Walking around with someone can easily be a challenge if the other person decides to veer off....it's a maze !!! LOL. BrandsMart USA is one of the leading Consumer Electronics and Appliance Retailers in the Southeast and one of the largest Appliance Retailers in the country. BrandsMart USA has 9 retail stores in South Florida and the Atlanta area and they also have a very active website, where you can purchase anything that is on sale at the brick and mortar store. This store has a huge showroom with a selection of over 500 name brands and 50,000 different items in-stock and ready for pickup or delivery. This BrandsMart USA store like all the other ones, stocks a huge selection of televisions, large and small appliances, audio, video and home theater equipment, exercise equipment, car stereo components, tablets and computers, cellular telephones, furniture, mattresses, thousands of accessories and so much more. A distinctive octagonal showroom design allows customers to view every item on display creating a stadium feeling. The lower level houses thousands of small appliances, housewares, vacuum cleaners and health care aids. Had a dryer delivered last week. Once the installer left I went to start drying our clothes. 30-45 seconds later and I feel heat from the back of the dryer. The picture is exactly what I saw. The attachment from our dryer to the vent, the vent was pulled out breaking the wall connector. This past week has been nothing more than phone calls to get someone's attn. Of course SB has an outside contract with a repair company yet good luck with that. We finally received an email from the repair company asking to send pictures of the damage in which we did. They contacted us to make an appointment. Our appointment was yesterday and they sent delivery guys. Needless to say, I guess I'm paying to fix their problem. read more

I called customer service 3 days in a row and no one picks up the phone AT ALL. NO ONE ANSWERS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE? My delivery arrived 2 hours after the delivery window closed. I had to pay my property manager overtime for waiting extra 2 hours. They delivered at 8pm which was after the time my condo allows deliveries, which created more problems for me. I called the store to complain, and they said someone will reach back. They have some decent products but the service SUCKS! Our dryer stopped working while under warranty. They sent out a service man that said it was the heating element. Maybe it was more to repair than worth and so they issued us a store credit for a new one equal to what we paid originally. We went to the store and purchase another one, a little bit of an upgrade but you have to buy a new three prong plug and new exhaust hose and a new warranty so the new dryer cost us almost 400.00 out of pocket. This was a Thursday and we were told we could get our dryer on Sat, they came and it was damaged so it was finally rescheduled for the following Sat. It was delivered and we believed all connected. My husband asked them to turn it on to be sure it worked. It did turn on and they immediately left. We noticed our garage getting hot so we looked behind the dryer and they had broke the connection and it was never connected to the vent in the wall. They had broken the connector, but never said a word. We called and told they were not responsible for the connection! Finally I got an email address to customer service They responded very quick and set up another day for a Delivery to come out, told her I need a repair person to fix this. She then tells me that the delivery guys that came on Saturday reported to the dispatcher that the connector was broken, even though they Said Nothing to us. Sure to cover their own Ass. So now since this company is doing nothing to help us after numerous phone calls we are having to Pay out of Pocket to get someone to repair this exhaust. I will do everything in my power to get the message out there that Brandsmart is not about their customer service. No stars for this company!!!!!!! I am writing an update because much has happened since my original review. If I could give zero stars I could. If you are thinking of buying anything from this business, run don't walk in the opposite direction. We purchased an entire kitchen of appliances here and I wish we had gone elsewhere. From the start the refrigerator leaked and couldn't go all the way back because we were told by the installer the water line would crimp. Strike number one, terrible installers and delivery people. They sent out a repair person to fix the leak and he put the appliance where it should be but couldn't fix the leak, stating it was a defect, and a new refrigerator had to be sent out. Meanwhile the submitted promised rebate was sent back as outdated even though the post mark shows it was submitted immediately and still within the promotion period. We spoke to a manager who stated it was a mistake and that we would be hearing back soon but it's been three weeks. Calls to the manager go unanswered. Nobody answers the telephone in that store. The salesman is in hiding. Strike two, refrigerator number two comes out with the same defect. We did purchase a warranty plan but it's Brandsmart. We were told a new one will again be sent out and delivery will be Tuesday. We received a telephone call I can only assume was about the delivery, but it was entirely in Spanish, and we couldn't understand it, so we had to have a Spanish speaking friend try and decipher it with difficulty. Tuesday morning, we get a confirmation call that delivery will be between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. All appointments for that day were cancelled and we remained at home. About an hour later a call comes cancelling delivery, "sorry but we can't make it today, it will be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday." Nobody will ever call you back from Brandsmart as they are too busy moving on to the next sucker. Just go in there and tell a salesperson you are already working with someone and watch the nasty attitude you get. The salespeople in this store would apparently sell their own children to make a buck. The customer service is non-existent, and they do not stand behind what they sell, even their worthless service plan. Now we are having to take this to the next level outside the business because we can't get anywhere with store management. I have had several bad experiences with other items purchased at Brandsmart and what I have learned is no matter what they promise you it is all a bunch of fairy tales. Do yourself a favor and avoid Brandsmart and the stress in dealing with a bunch of incompetents. I purchased a leather sofa and recliner in November 2020 with a guarantee. I called for repair in July for the recliner and they sent repairman out on July 13th. "He needed parts" and would return in a week. A month later with many, many phone calls, give me different answer. Finally last week, they advised I would receive an email 3-5 business days with my options. That has passed and now they're telling me that its normal wear and tear. You can't get a supervisor to help, they just keep saying "I'm sorry". Will never shop there again. Pretty sad service and lack of customer service. read more

