We were also working and needed this issue handled promptly. If communication and follow-up cannot be provided because you are too busy "working," then that reflects very poorly on your business practices. The lack of accountability and honesty was extremely frustrating. :) And for future reference, the operator should never raise her voice at a customer. Professionalism and proper customer service should always be maintained. I was the one dealing with the issue and the unnecessary delay, so that response was completely inappropriate.
