Without any questions, after they saw the glasses, they stood by their warranty and ordered new frames. (Unfortunately they were not in stock). I was told it would take a few weeks. A week or so later, I received a call from them letting me know there was a backorder on that frame from the manufacturer - not their fault but frustrating we'd have to wait and use an outdated prescription for a while - we're talking months of backorder. However, a few weeks later they called to say they were able to get them replaced sooner. So, we picked up the new glasses within the week of getting their call. While they are more expensive than the chain optical stores or stores like Costco, they stand by their work and provide "service with a smile."

I loved the quick and easy technology-based exam and how friendly and patient Dr. Crofoot was. He took time to explain the process to me and answer questions I had about my vision needs. Chris, who assisted with my glasses, was also very helpful and made some recommendations for frames that will work with my high-index, transition requests and strong prescription. While I am still waiting for my glasses (it's only been a week) my contac lens order was ready in a week and Gaylord was so nice in helping locate where my order was when I arrived. I was nervous about switching providers after more than 20 years, due to a change in my insurance. However I am truly happy I found America's Best. Their pricing is lower than what I have experienced at my old provider, too. I love that they have designer frames and discount, or clearance frames available, too.