Wow what a horrible experience trying to buy a washer and dryer. We have bought full kitchens and washer and dryers from Brandsmart forever. This was by far the worst experience of sales and delivery ever from anywhere. The wife went in and asked to buy a washer and dryer combo that was in stock. The sales person checked stock and she bought a combo of what was available for delivery. The delivery came the following week and only had the dryer. She called they said the washer was out of stock. How can that be you said it was in stock when purchased hat should save it for us. NOPE. The next day she goes to the store to find a set that was in stock checked stock 7 in stock and bought the set. Set delivery for the following week. The call came to let us know the delivery was set. Then a call are they did not put it on the truck. What? How does it not make the truck. Ok set up delivery for the next available day again the following week not the next day not sure how that is but what ever. The next delivery call is set but now the washer has a dent and they cannot deliver it. How do you not go and get one without a dent? The sales person said he will set up a special delivery but of course doses not call. We call a competitor who delivers the same set the next day. Never again will I buy from this company. Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from BrandsMart 1/29/2022. it was defective. Frigidaire made the choice to refund the unit Brandsmart called with an RA # I went into the store, and no one could tell me how much i was getting back. I was going to upgrade the unit but needed to know how much they were refunding. I received a text for delivery and had to call Coporate to figure out if I owed anything they sent me to sales. I spoke to the original salesperson Rene who refused to provide his whole name who told me refund is 1149 I asked about tax he told me I was not entitled. He argued with me about it. I then told him fine, if BM is going to refuse money back I will just replace it with the same thing. He told me he could not do this, and I had to go back to corporate. I called corporate. Who told me he was wrong and should have helped and noted his poor customer service. She said she would have a manager call me. I got the 2nd salesperson, who said he would find out about how much they were giving me back. He called me back and advised $1149 then argued with me for 10 minutes as to why I was not entitled to return of the tax. I asked to speak to a manager and got a call back who said yes I am entitled to tax. He suggested that I purchase the upgraded fridge but by this time I was so angry I did not want to provide more money to BrandsMart who will be refunded by Frigidaire for the faulty appliance. So the store lost $800 in sales because of poor customer service. The reps are unprofessional untrained and argumentative. They make you feel like you are wasting time. I purchases a couple of items from brandsmart and I was happy with my purchase but I used the leasing program. I have had the worst experience with the leasing. I called in a couple of weeks ago and changed my credit card on file. When I did that they changed my due dates for my accounts and because they did that it made my payments late. They also changed my charge amounts as well. On 01/26/2024 I went into bransmart to get this straightened out. They fixed my due dates and the charge amounts to the old amounts. On 01/29/2024, I received a call from brandsmart asking if they can charge my card and I said ofcourse. Instead of me paying my usual monthly amount of $190.00 they charged me $256.88 when they are the reason why my account is the way that it is. I am filing this complaint to let everyone know not to use brandsmart leasing. They are crooks and they will charge you for their mistakes. Once I finish with the 2 accounts that i have I will not be using them again for my leasing needs. read more

This is the first time in my life I have written a review; at 64 years of age I believe this says a lot. I am terribly disappointed in both the lack of information given to me on the purchase of my kitchen appliances And the subsequent service. I purchased a built in refrigerator, built in microwave, built in dishwasher and a professional range: The refrigerator came first, albeit damaged, a new refrigerator was delivered in a reasonable period of time. The dishwasher which was to replace a broken dishwasher in my home in which I was told was in-stock was clearly not and took approximately 2 weeks, one week later it broke , almost 2 weeks later a serviceman tells us it needs to be replaced, 2 weeks later it was. Total 7 weeks Built in Microwave - dimensions are not what I was told and I needed to recut the cabinet. Range top- 6 or 7 weeks for delivery, week and a half for installation which of course I paid. to find out when the installer was here that he cannot connect the existing gas line and I need to contact the gas company. Of course I was never informed of this I didn't need to pay for installation which I could of easily done myself if I knew a head of time the gas company needEd to be called in. Yes, you may save some money but you need to ask yourself if it is truly worth the inconvenience and aggravation . read more

