I spent $429.99 plus $79.99 for Protectall protection plan which turned out to be a useless waste of money. My 9 month old television experienced a issue with the screen that I thought was covered through the the Protectall protection plan but was not because the salesperson never explained the actual coverage. Had I known I needed to purchase the upgrade screen protection I would have purchased it being the screen is very delicate and susceptible to damage. It's awkward that more than half of the appliances I've bought with them had issues, and I've bought many! Last one was a whirlpool refrigerator that has a defective door and it's being almost a year with complaints, countless calls, 3 WRONG doors delivered and still no solution. I finally decided to go to the store to talk to a manager, and Curtis, the one in charge that day told he wasn't aware of this issue and would personally resolve it and call me the next day. I bought my dishwasher the week before Christmas. Had a few delivery issues and I spoke to Rob K he was able to squeeze me in on the 24th! Even though they were fully booked. Then after delivery I noticed there was a slow drip caused by the dishwasher installation. Installer, installed stove but left cardboard behind the range drawer (fire hazard). I had to go online & find another fridge bc no communication from sales about the out of stock one. They were supposed to come on Wednesday 7/23 w/ a diff fridge , delivery down the block & wouldn't deliver claiming I owed $.(I paid in full on 7/21) then on 7/29 they delivered fridge. Installer didn't want to connect water supply line that sales sold me. No ice next day. Finally another installer came in Wed 7/30 and installed water sup line but made a mess of it all rolled and not flat. Thursday7/31 hired a licensed plumber who finally installed dishwasher properly and he fixed water supply line to now get ice. What a horrible & horrendous experience purchasing appliances. You call customer service only to wait on hold for 20-30 mins. Why wait I could drive there faster.....This company needs to TRAIN All employees from delivery, customer service to managers on how to deal with customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT open a store credit card. I bought new kitchen appliances with alleged 2-year zero percent interest. While there was technically no interest on the purchase, there were costly monthly fees to have the account open that were not disclosed up front. The store credit card says Brandsmart right on the front of it, yet they claimed no responsibility for the scam and the customer service person thought the situation was funny. read more

Still looking to see if price can be negotiable on dryer. I love getting a lower price on quality products. I've been told dryers only last 8 years, kind likes a big old dog dies around that time too. I've been to several places and this place by far is best. Dryers can Be priced as low as 400 to to 900 and more especially if you want it programmable by phone or computer and some actually talk to you. There's a stackable washer dryer and the mini dryers. Worse customer service ever. I think there is something seriously wrong with them. I bought a cooktop that was supposed to be delivered on said day. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The first day of delivery, Monday, my window was 9am-12noon. According to the ticket I was the second stop. The delivery truck shows up at noon on the dot. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver as the townhouse has stairs. (Did anyone ask about stairs when delivering?) The 2 person crew only does deliveries with out stairs. The delivery man calls and reschedules on speaker phone with me for a return date on Wednesday 9-12noon Wednesday I I'm up at 8 (keep in mind I work nights so I've had 4 hours of sleep again). I call to confirm delivery and a 4 man crew. The customer service agent is unpleasant from the start and continues to get more and more rude and upset with me as I'm trying to confirm. She can't find my order number based on the number I give her. "That can't be the order number it's too long!" I'm reading it off the last text message i I received.. which calls it an order number.. puts me on hold for 10 min. Comes back to tell me it's been rescheduled for Thursday. She's angry that I ask for the correct order number in case I have to call back and quickly hangs up with out answering my questions. I call back to confirm that my delivery is for the next day and that it definitively has a 4 person crew, between 9-noon. I ask if I'll receive a confirmation text message and tracking. That night I get the confirmation text and the links to confirm and track. I confirm the delivery. Thursday morning I miss 3 calls before 730am. (Again I work nights). I wake up at 830 and call. . I'm put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold. And transferred. And put on hold and transferred. I usually write my reviews in order, but I guess this one slipped my mind with all the contractor stuff I've had going on. Anyway, the short version of this is I moved and bought a couple of new appliances. Specifically a stove and a microwave. Originally the microwave I bought was an over the counter one and it was hideous and taking too much counter space. After returning it, which was a breeze, I