It can be a gamble at times but have no fear with Faria! Highly responsive/communicative, accurate flat-rate quote and available on short notice. She had zero hesitation with my specific cleaning needs (condo move out/in) doing a spotless job including on the travertine floors (natural stone needs its own cleaner). I was in a pinch and needed some extra hands to help out. This was same day service - actually within 45 minutes they sent someone out. There were two ladies and they handled it in 2 hours. I did ask her not to leave the water running while she was cleaning elsewhere. She respectfully turned it off. I wish they would have done a quick base board wipe but didnt notice until afterwards. They were great! Disposed of their trash bag too. $249 is their flat rate so whether it takes 2 hours or longer, it's $249. This does NOT include gratuity. read more
