Tim Stoner came over today to give an estimate on tiles that were displaced. He knew right away that it was caused by the wind. While he was on the roof inspecting, he placed the tiles back into place. He did not charge me anything and didn't try to oversell. Roof looks nice. Arian talked a good talk but had many broken promises. Never received a call or text when no one showed up as scheduled or promised. Had to constantly contact them only to get excuses. The new roof replacement took a total of eight days. Two days to complete the roof, three days to pick up the dump trailer and three days to finish cleaning up my property. Definitely lacking customer service skills. If promptness and broken promises do not matter to you then this is your company. On a side note, he was on time to pick up the check! read more

DO NOT USE Nevada Exteriors AND Arian Shibonis is a total liar. Nevada Exteriors replaced my roof and broke both of my AC units in the process which required another AC company to come and try to fix the damage. Nevada Extetior causes. Nevada Exterior was also trying to charge me an extra $5,000 personally for the damages that they had causes, left my AC units unsecure,including crushed plywood on my roof, vent covers out of place and put shingles down in the wrong place and i still have a leaking roof for almost two years now. The damages they caused has put my home at risk of a fire,electical issues possible mold and ceiling damage also still not fixed. After many many many phone calls, textes messages and attempts to get the my home repaired and promises from Arian himself to fix the shoddy work that was done. the needed repairs inwhich i have a warranty for, I have got nothing but the runaround, headaches, false promises and still a leaking roof and unfinished repairs. I am now forces to take other remedies to try and ensure my home is safe. i now will write reviews everwhere I can, contact the contractors board and legal action if needed. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them to touch your home. Fair warning to you all. By the way, per Arian, one of their employee was fired for this and still nothing done. If you want an incomplete job hire these guys. They will not communicate. They won't return calls text messages emails nothing. They were hired to do our roof and did about 80% of it. The good news is the only received half the money because we're not gonna release the rest until it's done. If anything changes, I will update my review. I had a fantastic experience with Arian at Nevada Exteriors. I reached out late Thursday night, and even though it was pretty late, Arian got back to me super quickly. He was able to come by the very next morning to take a look at my roof, which was amazing. I have recently moved into a new house and was dealing with some insurance drama--basically, they couldn't figure out the age of my roof for underwriting. They told me if I couldn't prove its condition or age, I might not get coverage or even have to replace it. I explained there were solar panels installed five years ago, so there *had* to be an inspection at some point, but that still wasn't enough for them. Arian totally saved the day. Not only was he able to figure out exactly how old the roof was, but he also certified its condition, took geo-tagged photos, and sent them over to me so I could show my insurance company. It was exactly what I needed, I'd been going back and forth with the insurance company for almost two weeks, and Arian got me all the info I needed in less than 24 hours. Plus, while he was up there, he noticed a few broken tiles and fixed them for me, which was awesome. If I ever have any more roofing issues, I know exactly who I'm calling. I received 4 estimates from 4 different roof companies. 2 of them quote me astounding estimates to fix my leaking roof , but Nevada Exteriors was one of the companies that was fair , explanatory and transparent. Arian explained the reason I was experiencing my issue and offered possible solutions to fix the leak and prevent it from ever reoccurring. I called Arian to come out an inspect my new roof that I just had installed by Best Choice Roofing. Arian was very professional and knowledgeable about roofing here in Las Vegas NV. He showed up at my home at the time we agreed upon with only one day notice. Arian provided me with pictures of all the MISTAKES AND ERRORS Best Choice made on installing my roof. He walked me through the complaint process that I will file with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Arian did this OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HIS HEART as he did not charge me ANYTHING. After the severe wind storms we have had here in Las Vegas. I was approached by Christian to see about getting roof done. He took the time to explain how our insurance company would cover the cost of doing the roof. Chris and Brak took the time to explain the quotes, and explain the procedures. Nevada exteriors even filed the claim. Once all was approved their crew came in and did the roof. A complete job and even replaced the attic heats vents, what also I'm pressed mebeas they took the time to paint all the roof vents so it all matched. read more

When I needed my roof repaired I contacted 3 vendors. One would not give me a valid estimate and ended up ignoring me. Another didn't even answer my query. Cristian Neagu, form Skyline Homes/Nevada Exteriors came out, inspected the roof and gave me a good estimate I could handle. The materials were delivered and repair started the next day. Additional materials had to be acquired because the decking needed to be replaced. I got that done and after the second day the roof was finished. A little touch-up and cleanup yesterday (11-12-23) and I now have a beautiful new roof free from leaks. I highly recommend Cristian and Nevada Exteriors if you need your roof taken care of. They have just re-branded from Skyline Homes. I made an error in judgment by feeling pressured to sign an agreement with them to work with my insurance company in trying to expand the scope of work to repair my roof. It took weeks for it to work out that the insurance would not expand the scope of work, so the agreement was voided. They did, however, tarp my roof and I just got the pricing for having done so... $1,100!! I find this to be an absolutely ridiculous cost and I was not informed of the cost prior to them having done the work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. BE VERY WARY IF YOU STILL INTEND TO HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A QUOTE ON A JOB. read more

Our covered patio roof (runs nearly the length of our house) was severely damaged this last September when Las Vegas was hit with the winds and rain from the tropical storm coming out of California. This company was the one the general contractor sent out to do the replacement and repairs. They were excellent. Everyone we dealt with was very responsive, very courteous, and very professional. They did a great job...they cleaned everything up afterward , then they took a video of the work to show us so we did not have to climb up on the roof. We would highly recommend them. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, obviously they have figured out how to fleece seniors! Roof inspection and estimate done by Nevada Exteriors and submitted to insurance. Replacement approved by homeowners insurance and initial check was sent. Nevada Exteriors cashed our rather large (over $10,000) check over 6 weeks ago and last week we were told "that they couldn't do the work on a manufactured home". Ryan Thomas further stated that "I will talk to the owner about refunding your deposit and will send us an email ". Here we are a week later and nothing. Total ghosting. read more
