Went to this location because I had a great experience here previously. I wanted a diagnostic on my car, for someone to actually take a look at it and take it apart. Guy with red hair, beard, and mustache seriously told me to go to AutoZone. I don't want somebody to just put a scanner to my car. I wanted you to actually look at my car! Like some have said in past comments, they didn't offer me the coupon price on my oil change even when I inquired. I found the customer service lackluster at best. Even I tend to drop the f bomb a lot but I would recommend not consistently doing it when you have customers in the waiting room. I always appreciated going to this location because they were great at taking care of people no matter how small the issue was, and that kept me bringing back all our cars along with my in laws car, but I don't think we will be returning. read more

I have been trying to get my headlight figured out for days and was having a lot of trouble and just really needed help while I'm dealing with a family emergency and he was so helpful and pulled my car in and figured everything out I think in less than 20 minutes and it was such a small ask but you guys have no idea how much that helped me today. I showed up early Saturday morning. I was the 3rd car there. They notified me it would be about 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later they walked in and asked if I still wanted the tire rotation. I was confused but, I said yes, that's why I'm here. The woman continued to let me know it would be a minimum of an hour before they could get started. Someone who came much later than me had their car on the lift, and my truck would have to wait. I decided to skip the tire rotation. When we closed out I had a coupon. Before even looking they said we don't accept that one. Which was an email directly from Jiffy Lube. Then while finishing the close out she covered what they did. Then she let me know she discounted the tire rotation. Which they didn't do. I pay for the convenience at Jiffy Lube, their speed and service. I've gotten it at other locations. I won't be back to this location. read more

Wrote a not to good review of the Jiffy Lube on Eastern. Guest Relations asked a lot of questions. I told them I was very unhappy, charged the highest price for the lube and oil without giving a choice of which one i wanted. Also no explanation as to why I wasn't given the available coupon. And that was that...No further communication. So if you go to the one on Eastern my suggestion is to come with knowledge about any coupon offers and above ALL..ask questions. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change where I was guided into the bay by Gage. From there he informed me of some recommendations (simple fluids) based on my mileage. I waited outside because there was a nice breeze. Gage kept me informed of the progress and a few of the other workers and I chatted about cars for a few minutes and then I was out of there. 20 mins tops. This is the Only Place I trust with my car for an oil change and it's been my go to for the last 4 changes. Much quicker and CHEAPER than the dealer. The service is top notch. Definitely they don't take care the customers. I had to come back to the shop 3 times to complain about my front break that I spent over $600 to replace and after I left from there started whistles when I break and after that I replaced my rear breaks and also my shock absorber. I had a drive test with Ben which kept saying that wasn't hearing any noise coming from there. I have spent over $1200 for a shit service. You might have an oil change there but definitely don't try to repair or replace any parts in your car. That was the worse one. I hope this review helps new customers and also the management because it try to convince that you don't know about your car and have no mechanical knowledge. read more

Bunch of guys standing around not wanting to do anything. Didn't check tire pressure after I asked them to. Left the filter loose from the oil change which caused me further issues and oil stains to deal with. Go somewhere else. read more

Charles the "manager on duty" was extremely rude when we expressed our concern that the info that popped up in his system was not ours! I have been changing my oil here for years and have never come across this issue before. When I asked if there was somebody else that I can talk to or if he can do it again, he simply shrugged his shoulders, looked at me and said I don't know what else you want me to do. Extremely poor customer service, especially for a "manager" and unfortunately, you just lost my four cars business because of the lack of service from this one time. Every other time, the gentleman that I speak to one is an African-American, and one is a Hispanic man both extremely pleasant to deal with this gentleman was unpleasant, and unfortunately, there went my business and hopefully other people that wanna be treated properly will take their business elsewhere read more

Not handicapped friendly. The door is extremely heavy! Pulled up for service. No one greeted me so I tried to go inside. Can't open the door due to a medical condition, weakness in hands, so I went back to my car and then was greeted. The man showed me that the door was not locked, and opened it with his back. Not happy at all. Came here to get an oil change and my husband waited in the office for a while and no one would even acknowledge him. We paid $133 for a full synthetic oil change and that was with a $25 off coupon. Other places are cheaper than that but this location was more convenient. I'll definitely drive farther next time. The main reason I'm unhappy is they put oil footprints on my floor mats. Tried calling multiple times to talk to them about this but all I get is a busy tone. read more
