New manager Daniel lied to me about what was needed for my brakes he told me i needed front and back brakes and that he had to unplug my brake fluid light because in spite of the technician filling it up with fluid the light kept coming on. Ok so after I picked up the car no lights were on I thought all was good however when I drove to work the light came on and the screeching started again which gave me the indication that the front brakes needed to be fixed vs the back brakes which was according to him back brakes cost more. Now this was not my first time having work done I have had service here before when GENO was manager there and he was awesome, honest and customer service friendly I trusted him in the direction he took me in but this new manager Daniel is the complete opposite of GENO I truly don't see this establishment last with him being in charge lying to customers to make the shop money they always seem to not have customers as when GENO was there they were always busy now I know why I would not recommend this place as a honest shop to fix what needs to be repaired BEWARE of Daniel! read more

I had been taking my vehicles here for service for 5 years. Now that Geno has left, the service has gone down hill. Most recently they installed a defective TIPM in my Jeep at a cost of $1,525. The TIPM failed after 600 miles leading to a no start condition. Claimed issue was due to a loose wires and battery cables. No start condition a few days later. 24 November 2025: Had car's AC evaluated, wasn't blowing cold. They basically said that, although they couldn't pinpoint the problem, we'd n need to replace the whole AC system for $4500-$7K+. Took it to A+ Automotive. The AC system was 100% fine. The problem was that the radiator had a leak, causing the higher engine temperature to activate an auxiliary systems shut down, hence no AC. read more

I've been going here for a few years now for oil changes, and small repairs. I had an oil change done last week where the splash guard wasn't secured properly because it has been damaged by driving. The car was making a pretty big noise, so we didn't drive it over the weekend. I called Geno early Monday morning, explained the issue and was down there in 30 minutes. They fixed the issue and I was on my way in 20 minutes free of charge. Next oil change we will replace the damaged splash guards. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff here is rude and incompetent, I had an electric issue that caused the lights in my car to not start and after having to leave my car overnight they said maybe just change the light bulbs and charged over $100 and they clearly never even touched my vehicle I expressed it was an electrical issue, the lights had already been changed multiple times. For a college aged person who doesn't have that much money and needs their car by having me leave it over night and charge for zero labor done is ridiculous, why ask to keep my vehicle if you aren't working on it? We've had a 2016 Kia Sedona and a 2012 Acura TL that has received their services The Sedona required A/C work plus routine maintenance. The Acura needed brake work and overall system review. Called this morning to have a cat-back exhaust system installed and got the rip-off answer, "We don't use customer supplied parts." This must be the only shop in town that won't use a drop-in exhaust (and yes a "drop-in" as in no cutting, bending etc) supplied by the customer. Definitely a red flag for me as I used to work in a shop and there was only one reason why a shop wouldn't use customer supplied parts - that's so they can sell them to you at a ridiculously inflated price. They'll tell you it's because of possible fitment or warranty issues - nonsense. When's the last time you heard of Rebel or any other shop fixing anyone's exhaust under warranty? I rest my case. ----------------------------- Follow up to their response. You don't do exhaust? When I asked about having my exhaust installed, the person who answered the phone didn't say you didn't do exhaust - the first words out of their lips were, "we don't use customer supplied parts". And as for selling parts under "dealer list prices" - what a joke. No one sells at list prices but you still sell them for many times what anyone else can get them for themselves. read more