figured I needed an over the range microwave. The employee who helped me wasn't very knowledgeable to say the least, so I was happy when they sent over Maxo, who conveniently had helped me out before in my original purchase. After going over my options, as my space for an over the range microwave was limited, well... I hired a contractor to fix that and get me the kitchen of my dreams. All in all, I can't complain about Brandsmart. When they delivered, they did their due diligence, and when I bought and returned items, it was easy. I just think that sometimes you get people who know more about something than another and it clearly shows. Everything was a dream come true with Maxo. Had a great experience at BrandsMart on Sunday. My husband and I were needing a new tv...haven't bought a tv since 2009. We still can't believe how much cheaper tvs are now. Especially at BrandsMart. We were able to get a really nice 50" for 259.99. Also got a great deal on a soundbar/subwoofer combo and an antenna to stream the race on Sunday. :) Had a really great experience! I called last week to start a warranty claim from Brandsmart for Maytag washing machine that I purchased from Brandsmart in Dec 2018. The Brandsmart warranty department (Warrantech?) set up an appointment with a company named Fusion Air Conditioning and Appliance Service for me on Monday of the following week and advised that my appointment slot was from 8-12. I waited all morning for the company to show up and no one ever did. I never got a confirmation call for this appointment - that was the first red flag. When you call Fusion Air Conditioning phone number no one answers despite any selection that you make with their automated system. It prompts you to leave a voicemail then sends you an automated text response. I left a voicemail, no return call. I replied to their text message and no one responds to those either. I did this a couple of times with no response at all. I wasted a whole day from work hoping to have my washing machine serviced and no response from these people. I reached out to Brandsmart to report the issue and their rep confirmed the same thing that I'd experienced with attempting to make contact with the outsourced vendor but they did not help the situation besides refer me back to a local Brandsmart to set up a repair. Why couldn't this be done the first time? I put in a request on the Brandsmart website asking to be a accommodated this weekend because of all the inconvenience that I've been put through - no response from Brandsmart on this either. I am a healthcare worker in a hospital and rely heavily on my washing machine to wash my soiled clothes after work to avoid bringing home the COVID-19 virus and this will definitely put me in rough spot until the issue can be resolved. I got a mixed feeling about writing a review about this place. I live in Dania Beach because I don't like living in big cities. Dania Beach used be a quiet little town with a lot of history. I like the old buildings in Down Town Dania Beach with all the different antique shops and small mom and pop shops. Those days are long gone. Old buildings get taken down and were replaced with fancy hotels and huge shopping centers, and that's where this store is located. Don't get me wrong, I think maybe this is a good thing for local economy by bring people in and spend the money here. Particularly, this store is totally new. New building, new signs, new parking lot and every single inventory they have on display are all new with boxes sealed and unopened. I've never seen any BrandsMart with so few shoppers, but perhaps they just open for business and not many people knows about it yet. This store has two stories. On the first floor you have your typical small appliances and big screen TVs, computers, laptops, cellphones, cameras and stuff you probably don't need but may buy it because it's so cheap. And on the second floor, that's where you could probably spend a ton of cash. Countless of different refrigerators, microwaves, washer and dryers and stoves/ovens. If you have the cash, you can probably have a lot of fun here. Overall this is a great place. Store staff are very friendly and not to the point harassing you trying to make a sale. Everywhere I go the place is so clean it's virtually spotless. I could only imagine how this place could look like couple of weeks later. read more

Me and my family went to the brandsmart in Dania Pointe to buy 2 watches as a gift.. after the purchase that we spend almost 1600 dollars we get to the car and as we are driving away we realized one of the watches is not turning on so we go back to the store not even 15 min passed... well we went back to speak with the person that sold us the watches and explained the situation. Basically the employees there one by the name Omar took the watch to a private room to check it and came back saying the watch has no serial number so that we couldn't get a refund basically telling us that we must've change the watch that it wasn't the one we had just bought so we called the police to report the mistakes that was done and we are definitely calling corporate and complaining. From what i can gather either they have employees changing their products or something fraud is going on at that store and it needs to get investigated i will be going to the furthest point