Guacamole casera is a specialty at this restaurant. Chunks of avocado, onions, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapenos with lime juice and salt. So delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed this appetizer. 5/5 Birria tacos are not on the menu. But they have the best in my humble opinion. Seasoned but not greasy and salty. They fill up the taco shells with lots of meat. The meat is tender, succulent, seasoned well, and plentiful. The consommé is delicious and not greasy or too salty. 5/5 Lunch chicken fajitas were steaming hot delivered with a plate of refried beans, Mexican rice, lettuce, pico, sour cream and guacamole. The fajitas were seasoned well, not too salty and absolutely delicious. 5/5 Michelada was on my mind. I haven't had one in a while. Their Michelada was made with Modelo and Clamato with tajin on the rim. Delicious!!! 5/5 If you like guacamole and birria tacos. Please stop by to check out the foods. They have great drinks and drink prices too. 5/5

The portions were plentiful but the flavor profiles were a bit flat. I got the mango pineapple guacamole. They used canned pineapple and it needed some salt, cilantro and lime juice. I ordered a pork tamale, it had a bunch of ground meat sauce and cheese on top which to me was overpowering the tamale itself. I'll pass it on this place next time.

It's a Mexican grocery store with a kitchen and a few tables--but don't let that fool you. Carne…read moreAsada quesadilla was OUTSTANDING: big portions of tender steak and cheese for a hearty meal. Prices reasonable and tastes authentic. Ask for creamy salad dressing on the side if you wish, and take the garnished grilled onions and included BIG hot pepper. It's worth the effort--even if they don't speak the best English, they work hard and do well. As a fellow immigrant, that's the kind of people I respect in America.

The lunch buffet is sold by the pound so you have to watch your heavy hands... Well worth the price of $12.26 for a plate of food that sticks to your bones. Taste just like Miami Cuban food! ORIGINAL REVIEW I stopped by and had a Cuban Papa Rellena (look it up), it was delicious but a little on the high side in pricing. Chef was a Cuban Lady and she made me feel right at home. Need to go back and eat some real food and not just an appetizer. Has the potential to be very good if it doesn't break your wallet!
