I had never heard of Brahmin bags until I was driving through the San Marcos Outlet's parking lot and my Mother in Law said she loved Brahmin bags. Just as she said it we saw a Brahmin store! Such a coincidence. She had no idea they had an outlet store. We went in and went a bit nuts. The bags are all so gorgeous and they look very high end. I ended up taking home a beautiful satchel and wallet and my MIL bought two bags and two wallets. The staff was great! Alexis, the manager helped us and we had a great customer service experience. Beautiful bags and a helpful sales staff. Can't be beat. We will be back often because an addiction has been born! read more

The worst service!! I understand of locking your doors for COVID and controlling the flow of the crowd but when I go to the door twice and no one opens it for business and no one is in there. Then when I leave another couple comes to the door and they open it!! Tends for me wonder if the color of my skin plays a factor with this!! read more

I have been waiting for over an hour now on, just for the store to open along with 4 other customers that have now given up on waiting for the sales associate. The store was supposed to open at 1pm and it is already 2pm. We got here at 12:30 just to buy a couple of Brahmin bags. Another customer waiting in line came all the way over here from Tennessee, saying last time she was here the store opened 30 minutes late. We have called customer service and are waiting on the line. One of the sales associates knew we were coming in today, yet didn't bother to tell us that the store might be closed because we still don't know yet, I will keep the sales associate annonymous...I am in a Brahmin Facebook group where many ladies are dedicated to Brahmin, yet Thai location has let us down and the Brahmin Facebook group down. This is an extreme disappointment and a waist of my time and the other people's time waiting in line. We drove and hour just to get to this location just for no associate to show up. read more

Alexas was the sales Lady. Fabulous! She was running the whole store by herself! Getting new merchandise out, letting five customers in at a time ( covid-19) , ringing people up, giving EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, letting folks out the store, letting new customers in. I don't know how she kept that up all day! With a mask on! Yes, customers had mask too! The selection was HEAVENLY! I bought SEVERAL BAGS! Helpful but not obnoxious staff. They allow you the freedom to shop, but answer any questions you may have immediately. Great leather goods, with an attention to detail, but unique from the mass produced likes of Coach, etc. They have a broad range of colors and textiles, and leather goods for every travel need, including contact case and wine carrier. Prices are competitive, and the sales are great, plus the store is not over crowded with all of the tourists walking around with screaming kids.
