I was unhappy with my service and even more so with management. I used Bravo for a basic home cleaning and once the cleaning team had left, I noticed that my preserved rose bouquet was damaged. It looked as though it had been accidentally sprayed with a chemical (see photo). Naturally I was upset about this and communicated this to Daniel. He claimed that it wasn't his team. I understand that it is my word against his and that is okay. I know I cannot change his mind, that isn't why I am leaving a one star review. I initially agreed to the $150 quote through yelp and there were no payment terms mentioned, just the amount for the service. Daniel had texted me the day after the service asking me to send the payment, but I was waiting to see if I could repair the flowers, and if I could not I was going to ask for a partial refund of services. It had been two weeks since the service and Daniel showed up to my house unannounced. I was not home but I later watched ring footage of him ringing my bell several times and persistently knocking on the door. He came by the next day and I answered because I assumed he was a neighbor trying to reach me. He told me he had been trying to reach me by phone, and I explained that I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, and since this was my first time using bravo, I had not saved his number. He had thought I blocked him, meanwhile I thought that he had only sent me one follow up text and was then showing up to my home. Clearly a major miscommunication. I was obviously very alarmed once he identified himself and was trying to end the conversation as soon as possible because I felt uneasy and like he was trying to intimidate me. At this point I wanted to pay for services and move on so that this man could exit my life sooner rather than later. I am not however, able or willing to just cough up money the moment someone demands it. I told him I would pay the next day. I spoke to an attorney, and because I did not sign a quote or contract with payment terms and they were otherwise unspecified, payment is due in a "reasonable amount of time" which is typically defined as as within 30 days of service. We spoke again after the encounter and he scoffed at me when I explained how the situation had come across to me. I explained that a large irate man showing up at a woman's door while at home alone is unsettling at the least and I received no empathy let alone an apology. Anyways...just had to post this because I think you should leave at least one voicemail before you show up to someone's home unannounced and demand money from them! If you need the money upon completion of services then you should probably create a contract. read more

Their response to my first review shows how well they take feedback - they don't. Claim #1 - they were surprised I would book again if there were so many issues. My first review stated why.....they were cheap. Claim #2 - I tried to put a price on the service since the beginning. See pic posted. I sent a Yelp quote request and THEY set that price from the beginning. If asking questions because your pricing is not the same from your text to your Yelp message is inconvenient, then yes, clearing up pricing makes me inconvenient. For the record, I found an independent cleaner on NextDoor who came and did an AMAZING job. She wasn't even that much more than Bravo considering things I paid Bravo extra for (interior window cleaning), she included in her normal cleaning. She even dusted the tops of my light fixtures, fans and windowsills. I tipped her well and the cutest thing is she tried to return the tip back to me!!! The extra money given to her was well deserved; independent cleaners also get to keep the entire pay, so I am very happy Bravo did me dirty and I had to look for someone else. read more

We hired Bravo to do our move-out cleaning before leaving our last apartment and they did a great job! I just went for the final inspection this morning and we're getting the full deposit back. I was especially impressed with the bathroom, the apartment complex has really cheap bathtubs that hold onto soap scum I couldn't remove after a week of trying. The tub was spotless after they finished, as was our refrigerator. They gave us a very reasonable and completely accurate quote, I would recommend them for anyone who's moving out. read more

2 Stars because Daniel was quick to respond and always responsive. I guess you get what you pay for, I was offered a quote of $430 for a 3000 sq ft house move out clean. I booked more on his availability than his quote, but his quote did come in on the lower end of average. On the day of cleaning, he did let me know he was running late, which I appreciated, but when he came he said they were in a hurry because they had just come from a job, and had 3 more booked for the day. We were in the process of moving out, and were removing items in rooms ahead of their cleaning. They were quite agitated that they found a couple of items left in cabinets, we were quick to remove them ahead of them, and we tried to account for this in their review. Less than 3 hours after arriving they said they had to leave, but would come back after their final cleaning of the day to finish. They said they only had a few places left. Upon inspection, though, the rooms they had closed out were not well cleaned. There was visible dust swipe marks left on built in furniture, hairs and dirt still on sinks and counters, and the windows and baseboards were untouched. When they returned that day, we let them know we were unhappy with the cleaning they had already done and they said they would make it right and reclean those areas. The photos I am posting are from after I pointed out issues and they "recleaned" the areas. He also increased the price by $75 at that point because he said I hadn't told him that I had 2 ovens. I agreed to pay this, and I will say that the ovens looked pretty good. However, outside of the ovens, when I pointed out that my granite was still gritty and showed grease stains after his cleaning, he wiped it again, then said that is just how my granite is textured. I used a paper towel after and demonstrated that my granite is not textured, and that my paper towel was dirty. We never came to an accord as to whether or not my granite was clean or textured, in the light of the next day you could clearly see how dirty the countertops still were. They were unable to complete the job and told me they would return the next day. After seeing the job they did the day before in the light of day, I was too embarrassed to turn any part of the house over to our tenants and asked them not to return. Daniel argued with me and said I wasn't being fair and that my house was dirty, and had too many windows he didn't know and hadn't asked me about, and that was why they didn't do a good job. This is a fair statement, we were moving out, so there was dirt behind items that hadn't been cleaned in a while, and living and moving dirt and dust. This said, I'm not sure who hires cleaners for already cleaned homes. I had paid him half the day before, and I believe that was more than fair for what had been cleaned, and after some back and forth and pictures of the completed rooms that I was unhappy with, we agreed that I should hire someone else to complete the job. The following cleaning company gave us a very fair price which was the same as Bravo's but included the window wells (not specified as not included in my original quote from Bravo), and they recleaned every inch of surface and did a great job on a last minute call. Perhaps they have some people on staff who do a better job than others as I saw reviews that were very happy to go along with the ones that were unhappy. I am disappointed that the owner or manager of the company was part of the cleaning team and thought that the job they were doing was adequate, though, so I would definitely not recommend them. I would consider them a wiping, not a cleaning company, if you require any scrubbing or have areas that need attention, I would pay a little extra and look for a company that gives a more detailed quote. read more

If I could give them a 0 STARS I would. My wife set an appointment for a 2 bed 2 bath ONLY vacuum clean through David a day before our move out at 1PM..and this was the worst EVER experience. He sent a woman out to start the process around 130PM, then she starts recording the apartment all of a sudden and then he calls my wife yelling about the WHOLE apartment not being empty so the lady can clean, my soft spoken wife proceeds to inform him that the areas that she requested cleaning is ready for her, but he continues to insist that the whole apartment (refrigerator included) should have been emptied before. I jump on the phone due to me hearing his loud pitched voice asking my wife "Who else is there at the the house with you?" and proceed to calmly explain to him that we don't need a deep clean or fridge cleaning, only the bedrooms, bath, and living rooms. He talks less aggressive but then gets offended and starts to yell and overtalk then finally says "Well we don't do specific cleaning, only deep house moving cleaning". Completely irritated I told him I'd leave a review and he says "Ok go right ahead" so I hang up and apologize to the cleaning woman for wasting her time....PLEASE BE AWARE...BE VERY AWARE! This guy David is very unprofessional especially to women and the whole process seemed sketchy to begin with. If you're a single woman make sure you have someone there with you also because the vibe was weird with that company. read more

Hired Bravo's for move in cleaning last minute. The Ladies came on time and did a very good job. Of all the quotes that I got Bravo's was hands down reasonable. Our house was already in good shape but since we did some minor upgrades we wanted to get the dust and dirt off the blinds windows and flooring .
