Not only are there a bunch of plants to choose from, the owners there are super kind and helpful! I went to buy bonsai trees for my mom's birthday and there were tons of options. I asked the lady for advice and she was able to help me narrow down which plants were best indoor, which were best outdoor, and how much they were. As others stated, prices aren't listed so you have to ask the owner how much the plants are, but they are fairly priced in my opinion. The owner was also helpful when it came to giving advice on how often to water the plants, where they should stay to get the best light, and answered all our questions. I ended up getting a ficus (left) and a juniper (right). When our ficus wasn't doing so well, we brought it back into the nursery hoping for answers on how we could better take care of it or plants like it in the future. Not only was she able to examine it, trimmed it, and showed us how to water it, she even went ahead and repotted a new one for us! We weren't expecting to even get a new ficus, but she went out of her way to find us another ficus, teach us how to take better care of it. This is one of the best shops I've ever been to as they truly care about their plants and their customers. We were just expecting to receive advice on how our ficus was dying and we ended up getting a new plant to start our journey again. No matter if you're a beginner or an expert, definitely give this place a go for some good service from the owners and some pretty plants!

I know the guy has many years in the industry and figured it was the best place to take it for service. I was told it would be 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks then came to pick it up and was told he was waiting on a part. He seemed annoyed that I was even asking if it had the repair was completed. So I waited some more weeks then called and was told same thing, waiting on a part to arrive. Waited weeks again then showed up to pick it up. I was told that the fuel wouldn't prime and he said he didn't know how to fix it. What??? It was running when I dropped it off! I thought he was waiting for a part? Why wasn't I called when he ran into trouble? He decided he couldn't fix it then just sat on it, waiting for me to come pick it up?? When I show up I'm told he just can't fix it, doesn't know why doesn't have any answer for me and he hands me a bag of parts. He rips off the new carburetor he installed and just leaves my tool there on the floor next to a bag of parts. My tool that I needed weeks ago, dropped off months ago, is in pieces. I have never heard of such a thing. I'm new in the landscape industry and I'm busy and struggling with scheduling and managing costs and maintaining equipment. All the things that come with running a landscape business. I didn't expect that the tool repair shop would set me back so far and offer no apology or advice or anything useful whatsoever. I'm so shocked that I don't even know how to review this place. Did this really just happen? Freeport power equipment said 2 weeks to service my brush cutter, ended up spending 2 months taking it apart, then gave it back to me in pieces. No phone call updates, no checking in to explain the delay. Zero customer service. Zero care about the quality of my experience or its effect on my business. If you aren't already a familiar customer of theirs, I get the feeling you're of no value to them and you'll get nothing but bad attitude, wasted time, and in my case, you get your tool back in far worse condition than it was in when you dropped it off. Dude needs to retire or close his business to the public. Or maybe just offer something to help make it right. Thanks for nothing, ya jerk.

Not knowing what to expect we were so pleasantly suprised. The boxes were by the front gate and as soon as we entered we were greated by a nice lady. We looked at the boxes, decided which ones we wanted and a worker came over and loaded them in our van. We didn't need to load anything. I paid the lady on her phone and she texted me a reciept. It was a long drive but kind of nice. We drove along the Sacramento river for great scenery. Thanks again Trees Outlet for a great product and buying experience.

My daughter's uncle, his fiancée, and I brought her here after lunch to celebrate her birthday, and they let her pick out a couple of plants to take home. It turned out to be such a fun experience. The nursery has a huge selection of plants, flowers, pots, and garden décor, and it was easy to spend way more time browsing than we had planned. Everything was well organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Whether you're an experienced gardener or just looking for your first houseplant, there's something for everyone here. My daughter was especially excited about the plants she chose. I'm honestly a little sad that I'm moving away because I know this would have become one of my regular spots. Over the years, they grew in popularity and I saw the new neon signage go up and am always excited to see their next new landscaping and added features. This is a split between gardening supplies and plants. They don't have trees like your average nursery, but more of succulents, cactus, herbs, and decorative flora. They sell tons of giants pots and has an indoor shop with cute gardening knick knacks. I've purchased many cute household plants from them. I love that the space itself is decorated to give you ideas for your next project. It's a nice stroll thru paths, gazebos, and ponds/water structures. There is an annual butterfly event when the butterflies migrate and stop by the Secret Garden's many passionfruit vines. During their summer events, there's rotating vendors. I actually found my favorite coffee from a pop-up here, which now they have a brick and mortar shop downtown, Burnside Coffee. Whether you're looking for ideas or cute plants, the Secret Garden has it. Sometimes it's just nice to stroll around their grounds. I'm hoping they expand more in the future and add more gardens and structures. Hopefully they can set up a picnic area and have more events.

We drove out and checked out the plants and then were able to order plants and schedule delivery on phone/text. Armando is the owner and we were assisted by Alondra who was a delight to work with. We saved a substantial amount of money. They delivered our order for $40 while a local nursery wanted $75 for the delivery that would under 5 miles. Very happy with plalnts and service.
