I have been passing this place every day for the last few weeks. I ordered my dinner on Grub hub. I wanted to try the steak bowl since it was a best seller. My order was accepted and said it be ready between 550pm-6pm. I arrived at the restaurant approximately 545pm. I waited for the server to greet me. I told her I had placed my order online through Grub hub. She told me she was about to start the order. It didn't take her long to fox the order, but I was hoping the food would be ready by the time I got there. My hopes were set up high on this dinner and I wasn't pleased. The steak wasn't seasoned enough and the temperature on it wasn't warm at all. The beans had steam coming from them. The portion size was good. The steak wasn't tender as it could have been. The AC was leaking on a customer's arm. The inside was nice and clean. Overall, I will not be returning. read more

Been there twice since their opening. The inside is casual contemporary and the ordering process is akin to Chipotle. The people I dealt with on both visits were good ambassadors for the establishment. On my first visit, I was enthralled by the chicken burrito, but fortunately on my second try I found there to be good flavor to the chicken and a good taste overall. I will definitely may a third stop there to land on a final position on its overall value. read more

The beauty of the restaurant and the customer service 10/10!! Food was bland. It gives the vibes of Chipotle... BUT... they limit the amount of toppings you can get on your bowl. The ground beef was pretty good but the steak and the chicken, tender but flavorless. Queso was spicy and had a pretty watered down texture. One issue i had was when I got my drink, an ant came out of the spout. I went to the counter and showed the cashier. She gave me a bottled drink, apologized, and fixed it. But it is hot outside and the drink machines are right by the door. I probably won't be back. It was about $30 for 2 items with one being a combo. read more

This place was nice. I like the location and aestetic. Petersburg needed a place like this! Now we can get tacos and burritos without having to cross over 95. Stopped by bravo burrito today for the first time to check out the new kid on the block rivaling the giant that is chipotle. I got the burrito bowl with chicken and steak with a side of chips and I have to admit chipotle has them beat on both taste, portion size, and even pricing. My total came out to be 17.18$ after taxes which to me is a bit pricey compared to what you would receive at chipotle. At chipotle you could make one of the bowls into two meals easily. The food overall was good but not quite as good as chipotle and the chips I had received were a bit stale. The inside decor was appealing and appeared to be really clean. All in all it's a cool addition to the city of Petersburg with great staff but I think I may stick with chipotle. read more

I only tried the bowl - Mexican rice, chorizo beans, steak, pico, corn, fajita veggies, cheese, hot salsa, sour cream and a bit of lettuce on top (to keep my sour cream from getting on the top) - everything was fresh and plentiful. They brought out fresh fajita veggies right as I came up (unlike some places that I go to that can't judge when they need more). I rate the bowl a 4.5. Mainly that was my fault because I could have gotten guac or queso but I didn't. The food with the ambience is a 5. I know they are new but they were staffed, the line moved quickly and there is a guy that is in the dining area that greeted and cleaned tables as people came in or left. The decoration was both festive and decorated for the holidays. I can definitely see myself going back. Oh...I didn't mention that the set up is Chipotle-ish. read more

Been reading the reviews and don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. They must be those one off customers who are extremely hard to please. Chipotle has nothing on Bravo Burrito! First, the place is extremely clean with the cleanest restrooms I have seen in fast food. The food was delicious, the meat was well seasoned, sauces rich with flavor, and the staff was friendly. With the cost of food, their prices were very reasonable. For those of you complaining about paying extra for fresh guacamole, have you not seen the cost of avocados?! If you are looking for delicious authentic food, Bravo Burrito is the place to be! Really enjoyed my visit. read more

Food is ok but the family of managers will change prices, food variety & discounts daily. I come in one day & get my food done one way. Then, come in the next day, they've changed prices & food variety. Then, they would accept military discount on all meals one day. Then, come in the next & the female younger Lady said the food is already cheap & discounted & wont take military discount. I'd not recommend this place here & I see that certain races of your not Mexican like them are treated differently. Go else where for better food & treatment!! Went there today for the 1st time with some friends. We are new to the region. We were so excited to hear how they were from Fresno, CA. We heard about this place in a Facebook group and it was so worth it! The restaurant has an old brick tavern vibe outside and inside it was very roomy and modern, lots of seating room! Hot sauce and paper towels at each table. It is like a much better version of chipotle IMO. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken is amazing, not spicy but so flavorful, great guacamole! More options in general to create your own meal! Definitely worth coming to this local spot vs. spending money at corporate chains! read more
