I have to admit that I'm a little confused by all the 5 star reviews. It's what sold me originally on calling them, but I had a very different experience apparently than most. Setup an appt for brake pad replacement with a 2 hr window. Waited at home and no one showed up. Finally got ahold of the person and they advised they were running behind. It happens.. that's life.. but call or text! Setup another appt and guy comes out and changes brake pads. Fast, super friendly. Brakes start squeaking.. so I text and they say they will replace with a new set. Excellent! Third time a different guy comes out. He breaks off the key trying to get the nut off. Says it's on too tight and their equipment can't get it off.. they also can't put it on that tight. .. umm.. the previous guy put them on so..? I pay a tire shop to have removed and new put on. Sometime after the owner comes out when I'm not home. Why not just call or text? Could've met him to have them replaced. Final time guy comes out and replaces. They squeak more than the previous. Long store short.. wasted $250 on this service and had to have better ones put on at a legit shop. No squeaking. The end. read more

On time. On Sunday. At my house. Properly and very quickly serviced the brakes on our VW bug. I was worried it might be all 4 tires but he checked and it was only the front. Replaced the fronts with ceramic pads. Showed me the pads. Taught me about the pad sensor embedded in the pad and did so in the time it usually takes me to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. We made an appointment at my convenience and they were on time even in the wind and snow. I pulled my Tucson into the garage and they replaced rotors and pads within 20 minutes. Hi I had my breaks fixed today at my own house. It was way less expensive than i had been quoted by a shop. The owner came and did the work himself. He was amazing! He was only here between 30 and 45 minutes changed out both rotors and break pads and also fixed the caliper on the drivers side. He was amazing quick and inexpensive! I had gone to a shop earlier that morning and told i would have to have new everything. Rotors break pads and calipers on both sides and it would cost me almost $1300.00. When the work was being done at my house he was able to fix the caliper that was sticking and instead of charging me over $1300.00 he charged me about $269.00 I would recommend him to anyone!!! He was amazing and I'm so glad I found him! My car stops great with out making any noise. Wow! This is an interesting reason to write a review. I met Lee, the owner of this mobile brake service, when my car was overheated at a gas station. Lee offered to help me out without any questions. He offered me a ride to the auto parts store to pick up a part for my car, and gave me some friendly advice to get me on my way. He is very personable and courteous. I asked him if I could repay him in some way, but he just offered me his card and said to think of his service for brakes if I ever need help in the future. In this day and age I feel like that kind of generosity is rare to find for a business owner, and I would be more than happy to recommend him just for that alone! Thanks, Lee!
