    Went for an oil change when I noticed he was taken about 15 minutes to put the skid plate back on my 4runner. I was worried so when I got home, I checked and sure enough he had cross threaded two of the two bolts that put the skid plate on, so they're only halfway in. I went back and they didn't do anything to fix it. We will be doing the Chargeback an seeking damages for a repair.

    I have a company vehicle and have come here twice as you'd think an oil change would be pretty easy and quick to handle. The first time it was a bit of a struggle for the person entering my ticket into the system telling me the account number wasn't valid. After repeating the number to him several times I figured out he was entering it incorrectly, whatever it finally was plugged in and the service was dealt with. The second time the oil change took 2 hours and a half. My vehicle was stuck behind a vehicle getting its brakes fixed. Although the other bays had vehicles going through them, they left my vehicle behind the car who had been there for a few hours waiting on parts. A total of 5 other vehicles who arrived after me were serviced before my vehicle was touched. The problem with these places is that the staff is underpaid and overwhelmed. The "15 minutes for an oil change" signs are complete false advertisement and should be treated like the famous subway lawsuit where subway was selling 11 inch foot longs. After getting my receipt I was met with a "sorry for the delay, we got you next time" There won't be a next time, the 15 minute oil change took 150 minutes.

    Solid service! Stephanie Jiffy Lube is the place to go! Great PR! Fast and quality service! Joseph and Deearvin was awesome and very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do and the information they give. Both should be promoted. I was in and out. Jiffy Lube almost lost a faithful customer of 5 years of living here in nevada because a different locations Quality of work (Gave me a sticker with 2000 miles over/late of when im supposed to be back to get an oil change upon other things) and bad service/PR. But Joseph and Deearvin was very apologetic and ensured me of the quality of their work at this location so I stayed and got the work done to my vehicle and observed. They both did an awesome Job and should be rewarded for ensuring a fafaithful customer stays with Jiffy Lube, recognizing the mistakes and bad service from a different Jiffy location and apologizing for it and making sure I left Happy. P.s. Thanks for having my oil unstuck. Yall gained a permanent customer at your location.

    The waiting are is clean. The staff is nice and friendly. They do not take coupons from other's Jiffy lube so you need to make sure to go directly to their website and get the $10.00 or $15.00 coupons. Otherwise you will not get a discount at all. It is a wait depending on the time of the day you go...

    for Jiffy Lube: I had a disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube recently. Not only did they charge me a random price for their services, but the new manager's rude behavior made the situation even worse. The lack of consistency in pricing is concerning and left me feeling taken advantage of. It's frustrating to not have transparency or clarity when it comes to how much I should expect to pay for basic services. On top of that, the new manager's rudeness was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be a top priority, but unfortunately, it seems like that's not the case at this location. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking.     To revisit the issue I previously had... I took my car to a different mechanic to do some other…read morework regarding oil leaks. He took pictures of some problems. He said the work I had done at Asian Imports was not properly done. There were gaskets that were supposed to be replaced that I had paid for that were not replaced, grommets that were loose, and lugs that weren't tightened. He said to take it back to Asian Imports because the work they had (or hadn't) done would still be under warranty. I took my car back to Asian imports and showed them the pictures. He eventually found the paperwork and told me the person who had done the work had gotten multiple complaints and was no longer working there. He said I needed to make an appointment. They got me an appointment for 2 days later. I took my vehicle in first thing in the morning and I was told this would take a few hours. At about 3:00, I called them and asked if my vehicle was ready yet. They said it was almost done and they'd call me when it was. About 30 minutes later they called and told me my car was ready. I told them I wouldn't be able to get there until about 30 minutes after they close. They told me they could leave the keys somewhere hidden until I got there. I got there at 6 only to see my car parked behind a locked gate. I ended up being 3 hours late to work the next day. When I got to work I called my mechanic on FaceTime so he could double check the work. Fortunately, this time, they did everything they were supposed to do.
