I had been here several years back with my sister but finally made it in again with my husband. Now that we live nearby hopefully we will come more often. You have a choice between AYCE or by the pound. I know last time I came I got AYCE but honestly I don't eat that much anymore, so by the pound is more cost effective for me. There also are two different prices based on whether you want BBQ + sushi with your buffet. (Sushi??? I'll stick to BBQ when going Brazilian.) I tried to sample small amounts of the dishes on the buffet and then got some picanha and another steak cut (maminha). Both BBQ cuts were very good - I liked the maminha more. (Fraldihna is my usual favorite, and it's kind of similar to the maminha.). They had a chicken with capers that was probably my favorite of the buffet dishes. The stroghanoff wasn't bad. Some of the other meat dishes on the buffet were a bit dry. I got a mystery empanada which turned out to be guava & cheese, if it had been warmed it would have been better. I love guava, but there was just a little small rectangle of guava paste in the very center; probably 80% of the empanada had no filling. Similarly, the cheese bread balls were cold and hard. Those need to be right out of the oven to be worth it. It's a shame, they probably were good when they were first made but they weren't by the time I got to them. The potato salad was ok but the balance of mayo to potato & other veg was off (too much mayo). I had some fresh fruit too. All in all, I'd definitely come back (I love the steak!) but I'd focus on the things I know are good rather than trying a lot of things. read more

The food was tasty, but unfortunately the service was almost nonexistent. My friend and I came in for lunch and had to ask three times before a waiter finally came to our table. We ordered pizza, and when it arrived it was cold. After the food was delivered, we again had difficulty getting anyone's attention to ask for water and later the check. While the food itself had good flavor, the lack of attentive service made the overall experience disappointing. The plates are weighed at the cash register. You can choose to check out right then and there; or pay when you're done enjoying more food from the buffet. I haven't ever tried Brazilian food, and was in the area, saw an AYCE buffet, and decided I had to give it a try. Plus, I was really hungry. I didn't really know what to expect, but this place hit all the marks. Inside, there's a large open area with a bar. On the other side of a small divider, there's the buffet and counter. I quickly got plates and hit the buffet. The food is very, very meat heavy -- there's not a lot of vegetables, starches, or anything else, but lots of beef, pork, chicken, and some seafood. It was all delicious. Oddly, in the middle of the buffet, there's a small pizza station. I didn't try any of the pizzas, and I'm going to just say this: they were weird. They had an apple pie one, a strawberry and nutella one, and some other oddballs -- as well as traditional. I guess if you're a big pizza fan, it might be worth trying out. I can't remember the names of most of the foods I tried, but everything was delicious. Lots of bbq style meats, mixed fish stews, cow feet, and other items. And while it's tasty, I will say the food is overall a bit salty: you're going to want to hit the drink fridge a few times. The main area has a bar, but I sat at the area by the counter. I'm honestly not sure if you can get regular drinks from the bar -- they've got a fridge with sodas, and I wound up getting a few of those. I would have prefered a fountain soda with free refills, but ... oh well. Or a margarita or two, though I was in a little bit early. The dessert station was something else. All of the desserts are served in ridiculously small portions: but this is good. There are like 42 different types of desserts, and I don't know about you: I want to try them all. Since they're all only a bite or two, you CAN try them. And they're delicious. Be careful, though -- I grabbed some kind of sausage thingy that was definitely not dessert! After Driving by this place after so many years, I finally made time to check them out. They are a buffet style restaurant with a bunch of really tasty food and a good variety to choose from. They sell a bunch of snacks from Brazil. They also have a bar section if that is what you are looking for a bunch of food, but my favorite was the steak(cost extra). Think of this place like a family owned fogo de chao but for half the price! The only reason why I don't give this a perfect score is because it is a very confusing when you walk in there is no set menu no set price and I wasn't sure if I ate first or paid first so after asking for some help, I finally figured out that you eat first. I went to a singles pickleball event nearby with my friend.  We were hungry and needed a place that was open a little later than most.  We walked into the Brazilian Place not knowing what to expect.  The staff was so welcoming and attentive.  We got the buffet, and they just kept bringing us delicious food until we were stuffed.  Then they brought desserts and we did what we could.   Definitely coming back here for the food and service. read more

