First clue shoulda been when I asked them to please fill the brake reservoir and steering fluid, and I was told that would cost 150.00 for each. $300.00 for both!! I declined, and then the gal comes back in and says, " I'm sorry, he wrong. It ain't not gonna cost nuthin'." I jokingly said, "so if it ain't not going cost nothing, how much will it cost?? She didn't understand her use of a double negative indicating it would cost 'something'. As soon as I left the property it was very clear neither brake nor steering fluid had been touched, so I went to an auto parts store to buy both brake and steering fluids. It was THEN I learned Jiffy Lube had broken my brake fluid cap. How do I KNOW it was them? Because 30 mins earlier I'd had a smog test and the mechanic there told me "your steering sounds low on fluid," so whole in his shop I popped the hood and checked em both. That's what inspired me to visit this Jiffy Lube whose work is now very suspect in my mind. I called the Jiffy Lube location and the manager was out, but I was promised a return call that never came. It cost $15.00 to replace the cap they broke, not to mention the time finding one, and then getting under the truck to be sure the oil plug has been properly reinstalled. I won't be returning, obviously, because what "ain't not gonna cost nuthin'" could have been very spendy had I not checked their work. read more

jiffy Lube probably regrets giving me this little slip of paper with instructions on how to leave reviews. I'm normally pretty pleased with the service I get at the Stephanie location.-- don't ask me about the horror stories over at the Mark Street location. This time there were issues with inexperienced techs and a vacuum pump that didn't extract all the oil from my engine before they filled it up again. After recognizing the engine shutter that is caused by too much oil, I had them remove some of the extra oil to get it back down to the proper level. The only problem with this is that the new oil has now been diluted with the old oil that they never got out. It was probably at least a quart of old oil. The other problem I had was that the manager decided to make excuses and claim there was no problem rather than exploring options to make things right. I wasn't going to argue with him in his place of business and in front of other customers, but I'm not sure I'll go back. The right thing to do would've been to completely drain the oil and refill it again with clean oil. But I know is expensive these days and I would've been fine if they would've simply offered me a discount roughly proportional with how much old oil they left in my car. Neither option was offered, so that's why I'm giving this review. read more

I came in for an oil change because I figured it would not take too long because the employees looked like they didn't have any work. It was my lucky day because of their manager Joe . I was telling him about how my rear view mirror was constantly sliding down. I tried to get pet boys across from them to see what they could do . Their guy tried tightening it up but noticed a crack on the mirror attachment. I mentioned to Joe that I did order a new mirror from Amazon but it's not something that pet boys can do, understandably they are not windshield repair shop . Nonetheless Joe said he could get his mechanic to install the new one . So i figured that I would just wait to see if the mirror would stay in place on the way home and no it didn't. I called Joe and asked if i could come on in and have it replaced. So no problem went back and was charged a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back . read more

Beware... I took my wife"s Corvette again, and after a week or so I noticed a significant leak on the garage floor. I found that the filter was not tight - I was able to turn the filter by hand and got at least a half a turn. I then took our Tahoe again a couple of weeks later, and once again it started leaking shortly afterward and I found that the filter was also loose. Both times I took the vehicles back to the shop to make them aware and have them resolve the issue, and didn't even get an apology let alone a replacement service or offer for future service. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for decades whenever I didn't opt to perform the oil changes myself, and in all my years I've never had a filter loosen up. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube... sorry, but they've lost my business for good. read more

Went for an oil change when I noticed he was taken about 15 minutes to put the skid plate back on my 4runner. I was worried so when I got home, I checked and sure enough he had cross threaded two of the two bolts that put the skid plate on, so they're only halfway in. I went back and they didn't do anything to fix it. We will be doing the Chargeback an seeking damages for a repair. read more

0 stars if I could. Holly cow. I cant believe how unprofessional the gentlemen Indept with was. He was probably in his late 40s and Hispanic. There was only one person getting theyre vehicle worked at at 8 in the morning. I walked into the front office. Noone to be found. I waited for a while, then I saw a younger gentleman working on the one vehicle there. I poked my head out the door and politely asked if he was the only one working or if there was someone else to check me in. A voice yelled from somewhere in thr garage and said its going to be a while. Even though only one car was there, I said ok and patiently waited in the lobby for someone to greet me and check me in. Thr older gentleman finally came in and said and I quote "what do you need ". I responded with an oil change please. I said I had a $10 off coupon, he told me to use it afterwards. He then proceeded to say, and I quote again " this isn't a valet, pull your car up to the garage. That did it for me. I told him I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was and that I was going somewhere else to spend my money. He told me it was a joke, I responded with that was a bad joke. I have a company vehicle and have come here twice as you'd think an oil change would be pretty easy and quick to handle. The first time it was a bit of a struggle for the person entering my ticket into the system telling me the account number wasn't valid. After repeating the number to him several times I figured out he was entering it incorrectly, whatever it finally was plugged in and the service was dealt with. The second time the oil change took 2 hours and a half. My vehicle was stuck behind a vehicle getting its brakes fixed. Although the other bays had vehicles going through them, they left my vehicle behind the car who had been there for a few hours waiting on parts. A total of 5 other vehicles who arrived after me were serviced before my vehicle was touched. The problem with these places is that the staff is underpaid and overwhelmed. The "15 minutes for an oil change" signs are complete false advertisement and should be treated like the famous subway lawsuit where subway was selling 11 inch foot longs. After getting my receipt I was met with a "sorry for the delay, we got you next time" There won't be a next time, the 15 minute oil change took 150 minutes. read more

