Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They took over a lease I had been living in…read morefor 8+ years. I was renting directly from the homeowner and we had a phenomenal relationship before this awful company took over. Once they took over. Nothing got done regarding any repairs. I had a whole in my wall for 6 months after a plumbing repair in the master. They also raised the rent $400 the first time and another few hundred upon the second year (directly after the pandemic in which I paid all the way through the pandemic without missing once). I decided to move out because of how horrible key property management was. We went our separate ways and all of a sudden I'm being contacted by a collection agency saying I owe $6k on top of the fact they never returned my security deposit. I never received ANYTHING from key stating what the charges were or what it was for or how I could dispute it. BEWARE!!! Very very poorly run and clearly they operate in a shady manner. Rather than a phone call or something to reach me to discuss any charges, they just stay silent then send you to collections. The house was left in better condition that I originally rented it in and I just found all my pictures/texts and documents proving all of it. I'm pretty excited now. I take that back, I am VERY excited for the future. DO NOT USE KEY PROPERTY MISMANAGEMENT!!! Unless you want to have minor repairs take 6+ months, poor communication from the office and to be charged a bunch of charges and never be told until you see a collection agency calling to tell me that I not only don't get my security deposit but that I owe $6k for a house that was a forclosure with nothing done to it, when I moved in...... My goal was to close 4 properties by end of 2026, and ultimately have 10 rentals and needed to find a good PM and wanted to build a good relationship for the long term. Their reviews were solid and I spoke with Tyler at the beginning of researching for PM to manage my pending rental property in Las Vegas. After having a phone conversation, I wanted to meet with Tyler in person to discuss and decide if Graham team was the right PM for me. At this point I liked the reviews and the phone intro from Tyler. i sent a text to Tyler to arrange in person meeting , and confirmed that i was visiting. Everything sounded good... Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason. Im coming from Cali and driving back and forth for 12 hours, so I had to plan my day a week prior and wanted to make sure this meeting was accomplished. The text response was nothing but upsetting and shocking to me because Tyler assumed that i was not coming, rather than following up via phone call or even a text 1-2 days before meeting to confirm the meeting. I will never work with a business that ASSUMES everything. How can you trust and leave your rental property if the PM assumes and doesnt follow up and have a decent communication skills?? It literally ruined my day completely and wasted my time. I would never recommend this type of unprofessional company to anyone. I would be horrified how they deal with tenants issues...!