Walked in and it looks spacious and family friendly. The menu was very enticing and the buffet looked so fresh and delicious. I ordered the picanha platter for 34$ to share with my boyfriend. It was SO GOOD. Everything was seasoned perfectly the meat was cooked exactly how we asked-medium well. Finally had a chance to check this buffet place out and glad I did. You can walk in, grab a plate, and start gorging if you want since you pay afterwards. However, they have 2 different prices: buffet only or buffet + BBQ meats. Since this was the first time here, we went with the latter. The meat is sitting right behind the counter and they slice it for you. We requested a small platter of various cuts and they brought it right out to us. The meats were kinda hit or miss; some were dried out, some were great. It's seasoned very well too. I'd probably stick with the picanha, as it was the only cut that I consistently liked. The maminha was very chewing and the brigadeiro didn't have any taste of condensed milk at all; it was just a ball made of sugar, some flour mixed with cheap chocolate! Hate not having found this place earlier. Went for their lunch buffet over the weekend and it was truly amazing. Food was fresh, options were plenty and staff was very friendly. I haven't been to a Brazilian restaurant in 10 years and this place brought back some good memories. There were many dishes that I haven't tried before, so, I totally relished the buffet. I avoid some meats. The trays at the buffet weren't labeled so I couldn't find the names or ingredients but the staff helped me when needed. You can do all you can eat buffet or go by the pound. I dropped by the Brazilian Place to make a to go order, so I did not have the opportunity to try the AYCE deal. I will say that I thought the waitstaff was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the menu. I thought the food was just ok - it wasn't that great, but it wasn't horrible. For about 16 bucks, we received two thinly slices of meat, one side, beans and a VERY large serving of rice. I think the rice took up 90% of the large to-go container. I did appreciate that they separated the rice from the beans so the rice would not be too soggy upon arriving home. Unfortunately, we (I placed orders for a few folks) found the chicken and beef to be extremely dry and unseasoned. Like I said earlier, the food wasn't bad, but I guess I was expecting a bit more flavor. The passion fruit mousse is absolutely amazing with its perfect blend of sweet and tart. However, we found the carrot cake, which was highly recommended, to be a bit bland (maybe not by Brazilian standards). Overall, the food is just ok, but I do not think that would go out of my way (e.g. more than a 15 minute drive) to eat here. read more

The buffet option is the most popular, but they had options to get other foods such as burgers and pizzas. Some of my favorites from the buffet were the oxtail, plantains, and the cheese bread. The food is very much traditional Brazilian food. We currently live with a Brazilian and the food is very similar to what she cooks at our house! We all got the buffet, afterward we tried some of the honey bread and a dessert pizza to go. We originally wanted to order the Nutella and strawberry pizza, but they were out of strawberries. So, we ended up getting the Doce De Leite & Banana sweet pizza instead. It was good. Kind of reminded me of a crepe. It can be a bit confusing as to what to do. When we walked in no one greeted us. You pay up front at the end, but we did have a waitress come to our table to ask if we wanted anything to drink when we first sat down. It feels a little weird to just walk into a place and immediately just start serving yourself food. They did not come and check on us again after delivering the drinks so when my husband wanted to order another drink, he had to go up to the bar to order it himself. It is your responsibility to remember everything that you order. Parking situation is not so good. Like most of the strip malls around this area. Very limited spots for the number of customers. With all that being said though definitely come check them out. It is a different experience than going Fogo or Texas De Brazil, even though they are both all you can eat options. While a few of the hot dishes weren't- obviously whatever was used to heat them was off or out of fuel, the rest of the foods were great. What really stood out though was the staff. We were the first customers when they 1st opened at 11am on a Monday morning. They have 2 huge dining areas inside but we decided to sit where the food/payment counter was. The restaurant was very clean and the food selection were great! It was our first time at a lower scale Brazilian buffet eatery as compared to the likes of Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil and boy do we love it here. They even have a free self serve coffee counter. I just wish they have or serve Brazilian desserts as part of the buffet and not something you have to buy separately. read more

