Customer service was responsive despite this place is mostly automated and you rarely see staff. The bays had an expected malfunction and the bay door did not open for me and it already took payment via Apple Pay. Called the number posted and the owner picked up. Customer service was polite and accommodating. He offered a refund or the car wash owed plus 2 extra washes for the inconvenience. I was able to get my wash yesterday. I only went because of the reviews and behold the before and after! Rims are the same! I had to clean it afterwards by hand! Body of the car still had dirt on it also! read more

Q-tip Treatment is the best car wash I have ever been to and I will never stray. First, my car gets clean with no spots - no questions asked. This place blows other car washes out of the water. The price of a wash is equal to the crappy places, your car is really clean and dry when you leave, the vacuums work very well and have long suction times and the workers are all very nice. The owner, who was actually working on some cars, came over to introduce himself and asked how it was. He went on to explain the car cleaning process and I am very impressed. There is something to be said for supporting a small business where the owner has passion and really want to provide a service that he personally values. Check it out - you won't be disappointed. 5 stars! This location is right near my house and convenience that the touch-less service is 24 hours! Just stick a debit card in, pick the car wash you want and voila! A nice clean car! I work really weird hours so I haven't been able to go during normal hours to get a detailing on my car done but I cannot wait! This is the best touchless carwash around. Seems like quality chemicals being used and I'm always satisfied with the results. This by far the best car wash I have been to. You are in and out because they don't have any one vacuuming the cars which create the lines. It is touch less So I don't get any scratches. I have been to many other touch less washes and they get it maybe 50 percent clean. I would say this wash gets at least 90 percent of the dirt and film off with no brushes! I hit my car with a little spray shine after the wash and it looks showroom ready. I highly recommend this car wash . read more

I am truly impressed with this touch-less car wash system. I usually hand wash my vehicles as I abhor brush type car washes and have found touch-less car washes to typically be lacking. I had heard that Q-Tipp was different and decided to give them a try as I was in a pinch to wash the vehicle before taking my wife and family out on Mother's day. WOW! Q-Tipp car wash is the best car wash I've ever experienced. On my way back from Boston last Saturday I exited the highway in search of a bathroom and found the best car wash ever. Great wash - open 24 hours, great under carriage wash - longest in area. The touchless high powered wash does a great job on my car !! Great staff, very personable & willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I bring all my vehicles there weekly. Make sure you talk to the staff so they can explain the washes to you. The have made adjustments to make sure they keep improving the wash from multiple passes over the wheels to make sure they get cleaned extra good to adjustments on the dryers so the car comes with minimal water. Great to see the Owner always looking to make improvements & listening to customer feedback. Check it out you wont be disappointed & make sure to sign up online to their rewards program for repeat customers !! Todd & Lou are great !! Also the units are housed inside with high speed doors to keep the temperature at bay inside so there is no freezing of water on the units as i have found at other touchless bays. read more
