I dropped my 2014 Honda Accord Sport off for a noise I was hearing underneath the car when accelerating. The general mechanic, Lead mechanic and Head mechanic were all unable to diagnose the problem. The service writer who is the mechanics puppet just repeats whatever they tell him and kept giving me the runaround for a day and a half with excuses. They're the manufacture of the vehicle and have the technology and resources to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues cars are having. Their mechanics receive extensive training to be up to date with the latest technology. I ended up picking up my car and took it elsewhere where the the issue was discovered right away and repaired, my car was ready in an hour. The service I received at Braman Honda was unacceptable. I religiously clean my car and I detail it every week Myself. The following day I cleaned it and discovered damage to my rims. They want Honda's to last and they want to treat you and your car with the $$ it's worth. Price-wise; you might find cheaper service with other mechanics, around the city, but according to "How to Buy a Used Car" Manuals I read, The dealers are the safest and best bet to handle your car with the proper care. I see this reflection with Braman Honda and I come in for engine problems. Other simple things like tires, A/C, Radio, brakes, etc... I research other places for better/cheaper service. i am a loyal honda customer for 5 years. i came recommended to this dealership and was greeted by Heriberto who i had spoken to on Saturday and advised i was coming in to see him on Monday. he said hello, engaged in some small talk, and then transferred me to someone who seemed to be training to show me around the cars. Straw that broke the camels back for me. I will no longer be going to any dealer, including this one, for any service. Needed to replace something and according to their estimate, the cost was 3-4 times more compared to the local body shop I went to to get it done. Their "discount" doesn't mean anything as even with that, you will not save a lot of money. Went to my local body shop, they installed the part and paint matched it for a fraction of the cost! Think about that. Would you rather go somewhere else and save money or have your wallet drained and be scammed and lied to? This particular dealer has an array of different vehicles, they try and hook all types of customers with their used Mercedes, Bmw, Porsche etc. the staff isn't well trained, they hang around the front doors like they're placing bets on a game. Their prices are higher than other local dealers and if you try to negotiate they will catch an attitude. This place is only in business because they sell a lot to Cubans that just came into the country, they don't know any better. In Cuba that's the hustler mentality and language m, they're used to it. I was told my car would not be seen for the recall until 12:30/1PM (Reminder: I got here at 9AM sharp for an appointment I had an email confirmation for!) because they were backed up with people coming in since 6AM. I took in my 2016 Honda Accord on a Friday after it started having battery problems. I took it in and in a matter of 3 hours they had replaced my battery, my rear camera (some how it had become loose), and he side plastic popped back into place. I was lucky enough that it was all under warranty, and so I didn't have to pay a dime. I highly recommend their service section, and ask for Louis! Now my issue is that the alternator is wrong .... Does that sound right to you ? Even my local mechanic looked at me with a weird face and now I'm forced to replace it and spend $800 . Employees very unprofessional say "I didn't steal it " when I was not accusing anyone Manager says keychain is too small for cameras to detect. Company does not hold anyone accountable for valuables lost during oil change. Manager kept interrupting me when I tried to explain situation as if it were my fault an employee of theirs had lost one of my valuables. Just because you could, doesn't mean you should. I bought my car from Braman honda last week. While I love the car, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth from this dealership. Knowing they had the exact car I wanted in the exact trim, they did not bend on the price. Watch out for Luis and Wally in Finance. Even though I was paying cash, it didn't effect the outcome. They added a few thousand dollars over the msrp because they could in these times of low inventory. I should have walked away but I needed a car and fell in love with this one. If I could have waited another two weeks, I would have gotten a better trim at a lower cost from another dealer. I was on a schedule to drive back up north, so I could not stay in Florida. My bad. Braman reluctantly gave me an umbrella and a steering wheel cover that my partner wanted ($50 total) . They would not throw in the all weather floor and cargo mats, I paid over $300 for. My only hope is that karma or a Sicilian curse with even the score on the extra pound of flesh they took from me. These salesmen live up to the hype of slippery, greedy, slimy salesmen you've all heard about. Not nice, Braman. read more

