Guy with red hair, beard, and mustache seriously told me to go to AutoZone. I don't want somebody to just put a scanner to my car. I wanted you to actually look at my car! I was telling him about how my rear view mirror was constantly sliding down. I tried to get pet boys across from them to see what they could do . Their guy tried tightening it up but noticed a crack on the mirror attachment. I mentioned to Joe that I did order a new mirror from Amazon but it's not something that pet boys can do, understandably they are not windshield repair shop . Nonetheless Joe said he could get his mechanic to install the new one . So i figured that I would just wait to see if the mirror would stay in place on the way home and no it didn't. I called Joe and asked if i could come on in and have it replaced. So no problem went back and was charged a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back .

I'm normally pretty pleased with the service I get at the Stephanie location.-- don't ask me about the horror stories over at the Mark Street location. This time there were issues with inexperienced techs and a vacuum pump that didn't extract all the oil from my engine before they filled it up again. After recognizing the engine shutter that is caused by too much oil, I had them remove some of the extra oil to get it back down to the proper level. The only problem with this is that the new oil has now been diluted with the old oil that they never got out. It was probably at least a quart of old oil. The other problem I had was that the manager decided to make excuses and claim there was no problem rather than exploring options to make things right. I wasn't going to argue with him in his place of business and in front of other customers, but I'm not sure I'll go back. The right thing to do would've been to completely drain the oil and refill it again with clean oil. But I know is expensive these days and I would've been fine if they would've simply offered me a discount roughly proportional with how much old oil they left in my car. Neither option was offered, so that's why I'm giving this review.

I've been to this location several times in the past two months starting from oil change to necessary car repairs. I have an older vehicle and can safely say I can transition from the dealer to this location. I did have some leaking of oil after some work but this was easily recovered as they brought me in the next day and even compensated me for the issue. The price seems to be competitive compared to other places. As someone who doesn't know cars, I can sure say I felt heard and understood here. Paul and Devin were especially helpful. Back manager was also excellent! 5/5 stars

DEVIN: $1300 and that doesn't include the Labor. Me: well, you guys usually send pics to my email detailing what needs to be fixed and what was discovered. DEVIN: well, for some reason we can't get the car started to do a diagnostic, and if you can't afford it I can send you a link for apply for a loan, it gives you 90 days to pay it off, which should be enough time for you, or you can come with a tow truck. Long story short, I DID NOT give DEVIN permission to have the work done on my car. and when I arrived my car was magically sitting out of the garage with my COOLANT HOSE DETACHED FROM THE COOLANT TANK!!!! This auto shop is fraud!!!…read more Long story short; This CORRUPT auto shop charged my father for services that were never performed totaling to $2,500.00. I came in-person requesting invoices to provide me evidence of any parts ordered that was supposedly ordered to service my father's car, they couldn't provide me anything so the embarrassed manager told me to leave because he stated I was disturbing and trespassing as he threatened to call the police. Below are evidence that the bank has done their part investigating and providing full refund. I will definitely follow up filing official complaints to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, BBB, state attorney general and lawyers as this damages and financial stress caused my father to have a stroke just recently.
