At last! Another time at a brewery that I was trying to visit as well. It was a hot weekend but I'm eager to try it again. It definitely is really worth the wait and stalking as it is one of the best burgers in DFW. Messy, juicy, and oniony (if that is even a word) . The music is loud and energetic, and there always seems to be a good crowd enjoying their food, which gives the place a really fun, vibrant atmosphere. There are a few tables and booth and bar seating available. I've had the street taco platter twice now, and it is SO good. I've tried the pastor, asada, and barbacoa, and the pastor is definitely my favorite. The platter comes with rice and beans in addition to your choice of meat for three tacos. I also love that it comes with a spicy verde salsa and limes! The queso is another favorite. It's delicious, and they give you a really generous portion. I've ordered chips and queso both times, and there's plenty for one person. And if you're a margarita person, their to-go margaritas are such a fun bonus! They seal them up so you can safely take them home. Price-wise, it seems comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. My street taco platter, chips, and queso came out to around $25, which I think is pretty reasonable for the amount of food. Both times I've stopped in for a to-go order, I've been in and out in under 10 minutes, which is a huge plus. We started with the chips and salsa, then my wife ordered the Empalmadas de Chihuahua, which were absolutely delicious. I had the brisket tacos, and they were packed with incredible flavor. To top it off, we ordered margaritas that were refreshing and hit the spot. They also have a great happy hour from 2-6 p.m., Monday through Friday and Loteria and prizes on Thursdays making it an even better place to stop by.