if i have to, they are selling products that are fake and they expect you to just lose ur money like that? they need to watch their cameras and check their employees because i can definitely say we bought the 2 watches 700 each left the store as we are driving away realized the problem and the rest happened. FYI their costumer service suck they literally treated us like we were some thief. I have been shopping at this store for quite some time, and I am sad to say that I'll be switching to a different location very soon. When I asked the salespeople for help and advice about the sort of fridge that would not clash with the historically problematic electrical system I have to deal with, I was sarcastically ridiculed and mocked for not being well-versed in electrical systems. After they eventually directed me to a fridge I was assured would be perfectly suited to my needs, I bought it and called someone in to help set things up. Not one, not two, but three separate experts (and my son, who is quite good with electronics) all told me that it was not possible to connect such-and-such a cable to such-and-such a port and that unless I wanted to have a (very expensive) process done, it was in my best interest to have the fridge returned. Customer service here was absolutely abysmal, and I will never shop here again. read more

I went in to buy an Apple Pencil and the staff wasn't knowledgable about the product which resulted in me having to return it because it wasn't compatible with my device. I should have seen the red flags when the employee mentioned it was preowned/returned and still charged me full price. I exchanged the store credit for a different generation apple pen which should have worked but as soon as I opened the packaging and tried to connect it, it ended up being defective. Ordered an electric scooter during their anniversary sale a few weeks ago. Received delivery confirmation both and text even on delivery day Noone shows up. Called customer service and was advised the product is on back order. Received a second delivery date a few weeks later. Sat home all day today after receiving confirmation both email and text. Again, no show. Apparently their inventory system is inaccurate and customer service is seeing inventory that is not available but the system is scheduling deliveries. This is the WORST online ordering I have ever experienced. Customer service also is horrible. They blind transfer and don't even tell you you're being transferred. We were close by this new Brandsmart USA store with a few minutes to spare before an appointment. Amazed at the stark difference between this store and the flagship North Miami store, we were pleased with the new modern look and clever layout. For instance, there was no huge crowd or loud music and they have white and neutral colors for walls and flooring. The second floor is shaped as a circular mezzanine where you can see the entire 1st floor. From the 1st floor, you can look up and see the 2nd floor departments that are neatly named with black and white signs with the 1st floor department names listed just beneath. They have bed mattresses close to the impressive new TVs. Want to to test out some new beds while checking out new flat screens? Yes, please. Smartly placed, large recliners and L shaped couches are conveniently placed throughout the TV section. Sit back and check out the newest flatscreen? Yes and Yes please. On the 1st floor, are rows upon rows of displays of different electronics. True to its marketing, Brandsmart has a good amount of discounted tech products. I saw the smallest rice cooker imaginable for $8, a remote control toy robot for $8 and plenty of flat screen TVs priced at $160 and up . You can easily spend hours scanning the huge amount of goods available. The biggest surprise was the friendly inviting vibe the store has from the store itself + the staff. We were only there about 15 minutes and had about 3 people ask if we needed help. read more

We bought a ridiculously expensive mattress that my husband and i are positively giddy to have delivered, its has cooling technology! She was knowledgeable about the differences between all the mattresses and able to get us 2 free cooling pillows with our purchase. Be cautious of the price listed and what the computer says. The computer priced it $200 more and luckily i caught it. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase and the service provided. Oh, i forgot to mention the cashier. Deniquia Shelley. I ordered appliances with this brand mart February 23rd. I was told that it would arrive to the 3 weeks from that date... the desired location of the appliances is almost 2 hours away & we needed to be at the home when it arrived... The product did NOT arrive at the location and we drove almost 2 hours there! (That is strike 1). Not to mention the man (MAX) DID NOT confirm with us the time it arrived (inconvenient). Then he FINALLY answered later that day and told us that it would not arrive until Saturday because the microwave did not arrive yet (THIS IS NOT SOMETHING HE MADE US AWARE OF WHEN WE PURCHASED THE APPLIANCES). He kept going back and forth with the date. Finally, he settled on Saturday. He also said that we would receive confirmation for the time appliances would arrive, the day before... guess what... we never received a confirmation!
