Spk with 'G' a couple times before visiting, and greeted by Elijah when I arrived. Office is clean, Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Casual yet still professional interaction with everyone who walked in while I was there. Audrey up front is great, and again "G" is the kind of guy you want to work with for your auto needs. All signs suggested Catalytic Converter needed replacement, O2 sensors were bad, and no way I could get smog passed (est cost $1500 - $2500). They diagnosed the issues, replaced my dying battery (had to get jump start several times in preceding weeks), diagnostic tested, cleared codes, did NOT charge for phantom repairs/replacement and got my vehicle ready for smog and in good operating condition. More than $1000 less than what I expected to solve the issues. Honesty is often lacking when dealing with Mechanic shops, and as long as Mr. "G" and his team are here, I'll only bring my vehicle here. read more

After two auto repair places failed on diagnosing what was wrong with my car I decided to try Auto Xperts because it was close to my house and because they agreed to deal with my third-party warranty. I could not be happier with the service and the repair that they did not only did they diagnose my car within 24 hours. Mariah got my third-party warranty on the phone and everything was covered. The mechanics are amazing although I didn't get the chance to meet them. They fixed my car perfectly and Mariah was the cherry on top. She is an excellent office manager. She knows about cars and she kept in touch with me every day to let me know the status of my car and the warranty people. Can not say enough about this shop. I have had constant problems going back and forth losing my truck for weeks with Carmax Henderson. I was told Auto Xperts also works with their Carmax Max Care Warranty. Auto Xperts was quick to get me an appointment, let me drop off the vehicle the night before, and even diagnosed the problem that day. I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership. After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered. They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true. I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018. read more

ripped off ! needs axel seal on 07 carry leaking. after quote high i oked the job. after car was apart got a call telling me lock ring on end of shat missing. i asked can you replace the the locking washer? muiria shop manager said no must replace whole shaft . quote 130 @ high. after i get the car back started my investigation. first over charged on axle quote was 130 charged me 214$ got that money back. the lock washer 2.50 part at toyota in stock. so ripped me of on must replace axle. ai goggle has whole paragraph on dishonest mechanics removing lock washer and scamming people like this. confronted shop manager and mechanic said he wasn't comfortable with new washer. total b.s. shop manager blames mechanic. and topping off trans fluid after seal leak us maybe 2 qts charged me 97$ to put 7 qts of trans fluid into the case. ripped me off and dudnt respond to my attempt to resolve it. big beard mechanic and shop manager ripping off customers. im going to file as many complaints and case's ican with everyone i can for being a victim of this crime. @ 2 weeks ago read more

These people are so expensive to charge my a/c and add a hose for the Freon that this girl wanted to charge me over $ 500.00 for the job and I left and went right next door to A+ auto and they did the job for under $ 300.00 so I will never recommend Auto experts for anything but my 5 star rating will go to A+ from now on thanks again read more

I cannot believe I had to wait 6 hours on an extremely hot day for not just one day, but two! The first day was just to have them check to see if my compressor for my A/C was bad. I waited six hours. People came and went. I got there at 12:30 am and it was after 5pm when they gave the car back to me. I'd been to two other shops before that only took a half an hour, to check the compressor, but I had to go here because of the warranty. Not to mention I had to travel 40-45 minutes to get here, from my current location at the time. Next day was a repeat, only they were replacing the compressor. I mentioned I had a migraine and wasn't feeling well and asked them to text me when the car was done. But after checking once then waiting again till 2:30, I decided to check again because I was getting more ill . The car was in the parking lot! They never called to tell me it was done, despite telling them I was ill and requesting twice for them to call when done. When I got the keys back, and tried to start it up, it wouldn't start, battery check light came on. They had drained my brand new battery. They jerked me around! FOR TWO DAYS In response to your response: How does a battery drain when the engine is ON? I was in the car at 8:30-9:00, with the engine on. I did not drain the battery. When I picked up the car after 2pm, it wouldn't start, the dead battery indicator light came on. Those are facts. I frequently sit in my car, while it's running, when I park at home and I have never had a problem before. That's my habit. The location is 30-40 minutes from my home, so I had no one to drive me there and back for two days. Who would? I was assigned by my warranty to this location, which was the closest option. My issue remains that 6 hours was a long time. On the first day, I used the warranty app, which gave me AutoXPerts schedule. It offered two slots 1) available now or 2) available at end of day. I selected the first choice. It's AutoXPerts manager's responsibility to make sure they've programmed in the right responses. But I called before coming anyway. They said come in. It wasn't till I had driven 45 minutes when I arrived that I was told I'd have to wait to the end of day or else I could leave the car. But when I asked if I could get a rental car through the warranty, she said I'd have to arrange that myself. The client cannot arrange warranty covered rentals. So, I felt forced to stay. On the second day, I did not expect to be there all day when I was instructed to arrive at 8-8:30. No one said I'd be there the whole day. Why tell me to drop it off at 8:30, if you weren't going to work on it till afternoon? I did not see your person park the car. I was busy trying not to vomit & pass out. If she had just put the car there, then it was circumstance and that complaint I'll retract. However, your response was reactive and hot-headed. I found it unprofessional as do I concerning this whole affair. read more

