I will never go to Yukon store again. The area where you get straws and plastic ware was nasty. Service was the worst. When we got to the register to order she realized the other 2 people in the restaurant didn't have their food. Said "I'll be right back." And went to look for their order. After ordering, we waited 34 minutes for our food. On our ticket we were charged 4.99 for a bag of chips we didn't order, so she gave us the chips instead of our money back. I gave 2 stars because our food was Schlotzsky's level. There is another Schlotzsky's about 10 miles away. We will go there instead. read more

The ppl working here are so nice. There's this woman named Becky and she's the closing manager and oh my gosh every time I come in she's so kind. I first met her when I stopped by to try and claim a Cinnabon reward for my birthday and she helped me and also got me a sandwich from their own rewards program. I've been to this specific location a few times and while the food is good, the staff is always borderline rude. They are very impatient with customers and they have gotten our order wrong multiple times. We used to get the cinnamon rolls but stopped bc kept they serving them cold. Last time we came here, there was no one in sight for a good few minutes and we had to go searching for someone to take our order, then they disappeared again for another 10-15 minutes. This location is probably the worst one we go to but it's the one nearest to us. We will probably stop coming to this location altogether and just go somewhere else. read more

Service was actually the only reason I gave it a two star. It was good. I wanted something light, so I ordered the broccoli cheese soup. They should have a large warning with the soup, "Caution, our broccoli cheese soup is made with canned cheese." If you love the terrible excuse for cheese that you got as a kid at high school football poured on top of chips and were called nachos, you will love this soup. If you can not stand the taste of canned cheese sauce, please order something else. After a few spoonfuls, I decided to doctor it up with the condiments on the table. Hot pepper flakes could not hide the nasty flavor, neither did the hot sauce. After a few bites, I threw it away. I've eaten at schlotzky's all over the states, pretty consistent sandwiches. But this was the first schlotsky's disappointment. The bread was dry and stale and even though they heated it up it was still hard to chew on the edges which is a bummer b/c the bread is what it's all about. Also I got the vegetarian which isn't as "moist/greasy" as the others and so the bread has to be moist and soft to make up for the dryness of the sandwich. my kids meat ones were fine and surprisingly their bread was better. My go to for lunch. It's close to work and for the most part very fast serving food. The salads I get are always fresh with no wilted yucky greens. I love their bbq chicken and jalapeño pizza. Ugh. Carbs. I don't even care that I have to run some extra miles so I can enjoy this delicious carb infused little piece of happiness. Only gripe is, I order my favorite pizza via drive through. Fellow Yelper Jeff M. and I usually agree on most places, but we're going to have to agree to disagree on this place. I love the spongy ciabatta used here; it's one of my favorite things. I love, too, how generous the sandwiches here are, and how fresh the ingredients used. It's also nice to be served soup in a small, stainless saucepan -- always a nice change from Styrofoam waste. I seldom if ever eat fast food, but Schlotzky's is (along with Chipotle) one of my first choices for fast food each and every time. The only problem with this location? It's always crazy busy AND the parking (or, rather, lack thereof) truly sucks big green donkey dongs. read more

One of my favorite sandwich shops made especially so by its relationship to Texas and my home state of Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I don't get a chance to eat at Schlotsky's enough to order anything other than an original. I like mine with a heaping helping of Parmesan cheese as well as a side of BBQ chips and a big, cold Dr Pepper. (My only gripe about this location was its dependence on Coca-Cola products.) Others with me have enjoyed the pizza and salads and soups and they've looked pretty good, but I always have to stick with the sandwiches. Oh, and don't forget the Cinnabons. I ordered a salad and an original deluxe. The salad was decent, however, the "chicken" or whatever poultry it had was questionable. Cubes of processed meat. The salad would have truly been perfect with true chicken breast. The sandwich was pretty good. On its own, this post would have been a 4 out of 5 just on the sandwich. read more

First time here in twenty years, wow have things changed ordered three sandwiches for me and the family each was a delight had a giant french dip that took two days to eat, love love the bread. Would be 5 stars except for two things, meat in french dip was good but like a luncheon meat. The drive thru menu board is horrible, it doesn't explain the sandwiches like what's in them and many items are missing that you can get if you walk in. I really like this Schlotsky's! I've picked up meals several times and had great customer service from both the drive through and the catering ordering. They are super helpful on the phone when I've ordered for a large group and our order was timely even during the lunch rush. I've gone to the Memorial location and the Edmond location and the workers are disgruntled. Wow! This place was BUSY!!! There were no parking spots available, so if you go at lunch time during the week be prepared to car pool or park at the adjacent Panera or the bank. I'm sure neither appreciate that, but you won't be there long enough to be towed. They have very young faces working the registers, but they seem friendly enough. I understand that schlotzskys has always been on the pricier side but I feel that when you charge 7 - 8.00 for a sandwich it better be a top notch quality sandwich. I am going to be harsh in my critique because many years ago I was a baker at the Owasso location. Whoever is baking bread here is doing it WRONG. The highlight of the sandwich should be the fluffy bun... the baker here does not let their dough rise enough the the resulting but resembles a frisby instead of a fluffy bun. I was a frequent visitor to this establishment until last night. I went through the drive-thur. While sitting there for almost 15 minutes, I witnessed an employee (very tall white guy who I think may be the manager at night) put ice in the ice bin, then use his hand to brush the ice evenly in the bin. He wiped the excess on his pants, went to get more ice, and did the same exact thing again. Very unsanitary. I order my sandwich with no olives, but when I got to work, it had olives on it. I abhor olives so I didn't eat the sandwich, I poured out the drink cause the visual of him running his hands through the ice kept entering my mind. Today when I stopped in At the one on northwest expressway the girl that waited on my was so rude so much so that I wanted to turn around and leave. I have had multiple meals at this Schlotzky's without any significant issues over the past 10 years. However, this evening they forgot a salad in my to-go order. I called when the food arrived, frustrated with the situation. The lady that answered explained "oh yeah, your salad is sitting right here." After asking to have it delivered and listening to the awkward conversation between her and her manager (she never put the phone on hold), the employee said that they do not deliver. Somewhat more frustrated, I asked if I could just have my salad refunded rather than coming to pick it up. She replied that I would have to speak with the delivery driver (door dash) to figure out any of that. More frustrated with the situation at large, but still understanding that the third party threw off transaction out of Schlotzsky's hand, I thanked her for trying - she hung up.