Not only did they charge me a random price for their services, but the new manager's rude behavior made the situation even worse. The lack of consistency in pricing is concerning and left me feeling taken advantage of. I was there yesterday around 10:30 AM ,I usually don't take my car to these places, only dealers. But my appointment was canceled at Kia due to computer's being down. And I drove 30 minutes from Summerlin down to Henderson , which was disappointment. I am going out of town on Sunday so I wanted to make sure my car was good since it was kind of a little overpassed due for oil change. I looked up this location and they had wonderful reviews. I used to live down the street so I remember this location, I called they were able to give me an estimate over the phone, no wait & no appointment needed. I pulled up and there was only one car being worked on. I was greeted, but then the guy walked away due to having to do another project so Joseph helped me with my needs with my car. He was super nice, great personality. The other two that were working yesterday day as well seemed like great people. This place look like it was fun to work there since they were joking around and having a blast while they were still working, my kind of people. The oil change took less than 30 minutes, which was kind of nice. They replace both of my filters in my car. They also do have coupons online as well. $114 for an oil change $35 for one filter and $56 for another, which was not bad at all. Then they give you a receipt and you log on to rewards and you get a $25 gift card to selective places through your email when you give them your seat information kind of cool. If you have a company car that uses the Wheels program for car maintenance or you're looking for good customer service, go elsewhere or try another location. I don't normally write many reviews but the service here was awful. I came in for an oil change on my company car at 8am when they opened. I was 3rd in line and waited 30 minutes before someone helped me. This was a 40k mile oil change. I asked if I could leave my car and pick it up in a couple hours. Shanti helped me and I asked her to call me if there were any issues. After 2 hours, I return and wait another 15 minutes before I speak to Shanti again. I was charged $200 for an oil change and then for a cabin air filter without being asked if I wanted it replaced. She then tells me the wrong filter was ordered and the correct one would be arriving in the next hour and to come back. She hands me the invoice and an oil change reminder sticker to apply myself. She then forgets to hand me the keys and I have to ask for them. As I drove away, I notice the maintenance light in my car is still on. For the 3rd time and another 2 hours later, I return for the cabin air filter. I'm told that the filter hasn't arrived and it would be about another 30 minutes but they couldn't promise a time. I waited until the next morning to go back for the air filter. After the 4th time of returning, they ordered the wrong cabin air filter. The car is a 2021 Toyota RAV4, so it should be a common part. I asked for the air filter to be refunded as they already me charged $50 for the part. Shanti tells me that she doesn't know how to do a refund through the Wheels program for my company car. She's unable to promise when she can get a new filter in but we would need to come in for a 5th time to get the filter replaced. I ask her to clear the maintenance required light in my car and she attempts to clear it. As soon as the car is started, the light is still on. She claims that there's a maintenance issue that I need to go to the dealer to get fixed. I take the car home and watch a YouTube video in which I was able to clear the light on my own in 30 seconds. I'm not sure if I picked a bad day/week to come in but the customer service at this location was terrible. Had there been any kind of communication on the status of this car, it would have helped. Calling me to let me know that they needed to order the filter would have been the first thing that could have been done. Offering to call me when the filter arrived would have been helpful instead of having to come in multiple times. Waiting until the correct part arrived before charging my company program would have been great as well. I have never been to a shop that has charged you before the part/service was completed. This makes me wonder if they decided to add additional parts because they knew it was a company account being charged. read more

I visited on 3/19 for a Front Differential, Rear Differential and Transfer Case service in the evening...and this JL crew knocked it out... Because of the Wuhan Virus, (social distancing) the crew had me wait in the car versus the lobby which was fine by me. The staff of two working were very friendly and took care of business efficiently. I assumed all 3 services were going to take awhile but I was ready to rock in just under 30 minutes. They knocked off $25 off the total price which I totally appreciated especially in this times of uncertainty. I have visited multiple Jiffy Lubes throughout my car's service life and I will most likely be here for my oil change as it's close to the bahay/house.
