UNHYGIENIC & UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. The acrylic powder used was dirty. As you can see in the attached photo, there are specs and glitter all over my nails & it's way worse and more noticeable in person. I went in and asked for a refund & to get them removed because I didn't want to risk having dirty nails again if redone & the man laughed in my face. They ended up only returning half my money & refused to take my nails off. Side note: When the man was shaping my nails, he accidentally cut me and then placed his tool with my blood on it & a piece of my bleeding skin in his tool box. Really hoped he washed it! read more

If I could give a zero star I would! The place I generally go to for gel toes and SNS nails were out of town last week, so I decided to book an appointment for myself and my little girl at this salon. I walk in and told them I had booked 2 appointments, they argued that I booked only one until I showed them confirmation on my phone for both! They painted my daughters toe nails the wrong color?! Then i did not realize until I got home but they had pushed my feet back into my sandals too soon and gel paint was not dry, it messed up every nail! Now it has been a little over a week, my SNS nail are chipped and paint has already rubbed off on every tip?! Worst 240.00 dollars I have spent. This salon will never get my business again! read more

literally always the bare minimum. i've tried to be patient and maybe try another person in the shop but nope really ruined my whole day! there's no way anyone should struggle with french tips not only that but hurting my nails the whole time too??? thats ridiculous! this use to be my go to place but ill never return again. everyone in there is definitely slacking and needs to do better read more

Since this salon got new ownership customer service has completely disappeared. They start your service and leave you to start others because they know that you will be stuck. They only care about money. I went in for a pedicure and was left sitting in the water for more than 30 minutes while the person who stared my service went to start someone else. I will not be going back. read more

They do amazing work. They're so friendly and accommodating, they even give you bottled water. Every time I go here I get the most simple manicure (not gel, not acrylics, nothing but polish) and it lasts 2 weeks as if I paid for gel. They put an amazing top coat on that makes it super shiny and strong. read more

Of the salons in Athens this was definitely my least favorite. A 5 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait. The young girl who did my nails was rude and the job felt rushed and not relaxing at all. I would not come here again or recommend it to anyone! read more
