I have never ever been disappointed with Bravos. For a smaller, up and coming business, the owner sure does do all that he can to make sure the customers are happy. The food portions and the quality are unmatched in my opinion. If there are two vehicles in the drive thru then they usually have someone come out with a tablet to take your order before you get to the window. Amazing service, and food you will definitely enjoy. My husband and I stopped here on our way to Colorado. We were happy to support a local business with such great food! What convinced us to stop was all the different slider options. The frips (fry/chip hybrid) sounded interesting as well, and they didn't disappoint. I got the gyro chicken slider and the fajita slider. Both were delicious! We stopped here on a road trip after reading the reviews. It lived up to its fantastic reviews. It looks rough on the outside but once you go in, you're greeted by friendly staff. The food is amazing and there was something for everyone. The Frips were great- I had the Cajun seasoning. The bread was fresh and delicious. I had the BLT, my husband had the jalapeño cheddar brat, Philly cheesesteak slider, and my daughter got the chicken parm slider. Everything was great! My wife and I were in Salina for the state volleyball tournament and went to Bravos for a late lunch. The owner Ben greeted us when we entered the restaurant and gave us a great explanation of the menu. The menu is mostly sliders and "frips" (hand cut fry-chip hybrid), but they also have salads. The slider's are about 1/3 of a full size sandwich/burger and there are at least twenty to choose from. We had cheesesteak, classic club and beef jaw-Jowl and they all were delicious. We had salt and vinegar frips and those are addictive. Ben told us the restaurant's 1 year history since opening and we were blown away by his story. If we didn't live 200 miles away my wife and I would be regulars at Bravos. If you are visiting Salina, I highly recommend eating at Bravos...you will be glad you did! Local startup with original take of traditional foods with a slight twist. Had a Cordon Bleu chicken slider, chili on Frips, and some down home potato salad . All were great. The slider was filling but the smaller than a full sandwich size was exactly the volume of food I wanted. I'll go back and recommend you give them a try also. read more

Yum-oh! Traveling across the state and read reviews...decided to check it out. My husband got a Hawaiian, classic cheeseburger, and philly cheese steak (his favorite!!)--- I am a vegetarian, so I got beyond beef in classic toppings. SO GOOD! The girl forgot to add cheese like I had asked for, but not a huge deal. We tried the fried okra (always a classic) and THE BOMB mac and cheese! The frips (fries shaped like chips) were amazing. We opted for some salt and vinegar dry rub to throw on them. My kids grubbed and we did too. We just started to drive through her due to Covid 19. Should have done this lots sooner! The sliders are delicious. Service is as friendly as a drive through gets. Lovely spouse and myself have tried many different sliders and all tasted great. GO THERE! My only suggestion would be to call ahead since it takes 15 to 20 minutes to hand make your lunch. Hopefully, this Covid insanity will end soon and there is an indoor restaurant waiting for us and you. See you soon! read more
