    After two auto repair places failed on diagnosing what was wrong with my car I decided to try Auto Xperts because it was close to my house and because they agreed to deal with my third-party warranty. I could not be happier with the service and the repair that they did not only did they diagnose my car within 24 hours. Mariah got my third-party warranty on the phone and everything was covered. The mechanics are amazing although I didn't get the chance to meet them. They fixed my car perfectly and Mariah was the cherry on top. She is an excellent office manager. She knows about cars and she kept in touch with me every day to let me know the status of my car and the warranty people. I have found my new go to auto place and I recommend you try them out as well. They are amazing. Thank you Auto experts!! Hopefully I won't be back lol but when I need anything that has to do with any cars in our family, we will be there again. Thank you.

    Amazing experience! Our truck was stalling out and check engine light came on on the freeway. I found them by reviews and they came highly recommended so I called! We were super close and Mariah was amazing told us to come by to check the code and she would see what they could do because of the booked schedule and being closed on Sundays We left our truck there took an Uber to the hotel - got a call this morning that the truck Was ready!!! Amazing service super friendly and just really gave us the ability to enjoy the rest of our trip and know we will make it home!! Thank you thank you!!!' We will suggest you to anyone who needs a good mechanic in Vegas!!!!

    I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership. After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered. They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true. I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018.

    I was charged for replacement of four fuel injectors which I supplied. After one injector failed, I took it to another shop and they showed me the injector that failed and it was not the new part I supplied! I was shocked and requested an explanation but I've yet to hear from the manager. Photos and costs were mailed but unfortunately, I can not recommend them. Update: my car was not operating 100% when I left but I wanted another opinion from experts in BMW. Turned out I didn't need another engine. All I needed was replacement of 2 plugs & ignition coils! Not a $10k engine replacement as estimated by this shop. Further, the injector that was replaced was clearly 10 years old w/ a production date of 2012! In the opinion of another shop, the injector was not replaced but that's what I paid for. This is the basis for my opinion

    These guys are amazing! Their charges were lower than my dealer. The workmanship was so fast. They kept me well-informed throughout, and a week later, they followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommended!

Each service I have walked away feeling very satisfied! For the diagnostics, Thomas was able to identify the problem with my 2001 Ford Expedition very quickly and help me understand how the spark plug issues can escalate, even with repairs. With that explanation, he gave me fair quotes and potential options on how to move forward with, and some things I should reflect on based on my goals and current capacity. For the pre-purchase vehicle inspection, Thomas gave me the computer diagnostics report and an analysis of his tests of the used car I was looking to purchase. The car was a 2005 Honda Accord, which I was hoping to purchase as a temporary car for commuting. Thomas was able to break down his findings in a way that I understood the problems and the risks they presented. His conclusions helped me make an informed decision not to purchase the car because of these issues. This means a lot of All in all, Thomas is a mechanic with fair prices, transparent operational processes, and trustworthy recommendations. He is someone I am relieved to reach out to for the services he provided and for services in the future!

Tom answered the quote request quickly and was able to come and inspect my vehicle the same day. He was very thorough, explained every step he was taking to make sure all of the new parts were installed correctly. We went on test drive and he made sure all of the wheels were functioning properly and the sensors were working properly and brought his equipment on the test drive. He was kind, did an excellent job, price was very reasonable, and he definitely put my mind at ease. Tom will be the only mechanic I'll be using going forward.

Unfortunately, living here has also taught me another lesson: the old saying "Buyer Beware" is more relevant than ever. Over the years, I have found that many businesses--whether in medical care, auto repair, legal services, home repair, or other industries--either overcharge for their services or fail to deliver what they promise. As consumers, we often have little choice but to trust the professionals we hire, making honesty and integrity more important than ever. To me, a truly exceptional business is one that takes the time to explain what is needed, treats customers with respect, performs quality work, and charges a fair price. In other words, it follows the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated. Imagine how much better our communities would be if every business operated that way. While companies like this seem increasingly rare, I was fortunate enough to find one recently. I took my 2022 vehicle--with only 22,000 miles--to an auto repair shop that had serviced it several times before. I requested nothing more than a routine oil change. About an hour after leaving the car, I received a phone call informing me that they had discovered major front-end damage. I was told the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that the repairs would cost between $1,800 and $1,900. The diagnosis didn't make sense. My car had never shown any symptoms of front-end problems, so I decided to seek a second opinion. I brought the vehicle to Sonny's Auto Repair at 1000 Stephanie Place, Henderson, NV 89014. From the moment I called, I noticed a difference. The receptionist greeted me warmly, listened carefully to my concerns, and assured me they would be happy to inspect the vehicle. After spending 30 years in customer service, I know how much first impressions matter, and this one was outstanding. I dropped off the car and was told there would be an $85 inspection fee. Later that day, I returned expecting to hear the worst. Instead, I received some of the best news I could have hoped for. The technician--and even the owner, Chris--carefully inspected the vehicle and found none of the damage described by the first repair shop. In fact, the only problem they discovered was that the oil filter installed during the previous oil change had been improperly fitted and was leaking oil. They corrected the problem immediately. Then came the biggest surprise of all. When I asked what I owed, I was told there would be no charge. I came in-person requesting invoices to provide me evidence of any parts ordered that was supposedly ordered to service my father's car, they couldn't provide me anything so the embarrassed manager told me to leave because he stated I was disturbing and trespassing as he threatened to call the police. Below are evidence that the bank has done their part investigating and providing full refund. I will definitely follow up filing official complaints to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, BBB, state attorney general and lawyers as this damages and financial stress caused my father to have a stroke just recently. Bring your vehicle to a TRUSTWORTHY auto shop.

I have an older vehicle and can safely say I can transition from the dealer to this location. I did have some leaking of oil after some work but this was easily recovered as they brought me in the next day and even compensated me for the issue. The price seems to be competitive compared to other places. As someone who doesn't know cars, I can sure say I felt heard and understood here. Paul and Devin were especially helpful. Me:???????? DEVIN, "yes, your hose(coolant) needs to be replaced because it's missing" Me: when did it go missing? did it evaporate, I JUST dropped it off. and dhow much will MY permission cost???? DEVIN: $1300 and that doesn't include the Labor. Me: well, you guys usually send pics to my email detailing what needs to be fixed and what was discovered. DEVIN: well, for some reason we can't get the car started to do a diagnostic, and if you can't afford it I can send you a link for apply for a loan, it gives you 90 days to pay it off, which should be enough time for you, or you can come with a tow truck. Long story short, I DID NOT give DEVIN permission to have the work done on my car. and when I arrived my car was magically sitting out of the garage with my COOLANT HOSE DETACHED FROM THE COOLANT TANK!!!!
