Electric hot water heater made in Mexico. Dish washer does not dry, and leaks door gasket came loose in less that 6 months. The 2x4 they used on the structure full of knots and cheap grade. The electrical sub panel in garage is wired in aluminum feeders. The garage floor not sealed. The fit and trim very poor. The shower and bath tube small and cheaply made. Very poor roof with only 15-year warranty.
