My husband had played for years and since this was our first home purchase, I really wanted to make that happen. Tom, a Vietnam Vet and hero, reached out to me, heard my story and desire, and made it his goal to help us get a beautiful piano delivered. Our budget was ridiculously tight, and Tom made it happen. I researched everywhere, from estate sales, other online marketplace forums, about 15 different piano stores (some local, some not). After all of the research I had done (not knowing much about pianos beforehand), I learned that unless you REALLY know your stuff, you needed to go through a reputable company. If a piano wasn't tuned for the duration of its life, it could look pretty, but it wouldn't be very functional. I almost made a deal with another company that I would have regretted... and then Tom called and from that moment, I had an absolute peace about working with him. He was not a "salesman," but a true gentleman. Tom went the extra mile by a lot!!! There was one piano we thought would work, and it was even bigger than my original plan. After Tom looked at the pictures of my home (and staircase), we decided to wait for another piano to become available. There was a little bit of time that went by where I didn't think we were going to find it, and then... the call came. Tom found the most beautiful Yamaha, ebony, baby grand that plays incredibly! My husband was completely surprised and has loved at (1) having a baby grand piano delivered in his home without him there, (2) that I stayed within my designated "muahahaha" budget, and (3) that we found such an incredible person to work with. The piano delivery service was also excellent! Such care, such professionalism, and physical strength too. It's been four and one-half months and my home has been filled with music ever since. Thank you Jason's Music Center for being such a wonderful company to work with...and thank you to Tom for really making this happen.

Steve was a total pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new Kawai grand piano! Once we decided on a piano, Steve was able to make the magic happen so we could bring it home! This included trading in our baby grand. As our piano wasn't in stock, Steve went out of his way to locate one for us. There was a wait for the next shipment and the process of customs, but it was so worth it! It has a beautiful, rich, mellow sound! We are looking forward to the decades that this piano will be used! Today alone, it's been used almost nonstop since it's arrival! My older son is now 8 and has had so many opportunities to perform, doing wonderful things for his confidence, even in front of a large crowd. Both kids have even made great friends! Was willing to roll with that for a little bit, as technology does bring some interesting opportunities for improvement - but I observed that a) the kids were given synth keyboards (which have a very different feel), not digital pianos, to play on, b) the keyboards were set way too high relative to their seats for them to learn to play. The feedback inevitably was that our kids were doing a great job, even when they hadn't practiced at all - I understand the positivity and I know few people have time to put in the necessary practice (I myself have 15ish years of piano so know what kind of practice is required) but it felt like it was more about just going through the motions and getting the money for a class than actually teaching anybody anything. Then one of the instructors made a comment about my kid that seemed wildly out of line, so we quit. While I'm sure this is not everyone's experience, I'd say it's better to go with a place that's more serious about teaching, less franchisey.
