Not only are the staff rude but they are also extremely dramatic and defensive so don't ask any questions about YOUR account and the LIFE SAVING/ALTERING medications you need!!! Times I've gone, it's not really crowded, they are well stocked and seem to have more out here, than the locations where I live near LA. And yes, best excuse also is Thrifty's ice cream. I've never had any issues here, service has been Ok to fine, but never encountered anything that was poor customer service. I don't go there for prescriptions, but that seems to be the case for all drug stores, as far as long lines, prescriptions out of stock or whatever. I really like this Rite Aid, I hope it remains here for a long time. And they never card me like the one in downtown El Segundo, nor do they have a bunch of panhandlers (under disguise of World Mission Org helping themselves, not the addicts or homeless). So yup, I'm a fan of this location.

He literally laughed in my face when I told him I would have to hold off on buying a prescription because it was not able to be covered by my insurance and I couldn't afford it. I have never felt so belittled by a customer service worker. He needs to have respect for others and learn how to do the customer service portion of his job. Even though my photo order said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, the employees were so kind right from the moment I walked in. They were helping other customers, but still acknowledged me and directed me to the photo counter right away. The employee there grabbed my poster board and offered to print my photo order on the spot, letting me know it would just take about 5 minutes. That alone meant so much to me in that moment. But what really stood out is that he went out of his way to find me in the store once everything was ready and personally handed me my order. During such a difficult time, that level of kindness and effort truly meant everything. I'm so grateful for the compassion and customer service I received tonight. The line is so bad that sheriffs watching it... THIS IS INSANE I swear to god there are days I much rather die than go on being treated like this. They are knowledgeable about medication when I get a new prescription and want to know what it's for. I moved over to Hemet and was looking for a new pharmacy when I received a call from Total Care, checking on the request to change pharmacies. When I explained that I had moved, they said that they would get me my meds. That made me happy because with Total Care gives you a smile when you enter and you feel important not just next one in line.
