Stan took care of me. I couldn't find a place to replace the brakes on my MR2 the same day. I was on a budget but They were able to work with me on what was needed to get back on the road safely. Highly recommended for same day jobs. A rating from me. Chuck Frank Furious Styles Crew

I came here Saturday due to my brakes making noise. I purchased a lifetime warranty brake package and they wanted to still charge me $526 to get them changed. I'm confused! What's the point of purchasing the "lifetime warranty".

Best place to get an oil change and brakes done for your vehicle. Always willing to go the extra mile for you Run lots of promotions that will save you big also Friendly staff TV in the waiting area Very clean inside and in the service dock you can see how well maintained all the tools are kept and also clean. Pool table in seperate walk-in area with an arcade machine really helps kill time.

As a female, I know how I have been scammed by mechanics. So I found true value in Christian Brothers Automotive-Peoria, Lake Pleasant Pkwy! I found this establishment via word of mouth from all the way in Michigan. Their reputation precedes itself. They are honest, knowledgeable, fair and they provide quality service. Tom, and the entire staff served with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend this Christian Brother Automotive to anyone. We'll stick with them!

Update: Their Front Desk Guy Hooked me on a $200 dollar UPsell on my Vintage PU Truck that I had…read morebrought in for 1(one) minor issue involving the PRNDL linkage. Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**

I've had the same mechanic for about 30 years (a family owned & operated shop in WA), and the thought of going somewhere else petrified me. I really needed an oil change and tire rotation and chose Grease Monkey on Bell based on Google & Yelp reviews. I was greeted right away, explained what my needs were, and Thad did his best to reassure me that I would be well taken care of, they would show me all parts before replacing, and would not try to upsell me. He also said they have bays in back with mechanics to do other work when I need it. I did need a few other things (rear brake light, wiper blades, cabin filter) and each time someone came in to get my approval. I had no idea my wiper blades would shred in the heat! If it's raining, I'm more likely to be standing outside letting it hit me in the face than going for a drive. They were very patient in getting me every discount they could. Coupon codes from the website AND a senior discount! In and out in less than an hour, including wait time to get my car in the bay. The website did mention a carwash, which they don't have at this location, but that was not a deal breaker at all. I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back when I need anything else done.

When I brought it back to address the hazard, Dan refused to take accountability. He flat-out lied that nothing was loose and spoke down to me with blatant, condescending sexism, assuming I knew nothing about cars. I hold a degree in automotive engineering; the only reason my vehicle was in their garage was a temporary lack of tools, not a lack of technical knowledge. Miraculously, after the "inspection" where they insisted nothing was wrong, the car suddenly drives completely fine. They fixed their dangerous mistake behind my back while actively trying to make me look stupid to cover up their own negligence. Dismissing a critical safety issue and treating customers with patronizing disrespect is entirely unacceptable. Unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent.
