There menu has so many options I got the Cajun jambalaya pasta and the Cajun sauce wasn't too spicy at all which I liked that . The crab dip was sooo good and the Thai shrimp loved the crispiness it had a little kick also the peach Bellini wonderful . Thought this would be a good spot to soak up a bit more family time before our travels home. Right off, the hostess sat several big tops before our group (not a big deal) and then we finally seated (12 top). The server was friendly, but we could tell she was in the weeds right off. We were patient and she was able to come for our orders. No modifications were made, but to 86 the fried onions from a burger only. As time went on after our orders, we ran out of bread and water. Flagging the server down, we requested more. Several minutes go by and she had not been back. She returned to tell us they were out of salmon (no problem) and we ordered different entrees. 30 more minutes go by and our youngest family member was getting antsy so we just asked for his kids corn dog and fruit to come when available. An additional 20 minutes go by and no sign of our server or food. The server is back to tell us they were out of the second entree item after needing to find an alternative. Sigh. Then some of our meals begin to come out, but not all at once. My sister-in-law has now practically eaten her dinner and so has my aunt. My child with buttered noodles still has no meal and lil guy eventually got his corn dogs (double sigh). Now, the manager comes over to tell us they are out of the Korean Fried Chicken...it has been over an hour at this point since we first placed our orders (Whyyyyy?) - he comments his Kitchen Manager has not informed him of updates regarding inventory (okaaaay). We allowed ourselves extra time to order, eat, and head to the airport. Our family was very stressed after this unfortunate outing and we were unable to enjoy the gathering and rushed off. My brother didn't even get to eat and we just modge podged and collected food so he could eat. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will likely not return in the near future. read more

I went in to eat with my friends and mom, and while we were eating, we saw one of the mangers being very passive aggressive and hostile towards many of the employees. The Cheesecake Factory is always a solid choice for a family meet up. It's reliable, tasty, and you know what you're getting. Plus there's something for everyone. The orange chicken never misses, it's crispy and flavorful. The cheesecakes are the real stars though...the original is classic perfection, and the pumpkin one is pure comfort in dessert form. Food was very delicious noodles were a bit overcooked but nothing to complain about, my husbands food did take longer than expected and we waited probably another 8 minutes to eat because of it but that is not the fault of our server. The only complaint I do have is that my husbands beer took about 20 minutes to arrive but again not to the fault of the server she reassured us numerous times that the keg needed to be changed and she was waiting on it but we would've liked for a manager to have delivered it or come to talk about it at least. We recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and had a pretty disappointing experience. After being seated and waiting quite a while for our food, we started noticing a strong odor. I went to the restroom and discovered there appeared to be a septic issue, which explained the smell but no one had mentioned this when we were seated. Once you notice that kind of odor, it's impossible to ignore, and it made the entire dining experience unpleasant. Had we been informed ahead of time, we would have chosen not to dine there or at least not been seated in that area. After waiting about 40 minutes for our food, we asked to have it boxed up so we could leave. While our server was polite, the manager's response were told that it was being worked on and someone was on the way to fix it. While we understand that issues like this can happen, guests should absolutely be informed before being seated in that area. Had we known, we would not have chosen to dine in at that time. offering to move us or give a free cheesecake doesn't address the core issue. The problem was the lack of transparency and seating guests in an area affected by a clear sanitation issue. read more

The Cheesecake Factory is located in Penn Square plaza so after dining, one could stop by Penn Square mall or vice versa. This is located in such an ideal location, perhaps one of the best locations. As you could guess, it's always busy. I have not seen a time where the Cheesecake Factory is not busy. The service is really great at this Cheesecake Factory location. Probably one of the best service I've received. Your waitress will introduce the new waitress during a shift change, very good service and something I would like to mention as I have not encountered elsewhere. The Georgia Peach is the easiest cocktail to drink. It tastes like a peach slush; the amount of alcohol is very little that you can't really taste any. I really like it, but it's suited more for people that don't drink much alcohol. The dynamite shrimp is a good appetizer but does not have anything to make it standout. The best feature of this entree is the light batter but besides this it does not have any special flavor or sauce to make it unique. The Louisiana shrimp pasta is generic, lacking that Louisiana Cajun sauce that makes it special. It's good, don't get me wrong, just not memorable. The ribeye is a little over cooked for medium which I would recommend getting medium rare instead. I think it would be perfect if it is ordered medium rare. The Cheesecake Factory is a good GENERAL place to eat. The menu is extensive, catering most if not all diners' needs. The only problem is there's nothing really unique and memorable on a particular dish. But the service is awesome and the food is good. read more
