Horrible experience. We were a group of 10 professionals trying to enjoy a mid week dinner. We came on a non-busy night and the food took over an hour and a half to get to our table. We sat down at 8:00pm and our food didn't arrive till 10:00pm. No joke. Our server was basically nonexistent and was unfriendly when we would have the smallest requests. I'm really hoping there was a staffing issue on our night, because if not, I don't know how this place is still in business. Very disappointed in the service. Love the Brasserie. From start to finish it is one of the nicest and best places to eat in the Brickell Neighborhood. My party enjoyed wonderful service from Mikael. He was welcoming, attentive and a pleasure throughout our meal. I enjoyed a Cesar salad with shrimp. The shrimp was delicious and cook perfectly. The seasoning and cook was perfect. For my entree, I had the shrimp scampi. Wow, I know it is a simple dish but it was so good and nicely seasoned. Fresh Parmesan was also offered. Cute and quaint little place. I sat at the bar with friends. Initially tried the calamari in tomato sauce, but it was too bland and lacking flavor. The bartender noticed I was not completely happy and insisted on taking my plate away. I Switched to the shrimp scampi pasta which was yummy and my friends had the pappardelle short rib which they enjoyed. The bartender was fun and made some drinks that had my friends feeling great. My choice of drink was wine and the bartender helped guide my selection. I would visit here again. E we were there celebrating a birthday so I forgot to take food pictures. Miami Spice 2022: quaint restaurant in a strip mall in Brickell Key. There are a few parking spaces outside where you might get lucky and find available: otherwise, there is a parking garage that charges hourly. To start, I ordered a salmon carpaccio, which was good and the best part of the meal; however, it was sliced so thinly that it would fall apart when i tried to delicately scoop it up with my fork. The pasta entree I ordered was honestly a little dry and plain tasting. The bread pudding was a soft block- which was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a different version that comes out as a more sauce-y mixture. The raisins in it were a nice touch. read more

Walked over to the Key from the JW to get my steps in. Myself and a young lady were the only ones sitting outside on a Tuesday evening. Staff was very helpful in turning on the ceiling fans on a cooler but still day. They made a good old fashioned albeit without the big ice. Enjoyed the caprese salad and my test meal for all Italian restaurants, an off the menu Pollo Marsala. Finished off with an excellent tiramisu! Will be back next time in Miami! read more

I'm so glad I celebrated my birthday at Brasserie! The service was immaculate and the food was delicious. I came with a large group of friends and they were extremely accommodating. I had made a reservation for 8 but due to horrible weather we arrived late. I called the restaurant ahead of time and they assured me there was no issue. The restaurant has a homey feel and is beautifully decorated. All the dishes we tried were delicious! My favorite things were the calamari and the tiramisu. Walking on the island I always see this place as a last minute bistro stop however the range of menu and the nice presentation of our food was on point. Italian food at its finest. One of my close friends lives in Brickell key and could not stop raving about this place until we had to finally plan a double date and give it a shot. MANNNN am I glad that we did. The service was spectacular, from the moment we stepped in. The hostess sat us down immediately, and the waiter arrived seconds later to fill our glasses with water and give us some recommendations based on house favorites. The overall environment felt cool and elegant so I do recommend dressing a little bit up but keep it casual. For starters we went with the calamari which was EXTREMELY crispy, and their home made sauce was the perfect combination. Then for the main course I went with the lemon chicken, it was super flavorful and the chicken itself was really juicy. That was served with a side of pasta glazed with the same sauced used on the chicken. To close it all off we got the bread pudding for dessert and nothing but great things to say about that as well. Super cute spot for a quick bite and/or meal in Brickell Key. It's located in the center of the key. Although some of the decorations seem really elegant the atmosphere in the restaurant is actually very relaxed and casual. So don't be intimidated by it. Service: The service was pretty good. The staff was definitely attentive. They were closed for their mid-day break but they let us hang in there to finish our bottle of wine. Food: Make sure to save room for dessert. Because in my opinion, it was probably the best thing on the menu. Carpaccio Di Salmone: Really good thinly sliced smoked salmon served with arugula capers and fresh lemon. This was absolutely delicious and perfect if you wanted something fresh to start off with. Salmone Alla Mostarda The salmon was perfectly paired with dijon mustard sauce. The dijon mustard sauce was not too overpowering that it took the salmon freshness away. The salmon was also really well cooked. It was not overcooked nor undercooked, it was at the perfect tenderness. The entree came with a side of vegetables and mashed potatoes. Spaghetti Pescatore My friend got the spaghetti pescatore and I tried a bit of it. It was absolutely delicious. The sauce was not overpowering so that you could taste the fresh seafood. Homemade Bread Pudding: Hands down one of the best bread pudding I've ever had. It was served nice and warm. It was not overly sweet which I really appreciate. Tiramisu: The tiramisu was good but I've definitely had better. I definitely would give A for effort in terms of the presentation though! Overall, I would recommend checking this place out! A few parking spots in the front of restaurant. They will validate your parking if you park in the garage. It is first come first serve. Warm and friendly staff very attentive after being seated prior to the meal were offered sparkling water or flat and we said flat. For appetizers the calamari was delicious ithe salad very fresh. For the entrées. The chicken Parmesan was thin and a little cheesy. When the bill arrived they charged me for the water, when I asked about it the manager's words was " it's just like wine. We charge for everything." If you are going to charge for something at least advice customer & let them make the choice if they want it or not. read more
