I reached out to Isreal at Brake Kingdom, after googling and reading all the great reviews that were online .. I called Isreal to get a quote, because on last Saturday, I went to get my oil change at Coral Springs Nissan, I was told that I needed 2 brake pads and 1 side caliper and 2 roters. Which the price that was given to me was $1324.00. I went to Brake Kingdom early this morning so that Isreal can take a look at my car. Isreal took my car for a test drive with me .. He said my car does not need a caliper or rotors. He said I would just need brake pads, because my brakes were squeaky.. So I didn't have to pay all that money that Coral Springs Nissan quoted me. I bought my 2017 Nissan Altima brand new from Coral Springs Nissan..I only have now 54,000 miles. I just got front And rear brakes from the dealership not that long ago... The dealership prices are of course ridiculous. The sad part is telling me that, I needed to get things done, that I didn't need is not right! It's heartless! So my lights on the dash for the brake and the traction have been on for several days and I kept getting a lot of warning signals and so I took my car to get checked in because of the reviews I'd seen on here. I drove up and was immediately helped they asked me what the problem was and immediately started working on the car and making sure that they were following up with me to educate me on everything they were doing why they were doing it and what we're going to potentially be looking for. I was in and out within 30 minutes and it only cost me $70 they topped off the air in my tires and my brake fluid and they make sure everything is tightened and adjusted. They educated me on the process the whole way you came to agreement on the price before any work actually took place. I am absolutely thrilled at how I was treated and the work that was done. It's very difficult to be a woman who's trying to work and take care of things like her car that she is not as familiar with. I was looking for a place to replace my brake pad and I had read the reviews for Brake Kingdom and was impressed with the reviews. I call to set a time to bring my car to get my brake pads replace. The owner spoke with me and I explained my brake issues. He explained two options with replacing the brake pads and he gave me an estimated price for both options. When I arrived I was greeted by owner who was friendly and respectable. He explained the two options to me again and let me decide which option I wanted. The price that he had quoted me over the phone was the same price he charged me. He didn't pressure to take the more costly option. He let me know that both options would work. The replacement was done in the time he stated and my brake issues were resolved and I was completely satisfied with the work. Although this was my first time dealing with Brake Kingdom it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely bring my car for oil changes and other automobile repairs that my car may need within the scope of Brake Kingdom. I'm a Snowbird, needing brake repair. Like a fish out of water, I flopped around through Google searching for help. After reading 5 Star reviews over and over on Brake Kingdom, I thought I would give them a try. It was a Saturday, about 12:30 p.m. I called them. I got Israel answering the phone. At the time I didn't know he was the owner. I asked him for an estimate for rear brakes, pads and rotors. He quoted me and I asked him when he could do them because I had that loud metal on metal sound coming from the rear. He asked if I could wait until Monday. I said no. I needed them fixed today. He asked if I could come over right away and be there by 1:00 p.m. I said yes and drove from Miami Beach Rd. to their location. Got there, but Israel told me he was trying to find the parts. It took 1 1/2 hours to find them and they arrived. The mechanic then got right to work and in a short time had them completed, just so quick. My VW beetle's trunk wouldn't open and the left tail light was out. I stopped at an auto parts store and asked them if they would recommend any repair shops. They immediately said take it to Brake Kingdom and ask for Israel. I did as they said, walked into Brake Kingdom and saw Israel. The very first thing he said to me was " make yourself at home". I knew I was at the right place! They identified the issue with the tail light was a short in the wiring and fixed it. ( A competitor had tried to fix the issue previously and didn't) They also identified the issue with the trunk was a faulty latch. Israel ordered the part, called me two days later when it came in, I went back to their shop and within 15 minutes I was ready to go! Too I have an extended warranty on my car which Israel took care of with the warranty company and it didn't cost me a dime out of pocket! I pulled into the shop on a Saturday morning after pulling off the I95 at Hallandale Beach Blvd. due to smoke coming from the car. Israel came over to my car and me and offered to put it on the hoist. Once on the hoist, we could see that oil was leaking everywhere because my oil cooler pipe hose broke. He called around for parts, got it repaired, cleaned the car and I was driving back to Boca within a very short time. The service was great, the price was fair and he had me back on the road in no time. This is a good and honest shop. Today I brought my 2008 Lexus RX350 to Israel. We agreed that I needed a Master Brake cylinder, front rotors and front disk pads. Within two hours the parts arrived. Unfortunately, the first parts distributor sent the incorrect master cylinder. Israel got on the phone, located the correct part 30 miles away and convinced Advanced Auto to hot shot a driver with the part. The driver made it in 45 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After being told from Tire Kingdom that I needed 4 new tires, 4 new rotors and 4 brake pads, come to find out from an honest man, Israel, that I only needed front rotors and pads. I knew I didn't need 4 tires as I just replaced the fronts with 2 brand new tires! The work at Brake Kingdom was completed in 2 hours and did an excellent job. When I returned, all the old parts were shown to me so I could see everything that needed to be replaced. That's honesty!! The world needs more honest people in it like Israel! My gf was told at the Benz dealership that she had a nail in her tire, wanted to charge her 240 for a new tire because they did not do patch work there. We took her car to Brake Kingdom and Israel after pulling out the nail and spraying the tire realized that the nail had not perforated the tire and no air was escaping. This was confirmed by the tire pressure read out on the dash. I then asked him what he charges, and he said it was free, "just leave a good review" and here it is...This is not my 1st time dealing with Brake Kingdom and each time has been the same pleasant experience, they do good work and are very honest in their prices. I am so impressed! I drive a Porsche and it is very hard to get Maintance done for my car other than taking it to the Porsche Dealership. I was on a low budget and going to the dealership was not going to work for me. I prayed about it and found Brake Kingdom. They advised me on every step in this process and made my stress turn into a blessing. Not only did I save over 1500, I was treated with kindness and they were quick! We just moved to Florida and needed an oil change. I stopped at several shops and inquired if they could do it. Not one was interested and told me they where too busy. Wow! Best auto repair experience ever! Israel was very honest and spot on with his communications and delivering the repair quickly and exactly when he indicated it would be done. I just picked up my 2010 Cadillac CTS from Brake Kingdom and it was business as usual. Israel took care of my Caddy which has 76,000 miles on it and topped my fluids and gave me an oil change. The following week I took my Pontiac in for a new water pump and Serpentine belt, Dexcool anti-freeze, labor, and taxes for $563. They might cost more than other shops, but they will not rob you or make you buy parts you do not need. They inspected my bearings, and I only need one. When the dealer said I needed two. This is absolutely the best auto service I've ever been. My dealership wanted to charge me 1k for my rear breaks, and I had them done here with $400. The owner is very honest and will tell you exactly what the issue is and will give you a fair price. I also have some scratches on my car and got a quote from another service for $1300. Crazy!