Forgot to mention I was FULLY aware of the issues my car had beforehand, like the oil leak and the power steering reservoir cap is missing. When the service rep spoke to me about fixing the damages I kindly decline because I only needed a oil change and I did not have the kind of money they were asking me to spend to fix EVERYTHING on my car. The rep told me "if you don't fix the oil change and get a cap for my power steering reservoir your belt could pop" I responded by letting him know I was aware. As I mention my belt was fine prior to me brining my car in for an OIL CHANGE & this belt was installed 2 MONTHS AGO along with a brand new pulley. The report that every customer is given of any issues found with their vehicle was of course given to me with no indication that my belt was swollen, torn, weary NOTHING. Coincidentally as soon as I leave my belt pops. The mechanic took me to see my car in the shop and the service rep told me the bolt I had on the bottom of my oil pan was bad and I would need to purchase the original Honda bolt, well guess what? The original bolt doesn't even FIT. The representative told me if the bolt they were putting does not hold properly he can not allow me to leave because of the dangerous situation it could put me in. The representative and mechanic proceeded to put the bolt back in and turned around and gave me and my boyfriend 2 Thumbs up "" said we were good to go. My boyfriend even asked the representative Mike "F" , " ARE YOU SURE WE'RE GOOD?!" Of he said "yes sir". So I would love to know how I was ASSURED that my car would be good to leave and my wheel locks up on me in the middle of me driving and oil starts gushing everywhere not even 5 mins of leaving the dealership . I also included pictures of my belt before bringing it to the dealership and what it looks like now... I just want to know if my oil leak was the cause of my oil why wasn't my belt put into the report as something that had an issue or it looked swollen and had to be taken care of. I would also like to know and why was I allowed to leave AND ASSURED that my car would be fine for me to leave when clearly it wasn't. I've been doing my oil change with them for sometime now but for some reason everytime I leave my car as wells as my wife's have some sort of issue that they didn't have before. Nail on my tire on brand new tires, mind you I don't commute much at all, my intake manifold is missing all the pins, my undercarriage protection missing pins now they are dragging everywhere. Honesty is not in their game. I started to question their truthfulness the last couple of times so I would check my car completely before going to them. Guess what? Failed. The last test was the undercarriage pins, all was good until they said it was missing and another part was falling off. We all know that dealers make their money in the service department, mostly by ripping people off. I have bought cars from them and serviced them there for the last 2 years. Today is the last day. Me llamo Miguel Angel y quiero comentar lo mal que me sentí hoy 10 de enero del 2024, cuando fui al solicitar ayuda por unos problemas que tiene mi auto, el cual estoy rentando por 3 años, específicamente por la mala atención y el poco o nulo deseo de ayudar y servir, del señor Oscar Torres o algo similar, quien se me dijo que es uno de los manager de servicio de este lugar. Es un auto Honda HR-V del 2023, con el cual empecé en Marzo del 2023 y tiene apenas 5000 millas recorridas, o sea, por tiempo y uso es prácticamente un auto nuevo, sin embargo, desde octubre - noviembre del 2023 tuve que ir a revisarlo porque tiene un ruido inusual en el motor, el cual fue comprobado por el señor Jefferson de atención y servicio, y después por los mecánicos que lo revisaron. Ese día le hicieron cambio de aceite adelantado (pues aún no tenía recorridas las millas establecidas para el 1er cambio), y se me indicó que si el ruido persistía, debía coordinar para dejarlo en una revisión más profunda. El ruido del motor continuó todo el tiempo, pero, como se me alertó que si se le hacía esa