I have flat feet, so it's important to get the right pair fitted. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris. He asked what I was looking for and when I mentioned overpronation he knew exactly what I was talking about. I've been to other shoe stores where they have no clue about pronation, but Chris was knowledgeable about what someone like me would need. Unlike many salespeople, he didn't try to push the newest and most expensive pair on me. He offered me a pair of new Adidas ClimateCools based on what j was looking for. They were nice, but were a bit too tight near the front so I passed. He then suggested I go to Foot Locker for a pair of Asics that I was actually looking for. He could've easily done the hard sell, but instead he put the customer first and provided the sort of advice that most salespeople refuse if it costs then a sale. I may not have bought a pair today, but I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I explained to him that I got the BOGO deal and shouldn't have to pay the regular price. He was clearly annoyed but adjusted the price. They didn't have the shoe I wanted so he said that I could order it and they would have it shipped. When I received the shoes in the mail, they were a size 9 in men's when I requested a women's 7. Fast forward 2 weeks. I brought the shoes back and asked to exchange them. He was still visably annoyed. They still didn't have the size I needed in stock so he said that they would order it again.