Why didn't I find this place earlier?!? I love Brazilian steakhouses but they are usually expensive. Obviously I can't compare this place with Fogo de Chao or Chima, but it's affordable for a good amount of meat options and side dishes for the buffet. When you come in, you pay first. They have 2 options: buffet and pay by pounds. I chose the buffet as I wanted to try everything here and I was starving. There are a variety of side dishes to choose from. Then you would walk to the meat station and the guy will cut whatever meats you want m. They have 2 types of steak, oxtail, chicken wrapped in bacon, chicken wings, chicken hearts, and sausage. Have I ever even eaten Brazilian before? A question that I asked myself as soon as I entered the cozy little restaurant tucked in-between a Bolivian restaurant (El Catrachito) and a "Tea Spa"... whatever that is. The inside is a bit of an ode to the late seventies. Or at least that's what it felt like from the bit I know about Mid Century design. The restaurant is filled with a generous of amount of walnut-colored spindle back chairs, the front door is flanked by square glass blocks, and the floor is tiled with those lovely burnt sienna clay-colored tiles with smaller brown accent tiles in between. The buffet that is the focal centerpiece of the restaurant is half dedicated to cold salads, half to warm dishes, with an added side of miniature empanada like items. The cold salads side is filled with mostly healthy salads, barring a cubed ham and veggie salad that looked fairly heavy on the mayo. I dotted my plate with a cucumber and tomato salad mainly to add some green to the plate and oddly found out while tasting it later that it seemed to not have any sort of dressing on it. Now onto the hot side, where I really did some work. Rice and beans start the voyage, and all along that journey you'll find fried almost cookie cut square pieces of fish, roasted hen pieces, a stew made up of kidney beans tripe kielbasa and veg, polenta, and braised brisket surrounded by a rotini pasta. The hen was quite delicious ( a bit overcooked), but the flavor shined. Rice was fluffy and perfect for soaking up the generous amount of sauce from the thin stew. The stew was one of my favorite dishes. I've tried tripe once before and was completely turned off. I decide to give it a second chance, and I'm very glad I did. The brisket was likely my favorite dish of the lunch. Beautifully cascading pieces of both fatty and lean brisket were soaking in a savory sauce that I couldn't even begin to guess what it contained. The meat was tender, toothsome, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. And you're probably asking yourself. What about that empanada station? What happened there? Why did he omit that?! Well, me and my friend actually did forget that section and had to go back and grab some tastes. The buffet is priced out per pound, so there's that just FYI. But at $9.25 per pound, you can assure yourself that you're getting one heck of a deal for the quality of the food. 3 things sat under the heat lamp at the empanada station. 1. Small tear drop shaped croquetas filled with chicken 2. Miniature balls of pan de queso 3. Football shaped fried meat "Kibe" balls I've done you a favor and actually put those in order of preference. I didn't hate the Kibe balls, but in comparison to the other too, I felt like it was out shined. While we were eating a gentleman had ordered (what looked to be) the grilled chicken plate from the a la carte menu. The plate came out with a generous amount of protein. A seperate giant filled plate of rice and beans came on it's side. AND it appeared on one of those fajita metal steaming plates... so everyone in the room instantly wanted it. You can put anything on one of those metal fajita plates and I'll want that meal. Except for maybe waterchesnuts... literally, put anything else on one of those plates and I'm here for it. Alternatively, if fajitas didn't come on that plate... think of how many fewer people would order fajitas. Service was excellent. Just have to add that in. The woman who was running the front counter and buffet took the time to explain how everything worked, and told us what was in the various balls at the empanada station. Very warm and welcoming service. Can't wait to go back and taste test other Brazilian food favorites. I'm pretty sure that was the first time I've ever eaten Brazilian Food. I tried this restaurant for the first time with a friend. We went on a Wednesday around lunch time (12pm). The place wasn't packed. They had a lunch buffet but since I'm not a fan of buffets, I ordered off the menu. My friend ordered the sirloin, a drink and soda. I ordered the bacon burger. I thought the steak was pretty good and the burger was ok. The burger had too much going on I took some of the stuff off. Customer service needs to improve. She didn't speak English well enough to understand what I wanted to order then on top of that she forgot to put my order in. My friend had finished their meal by the time mine came out. Could I leave a one-word review? As it was wonderful. We went 2 adults 4 kids including 2 vegetarians. The place doesn't look awfully interesting from outside but once you are in they welcome you with such a big smile it really brightens up the whole place. Parking is difficult here, there's two or three spaces directly in front of the business otherwise park in One of the two local public lots, I parked near the Limerick Pub. The buffet is $8.50 per pound, not the kind of place you pay a set amount and pig out. I had some yummy roast beef , excellent roasted potatoes and very good chicken salad. The potatoes were perfectly done with a light crispy crust, Minimal oil content , this might be my new favorite potato. I'm not a brazilian and would rather pay $12 to eat all you can eat. read more
