I arrived a bit early and was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff and the salon pet-friend. Once it was my turn, I was treated like a person, not just a number. Christen took the time to discuss my options with me and talked me through the entire process. She told me what works best for my hair type (curly) and gave me great tips in keeping my hair healthy and looking great! I will definitely be back to see Christen in the future. :)

It's easy to see why hairdressers complain about not having clients when the pricing is extremely high and then most hairdressers forget about your appointment or cancel or move your appointment around on you. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they even offered a glass of wine! I think my favorite thing about this new space is that their hair washing bowls are actually comfortable. You don't feel like your neck is being strained at all. You can just sit back and relax into the hair wash. Also, the products they use smell absolutely divine. I can't help but keep smelling my hair after I leave! I also super appreciate Nicole and her service. I have scalp psoriasis and it can be embarrassing when you go to get your hair done. She is so kind and absolutely put me at ease when I told her I was having a flair up. I cannot recommend Nicole or the salon more. I was referred to her for my wedding hair, and I never looked back. She did both my and my bridesmaids' hair, as well as my husband's. She still cuts his hair, which is a miracle because he has always bounced around between stylists, too. He is very particular about his hair. We referred a few friends to her, one of which is a guy with curly hair. He is particular about his hair, as well. Aren't we all? And she does an excellent job cutting it. She colors some of my friends' hair, and all of them always look fantastic.
