires needed replacing. Eeeks! Pricing was very confusing due to the office girl not really having a good understanding of wheel and paint terminology. I would suggest trying to speak to one of the technicians there or a manager to get a good understanding of what will be done and how much it will cost. Turn around time was really quick so that was a plus! The quality of the paint seems top-notch too but it's hard to say you're getting a good value for your money based on what is done. Overall though, I was happy with the outcome and nobody will go up very close and look deep into your wheel to see what was done. Main thing is it looks good from standing a few feet away LoL!
