Well, we are back at this Boost location to transfer my husband's phone from Spectrum to Boost due…read moreto the continued price increase at Sprectrum. The young man who waited on us was polite, friendly and so very competent and helpful. All the staff we have dealt with ovwr the years have been the same. I can't say enough about the customer service. The store is conveniently located near our home, easy to access, clean and there is seating available while you wait. I have had Boost setvice for several years and have been very pleased with the service. When I have needed a new phone I have gone online to purchase as there appear to be better deals that way but i then take my phone into the store for excellent customer service, care and setup.

I saw that Boost had unlimited data and text and talk for $25 a month... I mean why the heck not?! I did my research beforehand and Boost is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) meaning they ride on major carriers cells towers for coverage. In this case, Boost operates off of AT&T and T-Mobile's network. So pretty good coverage. So I bring my phone in and I was greeted by an African fellow working behind the counter. (Sorry, I can't remember his name). He was very friendly and he asked what I would like to do. I told him that I would like to have my phone number ported from AT&T to Boost. He gave me and my phone top priority and was very friendly throughout the whole process. May only complaint comes from something that was outside of his control when he had to contact Boost support overseas... that slowed everything down to a near halt but he kept at it. Eventually he got my phone number porter and my phone activated with Boost Mobile. All is well. Sidenote: This is a Usual rental place too? That struck me as very odd.
