Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. Angie was not the least bit concerned about this or the fact that the wedding was two days later. Thank goodness I found Rainbow Cleaners who was gracious enough to do a quick clean to fix Angie's awful mistake.
