The tires are only about two years old with good tread, and this same location originally mounted and balanced my aftermarket rims and tires and sold me a warranty at the time. The technician at the counter, Alex, refused to service my vehicle and insisted that I needed to purchase two new tires before they would do anything, even refusing a simple tire rotation. It felt as though the only option being offered was for me to buy new tires that I did not need. I ended up going to another Goodyear location for a second opinion, and they were able to assist me without any issue. This experience was frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected from Goodyear.

I get a call late in the day from a female associate saying SilverRock would not cover the repair. No further explanation. why would u wait till damn near closing to notify me? Then came the pressure to pay out of pocket. My good sis could NOT provide me a claim number which prompted me to call the warranty provider myself. They had no record Pep boys ever reached out or filed a claim LMAO how embarrassing when I showed up in person to get the details. We got all that shit straighten out needless to say. They were very humble and moved expeditiously to get me scheduled the next day. My repairs were made and seem to be holding up over a month later.

First of all Top Notch should be named Bottom Notch after my experience there. I purchased a…read moreconventional shock kit from Strutmasters who provided me with a list of installers in New Orleans for my failed active air suspension on my Hyundai Equus. To Notch was on this list. I brought my car to them who said they could do the job. 2 days later Andy the shop manager I guest called to say the kit didn't fit. I sent the owner Louis a message on their Facebook page and didn't receive a response. The shop consist of 3 work bays and the office is setup on purpose in a bay that had a Mercedes, BMW & Lexus in the work area to impress new potential customers. After 4 days and several ph calls and Facebook notes I decided to have the car towed to Boudreaux's Auto 1 block from the Fairgrounds Race Track. They installed the kit quickly at a reasonable price without drama. To top it off Top Notch charged my $300 dollars to remove all four wheels and nothing else. This shop is so bad I wouldn't let them fix a flat tire much less perform any major or minor work on any of my cars. I suggest you to locate a more reliable and safer location to fix your car. The other poor reviews are accurate. If you own a late model Mercedes, BMW, Lexus or Land Rover with a failed air suspension I recommend Strutmasters in North Carolina found on the internet and Boudreaux's Auto in NOLA for the correct upgrade. Top Notch office consists of a desk, 2 fold out chairs, copy machine and credit card reader. Stay away if you love your car or suv!!
