I wanted to like this place, but the overall experience fell short. Food-wise, it's just okay. I ordered a cheese slice, and it wasn't anything memorable. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is good, and the people are nice. Good for casual food, and they have Chicago style hotdogs, that are Vienna Beef which is the best. The only thing I would suggest is that the Italian Beef sandwich has a little more flavor. I didn't get a chance to dine in yet so I can't comment on the ambiance or service but the food alone made me want to order again. Have seen this place a lot, thought it was doomed like so many others at this location before it. Classic However, finally gave it a shot and got the traditional gyro with fries. Five stars for sure. I've found the food to be great and the owner is very nice. The pizza was really good, with fresh toppings and really good cheese. Everything I saw looked delicious and I can't wait to have more! I ordered at the counter but they brought the food out to me so I would say it's is a fast-casual style. They didn't have a ton of stuff on the tables but everything was available for me to take to the table as needed. With a really big menu, there is plenty for everyone and I'm eager to have the gyros and more! Holy heck! How does this place only have one location? They need a Bravo's in every major city in Colorado! I'm seriously blown away by this place, a real gem in east Greeley by all means! My beloved Vietnam veteran-of-a-dad lives up in Greeley, and I've always had to drag my two young boys out to visit their grandpa about once a month. (Dad is ex-Marine, honorably discharged, shot 4 enemy NVA Charlies, no big deal.) Before I knew this place existed, my boys always hit me with the classic "aw come on dad, I don't want to visit grandpa! His house smells funny and he's always trying to tell us weird stories from the war!" But all of that changed when I discovered this diamond in the ruff, and I make sure to bring the boys here every time we make the trip up from Arvada. Now it's "hey dad, can we visit grandpa soon? I want to hear about how he blasted the bad guy rice farmers away!" Every experience here has been more than outstanding! Best pizza around, scrumptious phillys, surprisingly good salads, addictive cheesy bread, crispy fries, and gyros that taste like they are straight out of Greece! Honestly, if you can find me a better gyro please let me know! (Hint: you won't find a better one, you son of a gun!) The young people that work here are incredibly friendly and so pleasant to deal with. The red-haired girl that always works the register is very accommodating and checks up regularly to ensure that we are enjoying our meals! My youngest son Matthew gets all shy when she comes by, I think he has a little crush :) You might find yourself waiting just a few minutes for your food to be prepared, but to me its a non-issue, as they are making it from scratch! In fact, I'd be worried if the food was ready to go immediately after ordering. This isn't a Carl's Jr. folks, this is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that makes their entrees hot, fresh, and made to order! If my boys do a good job finishing their meals, I treat them to some tasty cannolis and cheesecake. And to top it off, I treat the hard working staff to a well-deserved tip! The cook was standing behind the counter at the line with his mask pulled down, then he very aggressively rubbed/scratched his nose and face multiple times. Did a delivery order for them. We arrived and my hubby went in to ask for the order, he came out flustered because the owner said he didn't have an order for our customer, Nikki. Gave him my phone to show the man and he came out a few minute later even more upset as they guy insisted they didn't have the order and told him to, "get the f--- out of my store!" I decided to go in and ask for order, myself. I was fortunate to speak with a more reasonable young lady who took a second look at her monitor and saw the order. We waited for them to bring out the order in our car ,which took about 25 minutes longer than the estimated pick up time. We delivered the food to our extremely nice customer who had tipped us very generously. We then got a call from the delivery service about 15 minutes later saying the restaurant had missed 2 items. At this point it was their problem to deal with as we were engaged in another delivery, but we felt awful delivering an inaccurate, late order to an extremely nice customer who tipped very well. We weren't able to check the accuracy ourselve. Because of Covid, we don't handle the food. This is pretty new restaurant and I'm afraid it won't survive unless they get their attitude and act straightened out. read more

So good! First time ordering, my husband and I will definitely order again! I got a gyro and he got a Philly. They were both jam packed with meat and flavor. Omg so good! We got a side of fries and onion rings. They were both good. We liked the onion rings better. They tasted beer battered, which I love. But I think the beer was a little heavy on our batch. They ran out of the Brownie we ordered and they gave us a rice Krispy treat to make up for it, which was nice. The Sweet Street desserts they have are great and made in PA. A great new addition to dining options in Greeley! Mr Bravo offers a selection of foods from philly's, gyros, pizzas, and burgers-all cooked fresh and fast. Right now you can call and place an order and run in and pick it up. We finally gave them a try. My husband had their gyro which he said rivaled some of the best he's had. My son got their granny square pizza and is in love-just looking at it had me a little envious, though I ordered their gluten free pizza and was quite impressed. The gluten free crust only comes in one size, but it was soft and delicious, and the toppings tasted extremely fresh. I hope in the future they expand on their gluten free offerings, but right now, it's a hit at our house! In a time when we feel like a little comfort food, this spot nails it! Their pizza is so yummy! I had a real urge the other night to order a pizza and while they have a lot of great options the Chepperoni was calling out to me. We were not disappointed. This pizza was covered in lots of cheese, spices, and pepperonis! I did want to order more other foods for delivery, but when I called ahead I was told they use styrofoam.