I have an old beater that was given to me. I've taken this car to Auto Xperts many times. Last week, it would not start so I had it towed in. Pop-A-Lock told me it needed a new alternator, so I was frantic thinking how much this was going to cost. I called Mariah and she said "Bring it right in and we'll run a diagnostic on it to see what is wrong." She called me back the next day and it was ONLY THE BATTERY, which was under warranty, from Auto Zone. Auto Xperts obtained the battery from Auto Zone, put it in and it ran perfectly. Now, Auto Xperts could have easily agreed with Pop-A-Lock and told me that my alternator needed replacing. How would I have known the difference? Mariah told me the truth saving me around $500.00!! They only charged me for the diagnostic which was under $50.00! Believe me when I say that Auto Xperts, and their Manager Mariah, are the most honest, best, safest mechanics in the whole LV Valley. They will never rip you off and will tell you exactly what is wrong. Not only that, Mariah is a mechanic herself and she will talk to you, in detail, telling you what you need. If you ask her any questions about your car, she will take the time to explain the issue, explain the cost and approx. how long you can go before repairing. I was charged for replacement of four fuel injectors which I supplied. After one injector failed, I took it to another shop and they showed me the injector that failed and it was not the new part I supplied! I was shocked and requested an explanation but I've yet to hear from the manager. Photos and costs were mailed but unfortunately, I can not recommend them. Update: my car was not operating 100% when I left but I wanted another opinion from experts in BMW. Turned out I didn't need another engine. All I needed was replacement of 2 plugs & ignition coils! Not a $10k engine replacement as estimated by this shop. Further, the injector that was replaced was clearly 10 years old w/ a production date of 2012! I was looking forward to leaving a good review but was disappointed. I usually seek out smaller local businesses to support rather than larger chain shops, but in this case, I may have been better off going with the latter. I made an appointment to drop of my car on a Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM. I was told by Mariah, that the car might be done as early as Friday, but most likely would be done Monday. She informed me they were closed on the weekends. I called on Friday and sure enough, was told the car wasn't ready yet and to check back Monday. Since my wife and I share our car, we had to make other arrangements for the weekend spending money for Uber to get to/from work, etc.. On Monday morning I called Auto XPerts again, only to find out the car hadn't even been started yet. I've now been without a car for five days and it hasn't even been started? Why couldn't I have been told this when I called Friday? I would have gladly picked my car up to use it over the weekend rather than paying for ride share service. When I asked Mariah why I had to leave the car there when they weren't even going to touch it for five days, she replied "We like to have the car here so it's ready when we're ready to start on it". In other words, for their convenience rather than the customer's. When I called back later on Monday, there was some good news. Someone was working on my car and they were hoping to have it done by Tuesday. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and fortunately, the car was ready. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, all of the items from my center console and some items from my trunk along with a floor mat were just piled into my back seat (see photo). I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, and suggested maybe they should put these small items in a bag or something so the customer can see they were treated with care and are all together. Instead of the manager responding with any empathy, he replied "Usually we tell customers to take their sh#* out of the car so it doesn't slow our guys down". "They don't have time for that". I guess it was my fault I left things in my center console and trunk. Now I guess I'll spend time cleaning up their mess. Having owned my own vehicle-related business in the past, I know how important the little things are. Personal items being treated with care, customer's time being valued, a little professionalism, and courtesy go a long way. In this case, most of those little things were missing. The only reason I didn't give this review a 1-STAR is because Mariah was for the most part friendly and courteous, and there was effort made at the last minute to get my car finished when they sensed my displeasure. read more

