Service was good. I feel sorry for the staff that has to serve such subpar door. We should have known this was not a good place. We had stopped at a couple others that were way too busy with waits ( BJs, Conner, cheesecake) so we're surprised when we walked into this nice looking place. Decorated nicely white tables. Looked promising. Food was absolutely the worst. Lasagna tasted like sauce was cheap hot dog chilli. I couldn't eat it. Forced myself to eat about half and I was done. I was looking for a location that could accommodate a group of 16. Bravo! Came up on Open Table and I am so happy it did. We had plenty of space and a dedicated server, Rick, who was absolutely amazing. We all got our food at the same time, we had bread nonstop, drinks never went empty and they tolerated us playing our white elephant exchange. I would absolutely recommend coming here. First off. The lobster bisque was amazing!! But the pasta bravo and complimentary bread and dipping oil was bland and tasteless. Definitely not worth what I paid. The chicken in the pasta was dry and a weird texture. I took the dish home and added my own flavors bc I didn't want to waste it. My server was grumpy and they haven't even been open for an hour. This was the first time my family had ever ate at Bravo! We had a party of nine as we had invited another family to join our five. They take reservations, which is great! The service for me was up and down. Our server had her highs and lows. She took our drink order and got them out quickly. I asked for a kid's menu and she scanned the table and said, "Our kid's menu is for kids 12 and under!" I don't have any children below that age personally, but the other family has a daughter that was 12. I also have several family members with kids below that age and I wanted to see for possible visits with them, Never got the menu. She took our food order. Four out of the five of us got the Momma Mia Deal for $25. Includes salad, choice of pasta, and a choice of dessert. Really good deal considering the meals do not include salad. My oldest son doesn't like pasta so he got a 6oz filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes for $41. Meal doesn't include salad, so that was added to make his meal over $50 after adding a soda to drink. Got our salads and my friend specifically stated no onions in his salad and it came out with onions. We he told our server she said, "Oh, I didn't hear you say that." She also forgot to bring out my oldest son's salad out and he had to remind her after about five minutes. We got our food and looked and smelled good. We had to ask our server to bring out the parmesan cheese they grate over of the food. In my opinion the food was just average Italian food for the price you pay. The taste was right in the middle. Nothing to write home to Mom about! The bread pudding was good however. Our server did stay on top making sure the drinks were replaced when near empty. Hostess always has a long wait, even if the place is super slow. The bread they serve you is good. The food is like a 5/10 at best, their prices make this especially frustrating. The Alfredo sauce and spaghetti sauce are both very watery and if you add meat to a pasta, the portions are disappointing. The mixed drinks are good. Terrible. Made reservations 5 days in advance for our 50th wedding anniversary. Arrived 10 min before our reservation. We had asked for a table in a quiet area and let them know we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. When we arrived the table was not ready or set. We were like a big surprise, just handed flatware and napkins at the table. Chicken marsala tastes like barbecued chicken that included one sliced mushroom. Main course arrived before the appetizer, of which was sent back. I think our main course was but under a heat lamp and reserved after we finished our appetizer. I have tried bravo now like 4/5 times and each time I am so disappointed. I've tried something new each time as well and it is so underwhelming. The service has been great but the start to finish of the meal is not impressive at all. The best part has been the Caesar salad, which it's hard to mess up a Caesar salad. I definitely would rate the dishes from the shrimp scampi being the best but it was way too gummy (way over cooked noodles) and the sauce was nothing like a scampi sauce very thick and weird. The chicken Parmesan was next and the noodles again very over cooked and the seasoning well it had zero seasoning lots of salt and pepper to give it a hint of flavor which is so disappointing and lastly, the fra Diavolo with chicken the worst. The flavor didn't match well at all, the only thing edible was the chicken pieces. I doubt I'll be back unless it's a family gathering type thing I just think there are way better Italian places in the area. While at the mall, we decided to try Bravo Italian Kitchen. We had a big group of 12 people and I must say the service was top notch. Unfortunately I can't remember our waitress name, but she was very attentive and patient with us and all of our food was brought out hot and fresh and correct lol! I ordered the Wedding soup as an appetizer and ordered the Chicken (I added Shrimp as well) Fra Diavolo pasta. Omg the soup was awesome, I just wish it had more meatballs. But the pasta dish hands down was so delicious! The tomato based sauce was an added touch and it was a lot of pasta... like I ate on that dish for a day or two afterwards. But I must say the pasta dish is very spicy to the point where I had to ask for more water. So if you are not a fan of spicy pasta, then this dish is not for you. We came here for my little sisters graduation dinner and while I was not super impressed it wasn't bad. I did like the bread, it was a nice starter but they definitely didn't want to give much. For appetizers we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip along with the calamari. The dip was yummy... not enough chips though. The calamari was actually some of the worst I have ever experienced. It was so heavily breaded that it was like eating breading with mayo. To say the least that was a waste of money that was not eaten. The servers never even asked how everything was or why we were eating the calamari. For dinner we ordered the grilled salmon and the Chicken Scaloppine. My grandmother also got the salmon but some how our piece of salmon was just a little sliver while she had an entire filet. It wasn't even close to a dinner portion. The asparagus that came with the salmon still had the ends attached so it was very woody and hard to eat. The Chicken Scaloppine was alright. It tasted good but was small and very basic. The pasta looks very yummy but wasn't cooked properly. Overall, for the price and the atmosphere it was very disappointing. And considering the inconsistency of the dishes I can say I would not come back. read more

Whilst the food in the Bravo restaurant is well prepared, try the Fettuccini Alfredo, the catering side of the house is another story. The lasagna and Chicken Marsala were far from restaurant quality. Our order of the vegetable medley was changed, unbeknownst to us, to Asparagus. The Lasagna was flat and unappetizing. The chicken in Marsala sauce was tough and tasteless. The string beans were good but the mashed potatoes were hardly passable. Made a reservation for 12 on a Friday night at 7PM, confirmed our reservation through open table and then again when they called me directly. We got there in increments, as one does with a party that large, all within a ten minute time span. The early people were told we had to wait until half the party was there, we checked back in at 7PM with half our party and they said ok, and then at 7:05 when our entire party was there, the host seemed very confused. I made the reservation, so I went to talk to her. She said it would be a minute. The entire waiting area cleared out by the time we were seated close to 7:30. The restaurant wasn't that busy - I got the impression they gave away our table and had to scramble to put smaller tables together to accommodate us. I ordered their special dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. As you can see from my picture, that's not what I received. They were understaffed and our server was kind, but visibly stressed. Dinner came out staggered so we didn't get to all eat together. My aunt had to ask for lemons 3 times for her water. Also my cousin was given a long skinny spoon for his soup (looked like what I stir ice tea with) and the server just kind of shrugged and said that's all they had. Apparently they were out of soup spoons? Idk. It was just honestly an awkward experience all around. I ended up paying for everyone to try and give our poor server a break and after he dropped my card back he disappeared. We had to get someone cleaning the restaurant to help with boxes and bags. The food was fine-nothing exciting-but it was enough of a bad experience I wouldn't be back or recommend the restaurant to anyone else. read more

While at lunch today I witnessed the manager, Dana, speak very rudely, loudly and unprofessionally to staff regarding time off during the holidays. Its hard to imagine why staff would put up with working in such a hostile environment with a verbally abusive boss. If a boss is willing to show her ass in front of customers imagine what goes on in the kitchen area. I would not support a place that treats their employees so poorly. read more
