I have used them for years for both my Internet and my clients' connectivity needs. If you have ever had an issue with internet and waited on hold, you know what I am speaking of. Or my favorite on-hold message, "if your internet is down, please visit our web site, at..." Iglou has real people, real technicians, you can reach by phone. I appreciate their service, they are local and have been around for over 30 years. I had a problem this week with a client, Iglou worked with me fast. Sparklight our telephone and internet provider, arrived Monday late afternoon and around 5:00 pm it was determined that it was an issue with our phone system in-house. I reached out to RG Telcom Tuesday morning and actually sent a photo of our phone system to them. The technician arrived that day and fixed the problem within 35-40 minutes.