revisión no se me daría otro auto mientras tanto para poder trabajar, hasta hoy no había regresado más. Hoy fui de nuevo, porque además del ruido del motor, el auto está presentando un olor hediondo, como humedad retenida en ambas puertas delanteras, el cual justamente comenzó después de las lluvias pasadas, y además, ese olor invade cuando se enciende al aire acondicionado, lo cual hace que conducir el auto sea en extremo desagradable. Después de esperar casi 1 hora por falta de personal de servicio (solo habían 2 trabajadores atendiendo en ese lugar), llegó el señor Jefferson, quien me había atendido la ocasión anterior. Este olor fue comprobado por varios trabajadores del lugar, entre parqueadores y mecánicos, quienes decidieron consultar el caso con Oscar. Al llegar, Oscar dijo que no sentía el mal olor, y ante mis constantes peticiones para que me ayudara con alguna solución o revisión de las puertas a ver si encontraban la causa del problema, el señor Oscar me negó el servicio, ante la mirada de sorpresa de sus colegas de trabajo, quienes habían comprobado el mal olor del carro, pero como el es el jefe pues no podían hacer nada. El señor Oscar, sin revisar nada, me dijo ante todos, que ese olor era por causas ambientales y que ellos no podían hacer nada al respecto, además dijo comentarios que me parecieron una real falta de respeto y se lo hice saber en el momento, y por más que insistí que me ayudaran de alguna manera, se negó rotundamente a cualquier intento de ayuda o servicio. Y me indicó que fuera a hablar con el departamento de ventas a ver si ellos me daban alguna solución. Finalmente, mañana a las 10 am debo regresar al establecimiento porque alguien si tiene deseos de trabajar y ayudar a los clientes, y me prometió coordinar para que un mecánico revise las puertas, y limpie o se haga lo que se pueda hacer, con la buena intención de resolver o mitigar el problema. Sinceramente, no logro entender como un manager de servicio al cliente puede comportarse de esa manera, y menos frente a trabajadores que podrían ser sus subordinados, como tampoco imagino que con vergüenza Oscar podría exigir a sus subordinados la menor calidad en la atención al cliente, y tampoco imagino como los subordinados pueden aceptar indicaciones de una persona como el. Espero que, por el bien de Honda, se tengan en cuenta estos comentarios porque la atención recibida hoy fue de las peores. En conclusión, me fui con la peste en el carro y con el motor con ruido y la amenaza de que si había que hacer esa revisión más profunda al motor, pues me quedaría sin carro el tiempo que demore, y por supuesto... eso no afectaría el cobro mensual que se me hace por el arrendamiento. Simplemente increíble lo que me acaba de suceder hoy. Terrible customer service here. They don't provide all of the materials required for you to install parts by yourself, so you have to go and buy the screws and separate installation pieces yourself through a secondary authorized retailer. A majority of the employees only speak Spanish and are an absolute pain to communicate with if your primary language is English. Wait times are outrageous because a majority of the service department doesn't know a single thing about the cars, plus the representatives indoors and in the offices are nasty and uncooperative, acting sassy for no reason and being vague with answers when asking for help. Do not come here, find a better place to service your Honda car. read more

These people are thief's.When you lease your car they give you the option to buy it after the lease is done but when you go to buy the car for the remaining balance they add whatever amount they want in fees so that you don't want to buy it and turn it in since they don't have enough cars, and they can sell it to someone else for more money,they are not professionals and they're rude and disrespectful to clients. When I confronted them and told them they were stealing my money they just laughed and said "Yeah thats what we do", and before they gave me any options to what I could do with the car they ran my credit for no reason.I would never recommend this business to anyone and will go somewhere else. Great vehicle service center. I came in today on a busy Saturday morning and the wait time was approximately 2 hours for a oil change. I was done within 1 hour. Service advisor Jason larenas has always assisted me in all my vehicle needs and takes the time to explain the repairs needed for your vehicle. Braman Honda has a nice waiting area where you can get some work done and relax while your vehicle is being serviced. There are also clean restrooms and a cafe. read more
