Our mechanic near our home did spark plugs and coil packs for $1911. That did not fix the problem, then told us we needed a $10,000. engine replacement. We then found the engine man, so we saved our money and found the time to drive 48miles to let them check it out. They found out that our current mechanic never changed the 8th plug and coil pack and our engine. They also cleaned the transmission and still saved us $6000. I drive a Mercedes which is hard to service but both Mercedes dealers have proven not to be honest" me $10-$20,000 for anything I take in there so I find local service locations with a certified Mercedes tech and these guys did a great job at 1/3 the price I was quoted at fire stone in flowery branch. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

Multiple screws missing from an unauthorized dashboard breakdown from the gauge cluster, "inspection report" was a joke and completely inaccurate. Promised to refund money if I brought back the parts the incorrectly installed, then when I got there they denied the refund stating I would hear from them after an "internal investigation" was done. No proof that the 963 dollar "repair" they did even actually needed to be done and conveniently the parts they removed that would proven that as well were "thrown away" just a day or two before. Overcharged for a repair that not only did not fix my problem, but caused new problems to my truck. Will be taking measures for a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPIKE SLOAT.
