This is our local Braums. Today, the dining room was a disgusting mess. Food, trash, and spilled drinks on the floor. All of the tables were a mess, and needed cleared off. My wife told an employee that the dining area was horrendous!!!! He said "really??" He told a younger employee to go clean. He picked up a piece of trash by the fountain drink was all !!!! This Braums needs some new management for sure!!!!! The employee at the grocery checkout helped a customer carry out their bags, then proceeded to his own vehicle to smoke, leaving several customers in line with nobody to check them out!!!! Ridiculous. We witnessed a younger employee several times stepping out the door to take several hits on his juul, and another fixing her hair in the mirror by food prep area for several minutes, All while on the clock. Pretty sad for a fairly new Braum's to be this unclean. Condiment area was completely devoid of any napkins, ketchup flung everywhere. Almost no one eating in the dining area and every table was dirty. If I was the owner I'd be embarrassed. Windows and frames were nasty. When the order was ready and we were called to get it, I asked for napkins and was handed some. I let the person handing us our food know they were out of napkins in the condiment area, the guy just laughed like it was a joke. So we sat and ate our food. An employee came out and sat down for a break, I'm suspecting. When done with the break, I figured they would get a wash clothe and clean the tables. Nope! DIRTY! Here we are, two month later. This store doesn't deserve a star. This braums is very dirty. Where they prepare the ice cream treats is always covered in old ice cream and trash. The tables where patrons sit at are always dirty. Most of the time the condiment area is empty and dirty. It's ran by high school kids that only want to hang and talk with their friends. Last time I was there I asked for a refund after waiting 20 minutes. read more

i am not sure where the adults and managers are, if there are any... that's disappointing. this place is ran by kids who stand around talking. it took 5 minutes for someone to even come up to the counter to help us. 30 minutes for our food. no ice, no soda syrup was being refilled and everything was watery. no one picked up lobby. flies WERE EVERYWHERE by ice cream toppings (lids weren't closed, caramel pump hadn't been cleaned in a while from the looks of it btw) and a girl said "i'm too tried to clean this" and walked away. gross! food was decent but not impressed AT ALL. read more

Today my food was delivered to someone else, it went outside, was delivered and then brought back in. The manager looked to me and said, here's your food. I'm like, I don't want that food it was delivered to someone else and brought back. The manager was upset because I wouldn't take it. My question is why would this fool think I WOULD take it. Besides him being a moron, he told be "I'll remember you". This one star is a high rating considering they couldn't even get the order right. One star is more than this place deserves. We've been stopping at this Braums for 20 years. It has a reputation of dirty, slow, and poor service, but their ice cream is so good, we always give them a break. Walked in this afternoon for a cone. The place stunk badly of rotten food and they had a shop vac, vacuuming out one of the ice cream freezers. I couldn't stand the smell so we left without ordering anything. read more

Went thru the drive thru.....absolutely dreadful....girl was rude and snatched my money out of my hand and I had exact change so I could get an even dollar back and she didn't even take my change....... One star is generous. Place is full of homeschooling losers. Super slow. I watched them make my shake in the kitchen, they were using their hands to dig ice cream out of an empty tub and then stuffing it into a cup. I asked for my money back. Manager acted like it wasn't a deal. I love braums ice cream store but this one is the first I've walked out of. I went to mc Donalds and was given excellent service and clean food,....mcdonalds is not my favorite place, but it's better than getting sick. read more

If you enjoy waiting an excessive amount of time for your order to be wrong, like ordered chicken strips and received a salad wrong then you will love the Braums in Kingfisher. I understand things can happen during a lunch or dinner rush but this location always seems to be empty and of course there's a reason for that. Today there was nobody else in the drive through but me and the customer parking lot had 1 car in it and my order was still so ridiculously wrong it was almost laughable. I can't understand how every part of a simple order is that wrong. Wrong drink and size, wrong size fries, and wrong combo. I also find it very unacceptable that when you point out everything about your order is wrong you are treated as if it's your fault they screwed up.The unfortunate part is as far as fast food goes in this area that kind of service is par for the course. So it's pretty well pick your poison. It's no wonder the drive through at McDonald's is always backed up so far the line starts out on the street. read more