Purchased an appliance package over 30 days in advance and scheduled the delivery.. Based on work schedules and travel flew into town specifically for the delivery. When the delivery came only 1 of 4 items were on the truck. Not a courtesy call nor any communication. It wasn't for the lack of opportunity as 2 calls were made prior to confirm delivery. In order to cancel order , it requires multiple transactions that can't be completed at one time or even in the same day. While I am understanding these are challenging times with Covid and you ask for customers to be flexible. Covid has nothing to do with poor customer service, lack of respect for your customers. PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! I have gone onto Brandsmart page in Facebook. Mistakenly put two in only because I didn't know the first one took. I'm not very good at this stuff. What everyone needs to know is that corporate is never going to be behind you. I'm very disappointed in a couch that I bought there. I should've known better to buy any furniture at that type of store but I did, as everyone does, because I thought they were reliable and stood by their products. That's not the case for me however! I bought a couch that has both sides that recline and the centerpiece that comes down with cupholders. I knew it wasn't real leather and not the best quality, but it was less than $800 to buy that and a rocking recliner that stands alone to match. I've had trouble with the couch ever since I got it. And it's been almost a year now. In the beginning, it took over three months to get parts and people to come out to look at it and replace things. I'm having bigger problems with it now than I ever thought I could or anyone should with a reclining couch. Or chair, doesn't matter. When I sit in it, it reclines without me wanting it to unless I don't have the foot support up. When I do that, It reclines fully back to where I am sitting on wood and can't sit up straight even if I wanted to. Their experts "in furniture " Think that my couch is just fine. I wonder how much kickback they get for that. Not having to replace a full couch. They said it was just wear and tear. I don't know about you, but wear and tear to me means a couple years later it should probably maybe do what it's doing now. Only because it is a very cheap product made in China. There is about a 4 inch gap between the seat and the back to where my bottom ends up sitting inside the couch (on wood) rather than on a cushion! I actually have to cross my legs to sit on my own couch that's a recliner. What a sad thing that is. They have ordered parts from China as of today December 10. 2018, that will be here in about three months. I can't imagine what they're going to do to me in three months. Things are going to come in incorrectly or ripped like they did when I first got it and I'm going to have to start all over again. I am not healthy enough to do this. I've gone on brands Mart's Facebook page and asked the owner Robert Perlman if he would maybe consider giving someone who doesn't have much, her money back, even if it's just a gift card, rather than make me sit on furniture that I can't sit on after two back surgeries in the last three years. Two total surgeries!!! This is to let you know that corporate does not stand behind anything if they don't have to. I paid cash for this furniture and there is no way they're giving me any of it back no matter how much they make a year. And they are making tons a day. I'll take a store credit and sell it to someone for $100 less so I can buy other furniture because I'm going to be sitting on my lawn furniture or furniture that hurts me. Shelly Fiuza was an outstanding salesperson who really took the time to help us find the perfect washer and dryer to meet our needs. I cannot say enough about my recent experience with Brandsmart and Sam Adjoudanpock in their major appliance department. (The extent of my shopping at Brandsmart has been very limited- just two small refrigerators over the last decade) - and those experiences were great but NOTHING comes close to the experience with Sam over a problematic air conditioner purchase and installation- For a while I knew him only on the phone while we were waiting for the new Friedrich air conditioner to arrive( given the current virus situation and the embargo) - Then major mistakes were made by me as to the installation and not using Brandsmart installers. (The new unit was not at all like the old unit) The problems went on and on with the heat of the summer coming on. Sam got involved -and this was just a $400 purchase- A different brand was ordered ($300) and Brandsmart installers( Tri-County Installation) was used. Santiago,the installer, was also incredible-I was his last stop but you would never have known it- close to 5:30 pm that night- he worked over two hours- he was so professional- courteous,efficient, prepared, cordial and did a fabulous job. Sam remained involved right to the end- his commission on this small purchase next to nothing - my experience with both these men particularly Sam(a 27 year employee) rekindled my belief that there are still people around who are trying to make things go right, and yes, you can still find them working in the sometimes ineffective corridors of big business , where the bottom line is all that matters- read more

The package was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and we still have not received the entire kitchen appliance package and I've received nothing more than a 'run-around' and 'empty promises' and waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more We have a son in logistics and It doesn't take 4 weeks to get anything delivered here in the US. As a matter of fact you can have anything delivered door-to-door inside of a week no matter where it is coming from or where it is going! THIS IS THE POOREST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my entire life and I'm almost 60 years old. Is this financial elder abuse? We pay for something and then don't get it? Lastly, I've asked for the store manager numerous times to no avail. Is there really a Neil Anello in this store or not, or is he a myth? This is a shout out to Brandsmart for the excellent service their employee Donnette Harriot gave me when I needed to buy appliances for my kitchen. Stuck in Chicago during this trying time, we needed to buy appliances for our kitchen remodel in Florida. How lucky I was to have Donnette helping me with my order. She was so patient and thorough. When she needed time to do some research on the products and needed to call me back, we set up a mutually set time and she called at the precise time. She was extremely efficient in getting me pricing, researching whether my products would qualify for a manufacturers rebate, and explaining that some of the appliances needed to be ordered.
