We both got some fries to accompany our burgers. As we were sitting there and conversing, I noticed that the people there were giving us some weird side-eyes. When our food arrived, she set down a Lobster Mac & Cheese instead. My husband hates lobster, so there would have been no reason for him to ask for "no crab" if that was what he wanted. When he pointed out the mistake, our server, Kris, initially argued with him instead of fixing her mistake. She eventually took it back, but it was another 20 minutes before his meal arrived. By then, I had already finished eating, so we weren't able to enjoy our meal together. I also had an issue with my Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich. Because of a medical condition, I can't eat the bun, so I cut the chicken up and eat it with a fork. That turned out to be nearly impossible because the restaurant only provides plastic forks and knives. While struggling to cut the chicken, my entire plate ended up in my lap. Kris didn't seem very familiar with the menu, and the overall service left a lot to be desired. Everyone has an off day, but for a first visit this wasn't a good impression and they weren't busy at the time. Between the incorrect order, the long wait to fix it, and the lack of proper utensils, we left disappointed and will probably choose somewhere else next time.
