Went here for their milkshakes. They did not disappoint! We ordered one of their cheesecake shakes & a chocolate banana shake. They were very filling. We also ordered one of their 4 cheeseburgers. I think that's what it was. It was very cheesy, but probably wouldn't get it again. Definitely worth trying their shakes though! read more

We came in specifically for a after dinner treat. Prices are cheap, samples are plentiful, and ice cream was tasty. I got the cappuccino and mint chocolate chip double scoop, my daughter a junior scoop of birthday cake, and my husband a large soft serve twist. The ice cream had big scoops, so a single would have been enough. I'd pick their mint over the cappuccino but both were good, although if I remember correctly the cappuccino was a frozen yogurt. No complaints based on ice cream. Staff seemed a little annoyed by our semi big group, but you'd think one payment would make them a bit happier. There's a shorter young lady who helped us and was way more pleasant than an older man with a mustache who seemed to rush us. We didn't try their food this go around or get to check their market out, but my in-laws say their market is cute so we might swing by if we get the chance before we head out of town. read more

I went to two different Braum's ice cream stores. Both stores were not staffed or managed to be able to handle drive-in line and walk-in customers. Staff was only handling the drive-in line. This braums is extremely nasty and dirty. Over flowing trash. Dirty counters. Utensils used to make malts and shakes still dirty when used for new orders. The staff took my order incorrect. Stood around waiting for our food while the younger staff at the front just talked and laughed while not being of any help to anyone, toppings counter was opened and the same spoons were being used for all toppings. Dinning tables and benches dirty with food on them. This is the worst braums. Not sure how they are even still open. read more

This Braums location is absolutely disgusting. Their counters were covered in banana peels, candy, ice cream splattered EVERYWHERE. The workers were even covered in ice cream and didn't wash their hands. The employees were more concerned about talking to each other than the customers that were trying to order ice cream. The shift manager asked me to change my order because it was too hard to make. I asked for a cookies & cream shake. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

AMAZING is an understatement. We came in with 121 kids in four different waves and I called in the orders before we arrived. They had all ice cream there waiting for the kids as they walked in the door and the staff was impeccable. Very very impressed with this staff. Kudos to all. This is truly a southern gem. I usually don't review chains (nor give them 5-stars) but I must make an exception here. Braum's has quality breakfast, burgers, and desserts. I've had the Steak Sandwich, Deluxe Burger, Sausage Biscuit (breakfast), Caramel Latte, and a variety of different desserts. I have never been disappointed. The food quality is great. And the prices are very fair for what you get. This location, in particular, has great service. People are super nice. And the mini-market is great for your in-between grocery trip needs (e.g milk, bread, fruits, etc) Bonus: your purchases support local farmers! read more

I will say Braum's in the morning here are a 5 out 5. Amazing service, hot I mean fresh hot food. Drive thru time maybe a min. I got a bag of biscuits and big country breakfast extra side of eggs. And last min at the window, I forgot to order my coffee. The lady was so sweet and kind working the window. Buttttttt, night crew. They are a whole other note I must say. I know not to go there at night just because the high school crew are so disrespectful, need to be put back in check. Eye rolling, dirty looks, on their phones like the customers are an inconvenience to them. Maybe you shouldn't be working then. It's just sad I must say. But I guess every crew is different. Day crew is amazing keep up the great work and night crew please try a little harder. Also, Food that temps clearly need to be checked I've worked in fast food. I visited in Broken Arrow from Oregon for my friend's wedding and her husband took me to go Braum's and have lunch a day before wedding. It was delicious! Even I tried ice cream and it was GOOD! Very interesting to have that restaurant right in mini-mart which is good idea to do that. I would give a 5 stars. read more

Ok don't get me wrong, Braum's ice cream is the bomb! But, when we ask for a medium chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream the manager told us she would have to charge us an additional $.50. When I ask what happens if I order a chocolate malt she said no extra charge. Then proceeded to tell me they had changed to a different milk product used in their milk shakes and malts which make them sweeter. Ok, that still doesn't explain the extra charge. Unfortunately that's all she knew....corporate told her that was the reason for the up charge. Sorry Charlie I don't buy that. Let the customer decide if the product is too sweet (when is ice cream ever too sweet!?). If Braum's is loosing money on two squirts of chocolate in chocolate malts made with vanilla ice cream then they really need to check the excessive use of napkins, straws, and plastic silverware. I realize $.50 isn't that much but to me that's bad marketing. My family no longer going to Braum's isn't going to break them but maybe it will make their corporate office think about some things. read more

This was the dirtiest Braums I have ever been to. I really like this company as a whole, but this location didn't withhold company standards or values. Tables were dirty (trash, spilled pop, and who know what I saw). Bathrooms would of never past even the easiest inspection I would rather hold it than of went there...and I'm a guy. Also last thing. This Braums is on its way out. Seating area is dirty as always - dirty tables and floor. 10 minutes to order then 10 minutes to get food. When My order came out, the burger had two bottom buns - guess they were out of top buns. The fries were not salted but were slightly warm. Look elsewhere for good food.