Amazing staff and service! My Prius would not start so I had to have it towed to Auto Xperts. The staff was able to get my car to start to do a diagnostic test & the quiet was way under what I expected. Unforutually after Auto Xperts did a test drive, a few more issues came up. I know it's not uncommon for mechanics to find more stuff wrong with a car, but I expected some extras to be found since my car hasn't been used in quite some time. I approved the extra work to be done and was happy that Auto Xperts worked on a fair price. as well as communicated on every step. I would definitely refer Auto Xperts to others. I had my car serviced at this shop when it wouldn't start. When they did the diagnosis, they told me that I would need a total engine replacement. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion, where they found that it was just the MAF sensor. They also informed me that this shop had flooded my engine with fuel. I'm not saying that they tried to scam me, but it doesn't seem like they did a very thorough diagnosis before jumping to the solution of total engine replacement. read more

I wish i could give this more like 4 and 1/2 instead of 4 but Tried this place for the first time! Went based on the reviews. Mariah is super nice and very helpful. they 100% chose the right person to handle customers because she is great. I needed a valve changed it was a bit expensive which is why i would say only like a half star off but it is what it is. Regardless i felt safe here and not like they were just being money hungry saying all this stuff was wrong. Over all I would come back if i need to i think id need one more experience to fully give them 5 star but as long as you call them in advance you shouldn't have any problems. For my young ladies like me i know it can be hard to find people to trust with your car but i think Mariah helps ease that worry when it comes to this place! Stay away!! Extremely uncommunicative and shady. I am a very patient person. I like supporting small businesses and have a lot of understanding. I was even okay with days without a word, no answer when you call, and being told they'll call back and then nothing for another couple days. We took it in for a small leak and were given a quote that sounded fair and a finish date which also sounded fine. Four days longer than agreed upon it was ready and turns out they under quoted us by $300 ($550 shot up to $850). The manager offered us a two year warranty on the work in compensation and knocked $50 off, so what could we do? Less than two weeks later the car is overheating and having brand new issues related to original problem-- overheating etc. Was told to bring it in and that we would hear by midday that day about the verdict. No call until following afternoon, quoted $330 and when I mentioned the warranty was told they would call me back, and still hadn't heard anything for two more days. Tried calling and no answer, no reply to texts to manager. Went back to just pick it up and was told I wouldn't be charged for the work done (what work?? We didn't agree upon anything!) Drove the car for a couple errands after and it began overheating very quickly. This place is a mess and I'm not sure how they will be able to remain open with such awful service and communication. I went there because of Yelp reviews, but I don't see how anyone can give this place a good review with how they do business. Found on BBB that they have one horrible review. Now it will be two. I had such a wonderful experience with this shop. I had an old car that had been parked and inoperable for a long time. Not only did Jeremy quote me a much cheaper estimate than my old shop, that blew me away, he ended up beating his own estimate in the end. He fixed everything wonderfully and even put in a new battery for less than my original quote. He also was so friendly and communicative throughout the time my car was in the shop. I had my car oil changed at this place. Prior to the oil change, my vehicle was functioning normally and properly; however, after the oil change, I noticed my car behaving abnormally. Getting my car checked by my husband, he told me the air sensor was unplugged and he found metal bits when doing another oil change (since we believe they either used the wrong oil or never did an oil changed). Overall, I do not recommend anyone coming to this shop for any auto maintenance. Save your money and your car. read more
